DO NOT USE Innovative Painting!! Despite talking the talk up front, Richard does not follow…read morethrough! I was renovating a new home and needed painting, drywall, and bathrooms remodeled. I interviewed a handful of contractors, including Richard. He showed up on time to quote me both times I asked him to, was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and likeable. I chose Richard for our job. At the agreed upon start date, Richard's guys showed up on time and were nice. They started by painting and doing some drywall work. They also started to demo the bathrooms that were being remodeled. After a week of work, the workers came to me and said they were sorry, but they were going to leave because Richard had not paid them in weeks. I had given Richard thousands of dollars at the commencement of work, so this should not have been an issue. After a few days of Richard promising that another crew would arrive but nobody showing up, I told Richard I could not afford to wait because we were moving in soon. He promised to refund me the money that I had paid up front. After many calls and texts back and forth, it took several weeks for Richard to send over his own elderly mother and father to remove all of the demolished bathroom materials with a trailer. After weeks turned into months, Richard only paid back a fraction of the money we gave him to do our job. I was very shocked that he paid any of it! He constantly has made BS excuses on why he can't get the money back to us for work he was not able to do, although he has admitted that he owes the money back. I have not heard from him since the end of 2020 and he still owes us thousands. The failure to do the work created many tough situations for me, my wife, and my small child. At one point we had to live in an Air BNB for a few weeks. Please do yourself a favor and find another contractor, and do not ever pay any amount for work until it's completed. I wish the best to Richard and his young family, but I believe in doing the right thing and he clearly does not. Message me if you want further details about my experience, but please find a more trustworthy option. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did.

I guess he didn't look at his own bid????? Lastly, gray primer can be seen on several pieces of the hardie board. The crew said that they would go over them again but it was never done. John James is a good salesman but if you can't remember the bid provided to your client how can you satisfactorily complete the job??

If you are looking for a professional paint job do not hire 360 Painting of Cypress.  If you have a…read moresmall dark closet that nobody will ever see then that is a perfect job for this paint company.  We contracted with Cindy to help fix our house after Harvey to float and texture all downstairs walls and paint all downstairs wall, ceilings, trim and brand new custom cabinets throughout the downstairs.     We asked for a light roll-on texture and got a heavy spray texture.  We asked for semi-gloss on new custom master bath vanity and closet and got high gloss.  We asked for high gloss on trim and got semi gloss.  We asked that stairway balusters be sanded and painted and hand rails sanded and stained.  They did not sand so the extremely light coat of new paint is flaking off.  The stain job on the handrail is atrocious.  When they were texturing the walls they textured most of the crown molding and door casing and told me they would fix.  Instead of fixing they painted over and hoped I wouldn't see.  They had overspray on everything from completely painting a toilet, to overspray on windows, trim, and personal belongings.     The first few days the work crew was there they were working in the dark.  Due to electrical work after Harvey many of our recessed cans were not operational.   I asked if they had work lights and they said no they could see just fine.  After a couple of days of it being apparent they were working in the dark I bought them a work light.  They painted it.  They also textured and painted my smoke detectors, towel hooks, light switches, door knobs, hinges, anything and everything.  If it was in the house it got textured and painted.  I have an iphone full of pictures but I have tried to pick out the really special ones to demonstrate how utterly awful their work is.
