Please note, this review is for their Lynnwood, WA location! =================== Plantiful Superfoods - super food but no cape required! Today was the grand opening of their Lynnwood location at the busy intersection of 99 (Pacific Coast Highway) and 196th Street, same shopping center as Trader Joes but around the corner from them, just off 99, nestled near NW Bloodworks and between H&R Block and a weight loss place. The space is modest sized, with but a few tables inside (so plan accordingly) but the flavor, variety and creativity of their dishes are 100% large and in charge! Their hours of operation are an incredibly generous 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week, so you have ample time and little by way of excuses to make sure you pay them a visit. They also have locations in downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, and South Lake Union. There is a lot of creativity and variety offered in their menu. I'm so thrilled to live not too far away so I can try so many of their options, like .. slowly ... over time, not in one sitting because ... they don't have a wheel barrow with which to roll me out of there, so I need to plan accordingly! If you want a Mango Lover drink with Coconut Milk ... they got you! What about any number of aesthetically eye catching colorful smoothies or lattes .. they got you! We tried a Pumpkin Spice Latte and you know how more often than not, you'll taste just a hint of pumpkin in your latte? Well, no [laughs...in British] .. this pumpkin will straight up punch you in the face all the while you'll be begging for your next sip (they don't actually make you beg, it's your drink, you drink it as you like .. at your own pace)! Do you want breakfast? A "Just Egg" sandwich with bacon, or sausage ... they got you! We tried their "Bacon, Cheddar & Egg" sandwich and each bite was better than the last which, totally sounds like hyperbole but I assure you, is not! How about avocado toast or kick it up a notch with Umami Toast .. they got you, not only "they got you" but their breakfast is served all day. You're crawling out of bed in your PJs and rolling on up to Plantiful at 2pm for your breakfast sammie ... yup, they got you! Do you want a variety of burger options, where you get to choose your own type of patty, Impossible, Beyond or Field Roast or Chicken ... they got you. Do you want them highly customizable, add Just Egg, add Bacon, add Sautéed Mushrooms (the customizable options goes on and on) ... they got you. Pizzas? Something different maybe ... Umami Mushroom Pizza with soft, melt in your mouth cauliflower crust that happens to be gluten free as well ... they got you (we ordered this as well and it was soo good, even better when coupled with the sauce). Salads, fries, tots, hot dogs, yogurt ... they got you and you and you and you (bring friends as that's a lot of "gottin" to be getting..lol). I think you get my point by now, right? Just in case, I'll add some additional thoughts for free, no extra charge . One really cool feature is the tv screen where they display a rotation of the various dishes they have to offer. That can be really helpful in getting a better idea of what you want to order (I've included quite a few pics of the same). In addition, they have two touch screen kiosks where you can place your order. It will be ready to be utilized by patrons within a few days, a LOT of work goes into getting everything just right so that when placing your order, you can make it highly customizable. While there's plenty of places in Lynnwood and close by (Edmonds, Everett) to grab vegan options ... I know a lot of people, including myself, are super stoked to have our first 100% vegan restaurant in Lynnwood. Let's hope the sky's the limit as the area continues to expand thanks to the light rail.

I live and work in the area, and recently walked past a sign for their mushroom latte and I was very intrigued. My previous experiences with mushroom teas and coffees have been subpar. So some coworkers and I stopped by on a Thursday around 930 AM. The place was empty, so I quickly placed my order and received it. The drink was good! Tasted maybe a bit earthy and maybe more grainy compared to most other coffees, but I'm not a huge coffee drinker. I had no issues with the taste though. The price is a bit steep though. But it's definitely nice that it's a plant based shop! I like that most of their items come with different options. I'll definitely come back and sample some of the food!

super healthy and 100% plant based restaurant! They use high quality ingredients and have curated a huge menu of plant based dishes. What we ordered- Pretty in Pink Smoothie Maui Sunset Acai Bowl Tofu Banh Mi Umami Toast Italian Pizza Everything we tried was so delicious and healthy! The smoothies and acai bowls are made with specific health benefits in mind and you can also choose or customize your toppings! It surely has become my new go to for weekdays lunch especially SLU location!!

One liner: only street parking but great food for $15-25 range. Vegan and mostly fresh/ natural. I dropped in for a quick bite on a Saturday and had the "Super Bowl" which is apparently good for recovery and protein. The staff was friendly and quick and the bowl was delicious. Mostly all natural ingredients and when I added almond butter to it, it was even better. It's kinda cool that this place also has a street facing bar style seating. Nice view while you enjoy your lunch. Limited seating though - no more than 20-25 I think. The acai bowl with taxes and tip was about $18 but I think it's worth every penny. Make sure to eat with all the layers and beware of a chilly bite because of the acai.

I was in Seattle to meet our Amazon Vendor manager and while there were some good vegan snacks in the Apollo building I was hungry for more. I found Plantiful via Yelp. Thanks, Yelp for the help. The location was close by and I entered. It is a very small location with a counter and limited counter height seating by the window, I ordered the Habanero burger with large tots. Here's what I liked There's an option of Beyond, Impossible, FieldBurger, and Chik Burger. Some reviewers claimed for the price that the burger was small, but that was not my experience. I would say the burger size was just right especially with a large tot. My order was processed fairly quickly as my cashier was also my cook, which was not overly strange but weird and perhaps the norm for the area. Ketchup was the only takeout sauce available for the tots which was less than ideal. I left excited but kept my expectations low. I walked back to the Marriott Courtyard and then as a group drove to a nearby restaurant. At this point, my burger and tots had been in my backpack for about 45 minutes or so. I didn't want to eat without everyone else in the dining party having their non-vegan entrees. The large order of air-fried tots was massive. That was a lot of tots. I wish I had taken a picture while at Plantiful to show the enormous amount but I was too excited to get caught up with the rest of my group. If you're a tot fan, order the large and expect to either have leftovers or share. I couldn't finish the large order on my own. Next was the burger. The burger was a good size and it was spicy. I had not had a spicy burger like that in quite some time. Kudos to the Plantifood for pulling that off. There's a strange lettuce in my burger, perhaps bok choy that was very hard to chew. Next time, I would order it without it as it was harder than cardboard for me to rip off. Overall, $30 plus tip was expensive but context is important. I would have paid the same at the restaurant for something that may or may not have been vegan so I would rather go to the source and get what I want. I am thankful for Plantiful and I would go back but I would order a smaller-sized tot order and the same burger without the lettuce OR maybe just order the Monterey burger. Yum.

I'm so appreciative they have a vegan place nearby. I'm really impressed by the variety of types of food they have to offer, as well as the four(!!) different types of meat substitutes they have. I tried the habanero burger and it was great! The sauce was a bit runny but the burger was filling and flavorful, slightly cold though, which I wasn't expecting. I also think they could more ingredients in the actual sandwich to make it unique - it's a basic burger! You can choose whether you want a side for extra. Overall I would definitely come back and would try an açaí bowl!

This is the best mango smoothie I've ever had in my entire life! 15 / 10 do recommend! Vanilla, coconut milk and mango!

Got the plantiful acai bowl, minus goji berries, plus chia pudding. The base is icy since they just pull the base out of a freezer rather than having it freshly blended. The mulberries also seemed old or something? For the price it was not that great

Self checkout kiosk and the food came out super fast. The restaurant is very clean and spacious. Once the food came out, the waiter made sure to check on us a few times. I don't eat vegan food a lot but found this place surprisingly good. I was skeptical with my burger choice since I didn't know if "kimchi slaw" would be good. But the gangnam burger was delicious and it didn't have a strong kimchi flavor at all. Sweet and a little bit spicy. My friend got the sausage, cheddar, & egg breakfast sandwich and I thought that was also good. Taste just like real sausage. We were surprised at how big the pizza was. We thought it was just a personal size but it was enough to feed two people. The fries was an extra $5 and aioli sauce was $2 - Tbh I didn't think it was worth it. The price is a bit steep but understandable since it is in Seattle.

This place deserves more hype!!! I was just trying out new places when i came across this vegan restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The burgers are so good that you won't believe they are all vegan. The smoothies are amazing, I must recommend muscle beach, omega power and green machine. I haven't tried the pizzas yet but they smelled really good when they made it. The place is super clean and has nice view to boost. Check them out and you will get hooked for sure.

It ended up being so tasty that I came here twice within a few days. The first visit, I got veggie tempura appetizer and chirashi rice bowl. A bit on the pricier side, I still wanted to give it a try. The veggie tempura are actually not separate pieces of vegetables in tempura, but kakiage (shredded veggies fried together) - still pretty good though. The chirashi rice bowl was fantastic - beautiful presentation as the fish came on the side, pretty fresh, and I appreciated the small details, like the wasabi stem inside the scallop and the shiso leaf/sprouts that accompanied the dish. The service was fantastic as well, considering I had a table for one during lunch hour. My second visit I was on the go, so I got the Classic sushi burrito, which again was maybe a little pricier than I would like, but it was worth it. Rice, fish/poke, crab mix, cucumber, avocado - it all mixed nicely wrapped within the rice paper outside, and was convenient to eat for takeout. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're around the area and feel like treating yourself to more than a soup/salad/sandwich...

I am so grateful for my experience at Life On Mars. It turned out to be the highlight of a…read moretumultuous Seattle trip and I look back on it fondly. We came here mostly for one thing: I absolutely could not wait for their gluten-free vegan chick'n pot pie. A pie i'd been waiting months to try. A pie unlike any other pie. A pie that I still think about to this day. We walked straight into a Cardi B drag show. And by "walked into" I mean we opened the door and Hot Pink Shade sashayed right in front of us. It was exactly the kind of welcome we love. It was also the first green flag in a sea of green flags at Life On Mars. I could barely sit still as I waited to order my GF/VG pot pie. We got the drinks outta the way (a peach hard cider for me and a fancy-schmancy cocktail for the lady). I was positively GIDDY when Anna came to take our order and I blurted out chick'n pot pie excitedly. I nearly died when she said they didn't have any. Normally it wouldn't have been such a big deal, but I was from out of town and had literally been craving this damn pie for months! And I lied, I didn't nearly die but I DID nearly cry and that's almost as bad. Even the bestie lamented about what a let down this was. Anna. Dear, sweet Anna. We must have looked really hard up because this sweet baby angel offered to ask the cooks if they could whip one up special just for me. Let me tell you why this is a big deal: For one, she didn't need to do that. That's going above and beyond, and she was such a graceful little buttercup when she did it. Second, making a gluten free biscuit is a finicky, precise, detailed process. It sucks, honestly, and I don't blame them for not having them every day. I nearly cried when she came back and told us the cooks said YES. And this time i'm not lying. It was beyond the type of customer service i'm used to. It was.... humane. It was...empathetic. It was...totally first world problems but it meant so much to me! Especially since Anna said it had been a DAY and she was at her wits end. For her to have a rough day and still have the grace and compassion to make my stupid GF/VG chick'n pot pie dreams come true.....well, yeah, it made me a bit teary eyed. The pot pie was delicious, as expected. It was nostalgic and comforting, like a big hug in a bowl. The flavors were rich and deep, the biscuit soft and flaky; it was one of the most delicious things i've tasted on my GF/VEG journey. Between the food, the drinks, the customer service and the drag show......this was five stars all around. No doubt. I don't see the GF chick'n pot pie on their menu anymore. Maybe it's a seasonal thing? I hope it comes back, i'll be checking. And when it pops up again, so will I. Thank you, Anna. Thank you to the cooks on 2/19/26. Thank you to Hot Pink Shade, ISIS and King Leo Mane.
