The first time I stumbled across this salon I tried to walk in. Unfortunately the new owner only has one other person working with him as he can't find the right staff so you can't just show up and you have to make an appointment (luckily if you call same day most times he's able to get you in later) . Took my 96 yr old mother for a pedi. He asked when I entered what service we'd like. When I said just a pedi for my mom.... He then said he had no one to do it. No explanation, no I'm sorry we can't accommodate you today. No, please try us again but be sure to give us a call 1st. They had 1 customer at 3:30pm. I was there when they 1st opened this location. Stayed after Asia and Vance left. Will never go back again bc the time before this I had an appointment and they had to call her to show up. My money spends anywhere. Just not here. read more

Too rushed and poor quality. I went here a few times and it was fine, but the service is unpredictable and random charges for services I didn't ask for. It went from $28 to $42 for a fill in (1 broken nail, but the extra charges were for a trim that shouldn't be charged extra for, and a reshaping that I didn't ask for.) The last time I went it hurt, with zero apology, and I have marks on my fingers from the tools. He didn't even have me wash my hands before rushing the payment and a very messy polish. I felt like I was a burden and a bother for taking up his time. read more

I've been going here for 5 years and everyone has always been amazing, but since new ownership, I'm surprised by the lack of professionalism. The tech I was assigned to literally made fun of me *to my face* after I asked her for what I usually get and then did it again to the other techs in Vietnamese. They all were laughing *including* the two new owners. Needless to say, I stood up and told her I was leaving to get my nails done elsewhere, and I left. . . . Hate giving a bad rating but.....the place smelled so strongly of nail chemicals that I could barely make it through my pedicure. All of the employees screeched at each other across the salon the entire time. They were all very friendly to me but it's disconcerting to have all the employees carrying on an animated group chat, LOUDLY, in another language, during your entire pedicure. There was a tv on...it was a golf tournament, not anything any of the ladies getting their nails done were watching. My pedicure itself was fine. Nothing better or worse than I'd get anywhere else but the environment was really unpleasant. I would not go again. read more

My favorite nail salon-the ONLY place I'll go for my manicures/pedicures! Can't believe I'm the first reviewer, because this place is popular and the best around (Oasis wasn't even listed with Yelp until I added them!)! Asia and Vince are the owners and I ask for appointments with them regularly, but all the techs are great. I received a pedicure and manicure. No appointment and was helped immediately. Staff was welcoming and I was in a chair for the services before it knew it. The pedicure was first, and while the end result looked good, the tech was paying more attention to the TV than my feet. There wasn't much in regard to a foot massage - which to me is the best part. As for the manicure, I have natural nails and requested a french manicure, which had an additional charge of $5 - to be expected. The end result looked great HOWEVER, after just 2 days, more than half of the paint has chipped away!! My nails already need to be painted again and look awful. When I paint my nails at home, it lasts at least 5 days before I start to have a little chip here or there. I would have expected a longer lasting, or at least just as good, of a nail paint job from a professional. The place was clean and the staff friendly, but I won't be going back to spend the money on a manicure that lasts less than 2 days. read more
