For the price, this place is GREAT! Normally when I go to reflexology places they do a back massage where you lean against a chair in front of you. But, this place has you undress and lay like you were getting a full body massage. AND they use hot stones at the end. Definitely worth the amount you pay. Beware of AWFUL customer service. I made an appointment in February a week in advance, arrived early for my appointment, and the lady said no they are only doing couples on that day. Ok, She must have forgotten to write me in, I thought??? Second trial, I decided to walk in and make an appointment to be sure I called the right place, she was a little apprehensive, but said 7:30 that day was good, so, I left and returned and she refused me service. She did not give a good reason, she started telling me my Groupon didn't have the price on it, then the expiration date was to close and you need 3 days before it expired or something, she just kept making up stuff and telling me no, then she started talking in here language to the other workers and told me to get my money back from Groupon. My Mom thinks it's a massage place with happy endings and she just wanted to leave before they got raided. I didn't curse at her or anything? I guess they just don't need my money. I say STAY AWAY. This is my third time here and my worst experience. My massage was far from great . I was not impressed at all . I do feel she could have tried harder or maybe she needs more training . When It was time to tip It is very awkward how all the massage therapist wait to hear what u are tipping them before they walk away . Since i was everything but satisfied with my massage my lady was only given $5 which she did not appreciate. She was bold enough to ask me "only $5 dollars "? I was so upset and found that very rude . Five dollars was only given for her time not her Work . She really deserved two dollars if you ask me !!! On top of that the room i was in was very cold which made It hard for me to get comfortable and relax. I'll start looking for a new place to go to in the future . read more

I really wish I could give this place less than one star. I made an appointment 30 minutes before my appointment time she called and cancelled. I live in Vegas it takes me 45 minutes to get there so I'm already on the way. I took the new appointment. I was there for a hot stone massage it was a gift from a friend when I got there the lady told me that the hot stone massage will be $10 extra even though that's exactly what it said on the coupon that it was a 45 minute hot stone massage she said the hot Soma side was just for my feet. I've gotten a lot of massages in my life a lot of hot stone massages that have the stones to go between your toes but I've never heard of a hot stone massage for your feet because I would not pay extra this lady turned around and walked me out the door. Stay away! I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for this "spa." They refused to honor it. I was told it was meant to be used for 3 people at the same time even though it clearly states 3 massages in the Groupon ad. One of the owners called me "overly antagonistic" because I felt they should honor the Groupon. They told me it was Groupon's fault. So much for the customer is always right. I drove 15 miles and got nothing but aggravation. They could've easily honor the Groupon but chose not to to make a point. Fortunately I was able to get a refund from Groupon but I would never go back to this place. read more

The first time I went the massage was ok. Thought I would give a second try. the massage was horrible. they do not know how to use the extremely hot stones and the back massage was done with towel over your back.. OH I guess it is too expensive to buy oil. as well. I am a massage therapist (former) I don't this these ladies know the first thing about anatomy and a good massage. To top it off a $5.00 tip for a horrible massage is not enough. HMMM I think I will stick with Sam's, Elements, or top rate spa. read more

"Interesting" experience. I would not go back nor would I recommend it to anyone. We did a couples massage and requested female therapists. My therapist was male so I started out uncomfortable. Things just got worse and I left feeling like I was beat up. Save your money or throw it in a slot machine. It will be a better experience. read more

First of all I called for appt she asks if it was for Groupon she told me not to buy on groupon and she would still honor price. We get there they had wrong description of what we wanted which was couple massage with hot stone and ionic foot detox. Easy fix they moved us to new room. Ok I got foot detox before and it was longer than 10 minutes. The guy was using this hard towel to massage me when I told him not to use he kept using. So the next time I said something again and the lady replies he don't speak english...ok so I'm saying the towel is hard o.k. i need you to use your own skin.. so these people climbed on the table on our back to massage us. The massage was whack so when we went to tip the front desk lady asked for more money to tip them... I should have walked out and not left them crap...since it was date night I wanted to be on my best behaviour. I was not pleased will not return and I will call groupon on them. I told her to go a little lighter and she still went very hard. after that i tipped her $10 and she awwed in disappointment. then lady at the front desk said "if you are happy with your service then you have to tip her a little bit more." It was an interesting experience. On the phone we were told the $50/1 HR massage. We found a groupon for $39 for $ 90 worth of massage and then when we walked in she told us $35 for 1 HR any kind massage. We were like great!! We walk in and it's very strong fish market smell. They definitely need to use some air freshner. The massage ladies were very confusing. ThEy didn't ask us what kind of massage we wanted. But we were like for $35, not a bad massage. When we were checking out, lady asked how much tip we wanted to leave, then she demanded that we leave $10 tip, which we didn't appreciate. They don't warm their massage oil,forget to keep you covered when they leave the room,on top of the fact the massage itself was completely lackluster. I see that this place has a lot of contradictory reviews and I'm so glad I went for it. It was a great value for the price. My boo and I got a couples massage that we purchased through groupon. The place is about a 10 min drive (give/take) from the strip in a small shopping plaza. There is another massage place across the street. We checked in and waited a few minutes for them to get ready. The room we were in had 4 beds but we were the only ones in it. The beds are a little different of a set up then other's I've seen and they use towels instead of blankets. They soak your feet while you wait (which felt good!) and don't start your time until they actually start the massage. They use a combo of styles like (including hot stones) and is not a traditional western style (swedish). The masseuses were thorough and were responsive to our needs and wants. We'd totally come again and plan to next time we are in Vegas. I would purchase directly through them versus the groupon, they said they'd honor groupon prices. read more

Me and hubby did the couple massage that was purchased thrue groupon. When I call to schedule my appointment the receptionist was really nice was able to get the date and hour a wanted. When we arrive it was a fast check in less the 5min we were in the room not private room but with good dividers. Here is were things got misunderstood they barely speak English. So procedure was never explain and we didn't tell them what we needed because it was hard too understand what they were saying. Massage it was OK but not coming back for another one. I was left with a soar shoulder. Why 4 start because it was easy to schedule and the foot massage is excellent. This is the place to go for a foot massage. I also think If they speak better English we would got a better services, but is not easy to learn another language but they try with a smile. read more

Really great mix of Swedish and Asian massage styles. This isn't Burke Williams or glen ivy - don't expect your own private room, full sheet coverage or the best English but it is still one of the best massages you will get in Vegas. You check in, pay and get lead into a room with 4 "beds". Take off your clothes but keep your underwear on (both pieces). Communicate what type of pressure you want and let the masseuses be the experts in their field. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and "corrected". read more

Found this place through Groupon . Gave them a call and made a appointment that same day for a couples massage they had told me I didn't need to go through Groupon to get the price and that I could just pay them the same amount .. me and my husband came in for a massage during the massage there was a lot of talking between the two young ladies that was massaging us , also there was children playing with toys in the same room wasn't so much relaxing . However we only paid $79 for the both of us so it wasn't such a big deal however after the massage we was walking out to pay and upon paying the lady told my husband he needed to tip the lady that gave him a massage this I wasn't happy about considering the fact the massage wasn't what we expected but we did not complain or cause a problem .. we are visiting and didn't bring much cash with us so I look trough my purse to see if I had any money I can give to avoid any problems I ended up finding a total of $5 and tried to hand it to the lady she gave me the most disgusted look and refused to take it . This is what made me mad so we walked out and will not be recommending this place to any of our family and friends that visit or live in Las Vegas. read more

Made an apt at 2 for couples massage. Went with boyfriend who had his service dog. When we got there told it'll be only 10 min. Then told he can't take his dog with him. Dog is extremely well behaved just laying under his chair and wearing his service dog best clearly marked. She was told he his a service dog. She didn't not respond. About 30 min later she hands me her phone with the owner on who again asks about the dog. He is told the same thing along with that he is a seizure alert dog. My boyfriend had served 3 tours over seas all resulting in being hospitalized. Due to injuries acquired while serving our country he now has seizures. He is blessed enough to have a dog that can alert him with enough time to not be further injured by having a seizure. The owner then proceeded to tell me that the dog may make other customers uncomfortable and we can't have the dog there. I told him that if he is asking us to leave due the service dog that it was illegal. He then said it would be fine. After all this the lady behind the counter tells us another 20 min. We had already been waiting for about 40 min by then. At this point we decided to be refunded and leave. The place was nice and clean but I think it is horrible not to mention illegal to discriminate and single out a customer due to having a service dog. He's already given up so much for this country. read more
