I wanted to set my bite so that my top teeth were in front of my lower teeth allowing me to prep for veneers after treatment. Doctor Pritchard and his team have been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, caring, professional and more importantly, they achieved exactly what I was looking for in an end result. From start to finish it has been a pleasure and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for an orthodontist. I assure you, you're in great hands. I'm looking to continue this relationship for future years to come.

My bite felt off, my teeth would squeak together, and eating became uncomfortable, especially on one side. When I brought these concerns up, I felt like they were minimized. I was told to take ibuprofen and that I was likely chewing too roughly or just adjusting to new contact points. Over time, I started to feel judged and frustrating to deal with whenever I brought up ongoing problems. I also had trouble with my teeth shifting. Even with consistent retainer use, I would develop gaps easily. After retreatment and about a year of TMJ problems, I tried again to discuss my ongoing pain and bite discomfort. The suggestion I received was Botox every few months, which would have cost thousands of dollars, along with working on clenching/grinding. The frustrating part is that I had none of these jaw issues before braces. My teeth were also polished in an attempt to adjust my bite, but I am still unsure whether that helped or made things worse. My bite is still uncomfortable, I developed gaps again after returning to nighttime retainer wear, and I still cannot eat comfortably on one side. It has been honestly depressing to spend over $5,000 on something I hoped would improve my life, only to feel like it made my quality of life worse. I expected some discomfort with orthodontic treatment, but I did not expect long-term jaw pain, bite discomfort, food limitations, and feeling uncomfortable advocating for myself afterward. I eventually went to a medical doctor and was prescribed muscle relaxers to reduce strain on my jaw, which helped with the clicking and headaches and cost me about $2. I still deal with muscle spasms and bite discomfort, but I no longer feel comfortable bringing these concerns up at this office. At this point, I'll be seeking help elsewhere. I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously, especially since these problems started after orthodontic treatment.

LOVE my smile!!! I…read moream sooooo HAPPY with my smile!!! Thank you Dr. Robert Croft for realigning my teeth. I had braces in junior high school (1975 to 1977). But back then, my orthodontist at the time tried something relatively new at the time, a positioner (black rubber mold to put my teeth into), instead of a retainer, after my teeth were aligned (20 months). I had the traditional metal band braces back then. Wore the head gear. And so on. I lost that positioner several years ago. And, after having wisdom teeth erupt in adulthood, my teeth became misaligned, with small gaps, and one tooth hiding slightly behind another tooth. I am fascinated by straight, white teeth. As an mature adult, I finally decided to fix my smile. Much to my amazement, it took only six months to realign my teeth. I opted for the Sure Smile clear aligners. I am OVERJOYED at the results!! Dr. Croft even has finishing touches he will do, to make my smile PERFECT. Here's my smile nowadays, which looks pretty darn good already. This time around, I won't lose my retainers. I found Dr. Croft's "Columbia Orthodontics" add in the neighborhood magazine that's delivered to our home in Felida. I love that the office takes 4:30pm appointments, so that I don't have to take more time off of work. PLUS I love that their office is located only 15 minutes (in Salmon Creek). If you want to have a HAPPY SMILE, make an appointment for a complimentary consultation. Tell them that you read my comments on Yelp. You can even show them my profile pic. As a grandma of 3, mom of 3 kids in their 30's, and wife of a military veteran (been married 40 years so far), it's never too late for beautiful teeth! CHEERS to Dr. Croft and his wonderful assistants and office staff!

Dr. Croft repaired the retainer and did not charge for it. Wait. I just fainted. We had called around and one office wanted $300 no matter what, just to be seen. He just asked that we think of him for any future services. Who else would we go to after this POSITIVE experience?

I was a patient back in 2019. I went to Gretchen when I was unexperienced in dental and I went…read morebased off location and reviews. I have recently become a dental assistant and work in an amazing office with caring and competent dentists. It was at my own place of employment that I learned from a Invisalign rep. that not only was my treatment never finished but I was also charged the most money an office can charge for the product. I was left with an overbite and front tooth still turned out. I was never given a final retainer but instead sent home with cheap, thin, 22 Invisalign trays ( That's supposed to last my lifetime ) that had been adjusted to still accommodate a rubber band ( Because my treatment was not finished ) . When I confronted Gretchen's office with this information they stated they would not help me but would refund me $2,154 of $7,500 I payed so my office could fix THEIR issue. They wanted to put it on the office I work at now instead of acknowledging they did not finish treatment and they never gave me what i rightfully paid for which is the final retainer. When you buy the Invisalign product you buy the whole package. Trays and retainer in all . Gretchen charges you twice for something you already bought when it comes to upselling you on the Vivera retainers. Gretchen would rather pocket 200 dollars ( that is all she is saving! ) when she screws over her Pt end of treatment care. I would have NEVER known my TMJ issues are from unfinished treatment or that I even NEEDED a retainer. I was made to believe the Invisalign trays were enough and that my treatment was finished. I cried when the doctors and Invisalign rep didn't believe me when I was stating I was not in active treatment anymore and that I was finished back in 2019. I have along road ahead of me to fix the issues created from the lack of treatment I received from Gretchen and the staff this office. I have reached out to the better business bureau and other avenues as well. I am not the only Pt she has left untreated and leaving Pt's paying for something they never received. Especially when her main cliental is kids. She setting kids up to fail when it comes to their oral health and that is devastating and she is over charging parents at the same time. And the assistance who do most the work are not specially trained. They make a little over minimum wage and do not need any special dental training at all. You can get better finished treatment for a lot less, anywhere else. Do your research! & IF YOU think you could be a victim of unfinished treatment please reach out to me @ faerie_sarah@yahoo.com

Doctor Douglas was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything for my check up. She was one of the most down to earth dentist I have experienced in 40 years and had the ability to talk with you in simple terms. I had my teeth cleaned by Kristi who took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth and was gentle yet did a great job. She was safe and I credit her with having to wear all her protege at and still do a great job My X-rays went smooth and were completed while sitting in the dental chair. (This was a first for me). The young lady who did the X-rays was great. Tina is in the front office and her ability to explain how the insurance pays out was new to me. Normally I dread dealing with insurance companies but she was able to handle everything while I was being seen. Too often it's the little things like Tina handling of the insurance that gets taken for granted. Overall this dentist office is fantastic. I appreciate they treat patients like a small town office in lieu of corporate HMO's. I am happy that I found this place and highly recommend them.
