I was here and it was 30 minutes to closing and my clothes just stopped from the wash, the attendant told me you only have 30 minutes for the dryers. Which I completely understand. I quickly threw my clothes in the dryer and put enough quarters for 30 minutes. After about 2 minutes two of the dryers completely stopped. I let the attendant know. She said okay and did nothing. I waited a few minutes and then asked her am I able to get a refund. She said we don't give refunds. I let her know that I put money in the machine. She said that when she saw it the machines were off. Thank goodness my clothes warm to prove that I did put money in the dryer. Then she proceeded to only dry my clothes for 24 minutes. I went to get the rest of my clothes to dry and she said don't do 30 minutes cause were closer to closing time. I come all the time to this establishment and I am very very disappointed with how this was handled. Sadly I'll have to find another laundromat unless it's an absolute emergency.

Love how huge the washing machines are too. Everyone's nice, even if you don't speak Spanish, you can figure it out! They also offer wash and fold services.
