DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!! This was my first time here & I was so disappointed. The first machine I tried to use had the door covered in green mold I checked for the other ones in that same section and all had the same problem. So gross. That alone should've been a red flag. I tried a different machine, a bigger one this time and halfway through putting in money it got stuck! I had already put in all my soap/detergent which was a total waste since I had to take out all my clothes and transfer them to a different machine it was a total mess and waste of money. not only that, my sister was going to put her load to dry and the dryer said ERROR once she had put in money already. Normally this place is an excellent place to go to do your laundry at. But recently there had been an employee who just had a bad attitude. I went in to do my laundry at 7:15a.m as I was going to put my clothes into the washer she stated she needed the rest of the washers and I had to go somewhere else, to complete my laundry. read more

They really need to get their washing machines fixed. I've been to this location 4-5 times on and off and each time I come back I use a different washing machine and it's always the same issue. You put your clothes in, wait the 30 minutes to wash them and in 29 minutes the timer is still on 12 minutes because the washing machine has decided to restart the load. read more

I used to come here all the time. I didn't remember why I stopped coming here until today. Mind you it's very early in the morning and my day just started so I was very chipper. This old white woman (idk her name) was just standing next to me while I placed my coins in the machine slot to start drying. It didn't start so I asked "Is this machine broken?" Asian lady is great but then there is that one girl who looks like a slightly younger Roseanne Barr who just never smiles . One smile goes a long way but this individual needs a serious hug. I would of gave them five stars but Roseanne Barr just couldnt even give a smile and when you ask for her help she acts as if im bothering her. We have been doing laundry here all year and it is a very safe clean place. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Hit or miss but mostly a miss these days. None of the employees I have encountered here were friendly. They did not smile or make eye contact. When the machine has a problem such as giving you an error code while not completing the whole wash cycle. They acted like I was the problem when it was their machine when I requested assistance. Today takes the cake. I had an innocent question about the machine for the older white lady employee who is usually not nice but also not condescendingly rude like this morning. El Sob style. I always come and wash my clothes here for the past 2 1/2 years same clothes and this 1 dryer #21 literally melted my 2 blankets and undies together manager said I may have had a lighter in it and it doesn't even smoke no need for a lighter then said 2 blankets light weight wasn't able to tumble which is not true. I walked in at 8:45 PM and asked the attendant if she was in fact the attendant and asked if the machines were cash only and she asked "What about it?" I asked again and she said "Oh, there's the ones with the blue on them." I asked can you show me and she did. I then asked her about the wash and fold services and she acted like she didn't want to speak with me so I asked "are you okay?" And she said yes while she took a large breath and proceeded to tell me the info. I told her I would think about it and that I probably wouldn't wash. I went to my car but got my things and she told me that it was too late, last wash is at 8:45 PM and it was 8:49 PM. As if she wasn't already aware of my patronage. Like it wasn't 4 minutes past the last wash time, REALLY 4 MINUTES!! At which is when she was speaking to me! Most laundromats last wash is 9:00. But OK. I just turned around and she said are you going to wash I said "Oh No" and kept walking out and she said "it's ok". I just kept walking and went down to a different laundromat called BB Laundromat. Oasis obviously didn't deserve my patronage. Ever again. Never. I felt embarrassed in front the other customers, especially being Black. Just uncalled for rudeness and unprofessional. I have been coming here for years never had a issue. But when I came today I was not happy with the service at 12 in the afternoon there is signs posted saying due to social distancing to fold clothes at home but there were 2 lady's folding while standing in the way of the dryers and the lady in charge was not saying anything to them about it. I recommend that if you are going to follow social distancing which is a city ordinance you teach your employees to enforce it so others are not uncomfortable. read more

I like this laundry mat because it has some big washers and dryers but sometimes the machines can go "out of service" in the middle of the wash cycle. I wish they can fix it and some of the dryers as well. Overall, I will continue to come here and do my laundry . read more

GO TO BB'S laundry mat down the street!!!! I seriously want my money back from this place. Not enough carts to carry wet clothes to the dryers, 2/3 of the big dryers were out of order, washers were out of order, I dried my clothes in the dryer for an HOUR!!! I had to leave to pick up my daughter and was in a hurry so I just threw everything in their cheap bags (which ripped) and went home. I'm so pissed I spent my money at this place. I don't use laundromat often but we had 6 loads of laundry and it was the closest to the house so I decided to check it out. First off super over priced for tiny dryers, second another customer had the worker move all my laundry into a big bun everyone uses because I was 20 min late. 2 problems with that, 1. That's disgusting because why would I want someone who probably didn't wash their hands before touching my once clean laundry, and why would I want it in a big unsanitized bin (ew) 2. There were TONS of open dryers this man could have used, he simply wanted mine for convenience when he already had the other largest dryer. This is long overdue. Ever have that situation that sits with you and whenever you think about it your stomach feels weird- uncomfortable-like? When my daughter was 3 months old and I was home with her (last summer) I was overwhelmed with laundry and sleeplessness. I went to inquire about laundry services and the woman who was there was so .... rude I guess. Let me explain. When I began asking her about folding and cost she became very agitated. In return I told her I wasn't sure what was going on- I'm a customer looking for laundry service. She replied something to the effect of "I'm so tired of dealing with you people"......eh?? I stood there, confused. We exchanged a few words, she was yelling at me while walking around the place in her own little world apparently. So I walked out. As I'm putting my daughter in her car seat I hear a scream and wailing from inside Oasis. What tha?? I grab my daughter and literally run inside - and what do I find? The woman I just spoke with is lying on the floor, rolling around, wailing and crying. Ok sooooo.... clearly there is some kind of crisis going on, but I have my daughter in my arms and another customer (elderly lady) is there, looking on, both of us feeling helpless. I started to walk out to get my phone (who do you call in this kind of situation?) and suddenly a man appears in the doorway. He calls to her and she screams something at him in their native language. He looks at me and asks me what I have done to his wife. Seriously?! He made no move to see if she was okay but instead yells out "F*** this B****!" He takes a step toward me, talking, swearing, his wife howling like a wounded animal in the background. My daughter is now crying, I'm frozen in place, not sure of what to do. I ask him if he is the owner and he tells me YES, or that he sold it to the current owner, something to that effect. Said he owned or worked at the store down the way - it is kind of a blur now. Anyway I finally left and let me tell you, I was shaking. Just sat in my car and cried, outraged and in shock. I never did get in touch with the owner because honestly I didn't think it would do any good and I wanted to put the whole mess behind me. Just a horribly bizarre situation. In hindsight I just feel really bad for that woman, lying on the floor. Something about our exchange sent her over the edge from...what...? I can only guess. This Laundry Service is the best, I have ever had to use. From California to Georgia!!.The added bonus is that two American Black Americans (lol lol) own it.Very clean, good location, has wifi(another bonus), TV, every thing is working, and reasonable. This place is pretty clean. There were a ton of open washers and dryers. It cost $2.00 for a washer load and about $1.00 for the dryer. My one complaint is that the coin dispenser doesn't work that well. I had to put the same quarter in like 5 times before the machine took it. read more

Several months ago my dryer went out. I come to this laundry mat to dry my clothes all the time. This place is always clean no dryer sheets on the floor or in the dryers like other laundry mat I have used. Their restroom don't smell like other laundry mat it's always clean. (It's a restroom that you can use without gaging) Their is always someone their to help you with any problem if the washer or dryer eats your quarters. I like this laundry mat and I would recommend this place to any one. Also it has wash and fold which I like if you don't feel like doing your laundry yourself. read more

This laundromat is as clean as I've ever seen. The bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever encountered. The staff is almost always there. The floors are clean and not full of dryer sheets, there are 3 tvs including a 60 " or larger. Vending machines, small store 3 doors down. Chinese food two doors down in case you get hungry. read more
