Huge drink menu. I got the taro milk tea with Boba and my hubby got blueberry slush with boba. Both tasted great. The line can get a little long because how do you chose. Looks like a fun teen young adult hangout. Has games like jenga for the table. Upbeat music playing in the background. It also has an array of fried food. When you get to a certain age, the idea of drinking turbo-charged-sugar-diabetes beverages just doesn't seem appetizing anymore. Okay, yes, I'm old!! If you don't like sugary drinks but still want something yummy (and somewhat healthy) to sip late at night, order the "avocado smoothie, no sugar, and only a little bit of condensed milk, please." I got mine with some tapioca balls, which added a little more sugar to the drink, but it was still good - not too sweet and it was just what I needed! They use real avocados! read more

I love this location. Easy to get to from the airport and the employees are pretty nice. My husband and I stop there everytime we're flying through Seattle. It is a little fithy most of the time, but what do you expect from a place that has a lot of teenagers hanging out in it? 1/3 sugar is the way to go, but the taro at Gossip is superior, this one has a funny aftertaste. I got double mini Boba (which wasn't really smaller) which is usually the perfect number elsewhere, but here double Boba is actually too much, it takes up 2/3 of the drink and dilutes it. Note to self: Decent boba. Actual price was not consistent with the prices on the board. Asked them about it and they said the board is really old. So, you pay blind. Also, on the same day--one order had 9.6% sales tax and the other had 9.7%. Strange. Quick service even when there's a line. Like being able to customize with no sugar. Did not like milk pudding. I'm from SoCal, LA, raised in the 626 aka the land of boba etc etc. That being said, I appreciate a good boba spot when I find it and this is definitely one. Good prices, good servings, kitchen is open late, staff is always helpful and welcoming. I've been here every single day for the past few days (not entirely proud of saying that, but hey milk tea is always good haha) and every time it's been full of people having a good time. Service. It's a bubble tea place, what do you expect. Though I've noticed if you're cute and you flash a cute smile, they're sometimes a little nicer (or they're completely caught off guard and make a funny smile back). The drinks come out quickly, but the food can take a while (which is fine). Drinks. The fruity slushes are super sweet, exactly what I need on a summer day sometimes. The royal milk tea is absolutely delicious. Tapioca. This needs its own category because it is a bubble tea place after all. The tapioca here is not disgusting, but it's not anything good. After spending a lot of time in Flushing, NY recently, the tapioca here just does not compare. Tapioca should have a nice sweet/honeyed flavor. It should make the drink taste better. The tapioca here doesn't do that. The tapioca isn't flavorful, but its not disgusting. The texture is just right though. It's nice and chewy, not frozen or melted. The mini boba suffers the same scrutiny but with the addition of being so small that I feel like I miss everytime I try to chew it. Food. This is why I give this place a 4-star review. I absolutely LOVE their popcorn chicken. There's something about the way they do it here. I've had a lot of popcorn chicken, and no place does it like this place. There's an extra flavor you just don't get anywhere else. It kind of reminds me of captain crunch but less sweet. I don't know, but it's delicious. I don't know if it's something in the batter or the oil they use, but it's delicious. I almost want to work there just to find out what it is. Whenever I'm in Seattle, I come to this place for the popcorn chicken. And I crave it when I'm not in Seattle. Also, my siblings absolutely love their honey mustard. We get extra all the time just to eat with our other food. Ambiance. It's a "hip" place to be. Lots of teeny boppers. Not as "thuggish" as it used to be. Mostly just people hanging out. Older people usually order to go (because we have our homes to hang out in). They do have board games and stuff that is pretty cool for when your parents say you can't have friends over. If you haven't been to Oasis in the ID in a while, come check it out! They remodeled it, made it bigger, it has more seating, and is brighter. One thing to note: they got rid of the iconic Oasis graffiti wall and I don't see the pool tables anymore. However Oasis still has a huge select of boba! They have juices, milk teas, slushies, snow, coffee, smoothies, and some snacks like popcorn chicken and takoyaki. They also have a nice variety of boba/things to put in your drink like: boba, mini boba, egg pudding, aloe, popping tapioca balls, the multi-colored jelly, etc. The menu seems to be constantly changing prices and seems to be getting a little smaller each time. However if you don't see what you want on the menu, don't let that deter you from trying to order it. Oftentimes I've ordered something technically not on the menu and they made it for me. So it usually depends if they have the ingredients or not. I've tried the regular milk tea, royal milk tea, strawberry milk tea/snow, hot jasmine milk tea, hot taro, lychee snow, thai tea, honeydew, etc. I liked all of them except for the honeydew which left a weird after taste. The snows are generally one of my best, maybe it's because it's a bit creamier than a slush. But the hot drinks are good here as well. The prices here a bit high compared to other places in the ID. But Oasis has a good variety of flavors and has the best ambiance. Everyone should come here at least once to try it out. read more

I think they need some sort of crowd control system. After being renovated the space actually allows for people to hang out and lounge but their line and ordering system is too messy and unorganized and their way of announcing drink orders is even worse. They get a 3* solely due to their wide variety of drinks. Only reason I go back is because they are open later than ambrosia and gossip. read more
