I was not dissatisfied. He was quick to respond and actually came to my house and looked at the situation with my valves notating that three of my six valves needed replacement. One was not actually shutting off completely resulting in the leakage of water through my sprinkler heads. He was very accommodating in setting up a date quickly for follow up. He was punctual, both friendly and professional. Once the valves were replaced, they were tested only to find out that three of my stations on the control box did not work and the box needed to be replaced. This was totally unexpected and he was already set up for another appointment within the half hour. Even still, you went and purchased another box came back and installed it very quickly. The cost of total repair, including the unexpected box was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will call upon him again in the future if needed.
