Someone cleans them. You leave with clean teeth. There are forms, certainly. There is insurance. There is the small paper bib attached to your shirt with a chain that makes you feel like an enormous baby about to eat lobster. But underneath all of this is a reassuringly simple premise: the teeth are dirty, and then they are not. They began with X-rays. After that, a woman poked at my gums with a tiny metal instrument while quietly calling out numbers to another woman. Two. Three. Three. Four. Five. I had no idea what the numbers meant, but understood instinctively that five was not good. Eventually I was informed that I would need a "deep cleaning." This sounded fine. I had come for a cleaning, and if they wished to clean deeply, I was prepared to admire their thoroughness. Unfortunately, they couldn't do it today. The receptionist, I was told, would arrange another appointment for tomorrow. This was mildly disappointing, but reasonable. Apparently my mouth required the sort of cleaning that needed to be scheduled in advance. There was, however, one other thing. I had a cavity. A small one. My insurance would cover it. This information was delivered casually enough that I regarded it as something we were discussing for the future. Perhaps tomorrow, during the excavation. Then someone reclined my chair. There are moments in life when events begin moving just slightly faster than your ability to question them. A person is telling you something, another person is putting something in your mouth, and suddenly half your face has ceased participating in the conversation. Before I had quite worked out what was happening, there was a drill. It was remarkably quick. It didn't hurt. And a few minutes later I was standing at the reception desk with a newly filled tooth and the pleasant, rubbery sensation that my lower lip belonged to somebody standing several feet to my left. This was when the receptionist explained that my insurance would not cover the deep cleaning. It would cost thirteen hundred dollars. I declined. And so I walked out of the dentist's office in the peculiar position of having gone there for a cleaning, received a filling I hadn't expected, and left with precisely the same amount of uncleaned teeth I'd brought in. On the way home, I kept running my tongue over the numb side of my mouth, checking periodically to see whether it had returned to me. Eventually it did. Nothing hurt. The filling felt perfectly normal. In fact, as dental experiences go, the procedure itself had been almost pleasant. It was only the sequence of events that bothered me. Somewhere in the space of an hour, I had entered a building asking for one thing, been told I needed a more expensive version of that thing, declined the expensive thing, and emerged having received an entirely different thing. My teeth, meanwhile, remained patiently dirty. Presumably they had been watching the whole operation. They must have wondered what I was doing there.

I asked to change my care Plan, because of finances, and they said they would as long as I understand the risks. I said I did. Best dentist I have ever seen in a long time. One that didn't make me feel judged. One that helped me with what I could afford. I still have more treatment needed. But they are a literal gem, as far as I'm concerned. Wish I had gone to them sooner. My teeth probably wouldn't be as bad as they are, if I had saw them in the first place. At this point, I wish it was a 10 star review because they were wonderful. I will only ever recommend to them, in the future.

Around 8:00pm, days before the procedure the dentist herself called to inform me the nice office lady had made an error and that the $700 was for 1 crown instead of 2. I called insurance and they verified that their approval was for 2 crowns. Seems the dentist lied to me and threw her employee under the bus. Ultimately she refused to perform the work at the approved rate even though she had signed a contract with my insurance company. This was the 2nd procedure where the cost I was given ended up costing double. Very shoddy work from this office. Be careful... Dentist is not trustworthy.

I will never go back to the "old way". What a difference! Ron, the denturist is a true professional who concentrates on one thing...making great looking dentures that really fit properly and are comfortable. He went out of his way a few times during the process of fitting and finalizing the dentures to fit me in for quick fixes to relieve pressure points and the accompanying sorenewss. He really listened to my concerns and promised a completely satisfactory outcome. Well, he delivered in spades!!!! I couldn't be happier with the results and the knowledge that if any issures cropped up after dellivery he would make everything good again. So needless to say, I have a lot of work to be done and am preparing for some partial dentures). I just had one root canal four crowns and a cavity done (all in one appointment... The QUALITY of work they did AND GOT DONE IN ONE AFTERNOON was outstanding! I was pretty comfortable within about five minutes into my first consultation appointment. As a first time patient, Dr. Recore did not attempt to "upsell" me, and created a great plan for me to love my smile (and within a budget I did not share with her)! During my appointment, I didn't feel a thing (yes I used the gas) and I am a very sensitive baby when it comes to my mouth!! I put in my headphones and listened to my music and went off into my own world and they did their thing! Dr. Bardeloza Did my root canal and this was the best root canal experience I've had (and I've had a lot of root canals from various dentists). I'm leaving this review the day after and I don't feel any discomfort!! I can't even tell I had any work done!!! Christie did my temp crowns for me on my front top teeth (I have been so conscious of those teeth ) and she did BEAUTIFUL work (she tells me the permanent crowns are gonna look even better!!!) my father was a longtime patient of the previous owner and 25 years ago, My son went in after breaking his top front tooth. They were able to build his front tooth back up and he still has it to this day (not once has it broken off!). Going in as a first time patient to new ownership gave me nerves, but they settled them immediately (it's such a nice and comfortable environment with the staff, everyone is really kind). I am 50 years old and for the first time in my life, I am excited to start seeing a dentist to fix everything needing to be fixed and actually doing preventive care! I know this is a really long review, but this place is worth it and I'm hoping it helps someone who is really-really nervous about going to the dentist (like I was).

Warning*** Went in for a cleaning. They then ended up making…read moreme do a deep cleaning saying if I didn't do this then they'd refuse to do any form of cleaning. Signed up for this 3 day process. The second day I go in and the dental hygienist looks at my teeth completely complexed why we are doing a deep cleaning saying you have very minimal tartar. She does the cleaning and my once bill for $106 turns in to $200+. And then my second bill for $34.10 turns into $140-160. Because someone forgot to quote something. But no one informed me of any of it. Had me sign a paper like if I'm checking in. Turns out they upd the bill. The worst fn part of this is they chipped my fn tooth in the front while doing this unnecessary deep cleaning!!! Then go "we will create you a plan to fix it it'll be easy" I turn to the dentist and say "you all chipped my tooth during the cleaning! Why would I pay for that??" Then it turns from a quick fix to "oh well it would be hard to fix and it probably wouldn't stay if you try to bite into something". And that they can't do anything without management approvals. I felt sorry for the front staff personal that had to deal with this while the ones responsible head behind a door leaving her to handle this. I'm sorry for that but this is absolutely ridiculous .
