We waited over an hour for a simple burger, and when it finally arrived, it wasn't cooked properly, twice. The only positive part of the night was the supervisor and manager who eventually stepped in and took care of us. They were professional and understanding, but by that point the damage was done. Overall, this was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had at a restaurant, especially at a place that's supposed to be family‑friendly and organized.
