This company goes above and beyond on their service. It was refreshing to find a company that actually cares about their work. I saw what a beautiful paint job they did on my Husbands care I decided that I would get my bumper and minor dents repaired on my Murano. This review is about 3 months overdue ‍ Sorry guys! I have a 2015 Subaru that was completely bumperless and the back frame destroyed from a rear end accident. They restored my car completely and it looks brand new. One would never suspect it was in an accident. Scott and everyone at OCC gets 5 stars from me! Scott and his guys repaired a minor ding on my spoiler and rear bumper. The work was excellent and the car was detailed before picking up and looked like new. Wow! They really exceeded my expectations. It was a real pleasure working with Scott and his team. I was rear ended and took my truck to Oakley Collision to get a estimate for the insurance company. Scott helped me in negotiations and a price was agreed. We scheduled the work to be done. I was kept abreast of competition to pickup. That's when the "wow" happened. My truck was not just washed, it was "detailed" and you couldn't tell there was ever a accident. Then, I got in the truck and they detailed the interior. I brought my car in for a minor bumper repair. The repair was done to perfection, and on time. It was a nice touch when I picked up my car to find it washed and vacuumed and a bag of candy in my console. The only thing they could have done to improve the experience was to touch base with me during the repair process to let me know how it was coming along and assure me that it would be completed on time. Thank you Scott and the rest of the family owned business. My favorite fun car to drive, a yellow PT Convertible Cruiser, was rear-ended and totaled. Scott worked with me to keep the car with a salvage title and repair it within my budget. Would've given five stars but I made an appointment two weeks in advance and when I got there an older man asked me if I could drop my car off later on in the week because something about two tow trucks that came in...? I had my friend coming to pick me up out of her busy day, so I said no I can't drop it off later on in the week. I thought that since I had an appointment that I should've been given priority, right?. Because I spoke to the owner Scott, initially and he said I would have my car back in three days, but three days turned into 9 days. I wasn't too happy about that. So that's why I didn't give this business 5 stars. But I give them five stars for their body work, excellent. Scott, the owner met us and was shining with courtesy and elite customer service. RJ is so pleasant to work with as well. My car was washed and detailed and with a couple of surprises in my car thanking me for my business. Oakley Collision Center gave us premium body work. I hope I don't need a body shop again but if I do we will be back to give Oakley Collision Center our business, I just hope we aren't thrown to the back of the line. read more

Hands-down the #1 Auto Body Shop in Contra Costa County. From the very first call to picking up my car, the customer service was Amazing. I worked mainly with Mark and he was kind, courteous and caring. The Team at Oakley Collision Center made me feel like part of the family. They talked to my insurance to ensure everything they needed to complete the job would be taken care of in a timely manner. They also setup my renter car with Enterprise as well. My insurance adjuster mistakenly put the wrong part and they contacted and worked with my insurance until they resolved the matter. They keep me in the loop about everything. They actual receive the parts for my vehicle very fast and completed the work before the estimated time frame. Mark, personally drove to and from Enterprise Rental Car to pick up and drop off my car (when he didn't have to) and we had great conversations as well. When I picked up my car it was quick and easy, it only took about 5 minutes. When I seen my car, it looked better than new (you would never know that my car had previous damage). I had gotten into two accidents within two weeks (both NOT at fault). I looked up a collision center nearby and came across this one. AJ at the front desk was very helpful, super nice & really shows that he cares which helps take off the stress of such inconvenience. They got everything done in a timely manner and Scott personally dropped my car off to me at home after checking it out that another issue needed to be fixed (unrelated to accident). Come to find out, I needed a major tune up! Not only did he go out of his way to find out what was wrong with it (since they mainly specialize in collision) but he took it over to his buddy next door which is an actual repair shop. Okay, I need to not visit this place so much - sadly I have been hit or had my teenager bump into things far too often. The good news is, Dana at Oakley Collision is the man that can make your bad day alright! I have had several vehicles repaired after minor fender benders and they always come back good as new. Most recently I took in my SUV because it had a bent bumper, I was quoted about $550.00 for the repairs and opted to just pay for it without insurance (Lord knows insurance rates are high enough). I made the appointment and dropped it off. I received a call from Dana an hour or so later saying he actually found a used bumper locally on Craigslist and was curious if I would consider using it? Heck ya! He went out of his way to go inspect the part, then purchased it got it polished and installed. It looked just like a factory or quality aftermarket part and dropped my bill down to $300.00! I absolutely will not use another body shop, he has the best service hands down! Highly recommend! read more

I recently been shopping around for local east bay area shops that roll fenders. And after a lot of calling I found this place. I came in last week, talked to Dan, he was very polite and offered a good price of $150 to get both of my rear fenders rolled. Scheduled an appointment with them yesterday and got offered a slot today from 9a-10a. So I came dropped my car off and just picked it up about 15 minutes ago. Exactly what I wanted. Picked my car up the other day after a week & 1/2 after my front bumper, fender, headlight & rear fender got bashed by a pipe rolling around on highway 4. Scott & the crew made my 2009 Corolla look like new again. The paint was blended beautifully & they even polished my old headlight to match the brand new one so the car wouldn't look funky.
