Woohoo-as good as it gets! Finally this tagline has met its match. I booked Oasis for massage and mani/pedi services for a bridal shower/ bachelorette I was planning for 14 women at a Russian River rental property in Guerneville, CA. I obtained quotes from several other companies, but chose Oasis because their prices were extremely reasonable and they offered massage, facial and mani/pedi not just facials and massage. (by far the best and the only ones I found who had experience providing both mani/pedi and massage contemporaneously for such a large group) We booked 20 minute mini services for all 14 women, including a full hour-plus for the bride and the services lasted from around 12pm-5 or 6pm. Nichole and Mary were professional and exceeded expectations at every step. Nichole was timely in email responses, provided detailed invoicing and they called to check in on their way up from El Granada to Guerneville with an exact ETA. Most wonderful; however, was the service itself. They made our beautiful rental into an informal day spa with candles, lighting, aromatherapy and wonderful, relaxed attitudes. I was wary of the whole "staging" idea, scared it might be kitschy or too girly but they were right on point, candles, dried flowers, good quality equipment and aromatherapy station-- it meshed perfectly with our riverfront house's rustic/modern luxury. I should have realized that they can adapt their setting for either a group of young girls at a "party" or a more serene adult gathering. Nichole and Mary are both excellent at what they do--I asked Nichole about her experience in this industry and she explained to me that they both worked successfully for many years in-house at spas, but branched out on their own since there is a need for this type of mobile service. We were all laughing because every time someone came out of the massage room with Nichole their eyes were rolling into their heads and they would flop on the couches. Nichole followed them out with a heated aromatherapy neck wrap to complete the ecstasy. Hahahaha. Anyhow, Mary also was very detail oriented and often spent more than the allotted 20 minutes to ensure each girl's mani or pedi was given the appropriate attention. She cleaned, sanitized and refilled the soaking tub each time and her OPI and Esssie colors came in a fantastic array of neutral to edgy colors. Both Nichole and Mary exceeded our expectations of what a spa could be. I overheard several of the guests commenting on how they made just enough conversation to put one at ease without making them feel compelled to chat during the service. Several women opted to pay for additional foot or full body massages because Nichole was so good. My roommate gets massages quite regularly and commented that Nichole really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Oasis for large or small gatherings if you are looking to wow your guests. Did I mention they provided customized aromatherapy products that they mix onsite using pure organic extracts-jasmine, rose, ylang ylang, grapefruit...I was so happy and relieved at how wonderful the whole experience was. I am so upset. I am hosting a bridal spa party this coming Sat and Nichole was confirmed. I was waiting on the contract agreement and was already to pay the 20%. Now I am stuck trying to find someone else. I have called and emailed and facebooked her many times to get the contract with zero response back. As this is a very important event it would be nice to not have her say yes she can do it and then not respond when trying to pay the 20% up front cost. Nichole and her staff were great to work with. We had a spa party at work with three treatment stations that included henna, foot massage and chair massage. The therapists were top notch and I received nothing but positive feedback. This was an offsite/onsite with 20 people that was budget friendly. All the therapists were super friendly and engaging. There was a google docs sign up sheet sent in advance. Each session was spread out by 15 minutes. They need about 30 minutes to set up and we had them here for 2 hours. It was so nice to have them come in house since it's hard to get people out of the office. This was beyond amazing. We had a ladies sleepover and let it run into a Sunday Spa Brunch. What a great idea! We stayed in our cozy PJs and the spa team setup everything Sunday morning. The pedicurist was outside which was a beautiful setting to enjoy the summer day. Talk about not uptight whatsoever they were able to come into a house full of hungover women eating Cheetos in bikinis (some wearing Obama masks) and bring us back to life!! No questions asked! haha. She was very accommodating and even delivered some of the supplies to me the day before since my party was not in the bay area. She sent Lisa out to do our massages and facials and they ... were ... EVERYTHING! We were ALL in heaven! She literally brought the spa to US! It was so amazing ... nothing like I had expected. We had Oasis provide quick neck, shoulder and back massages (on a table, not a chair), and foot massages at a recent baby shower (there were 14 of us). I am an early planner and Nichole was super responsive and went right along with me in the planning despite the amount of lead time we had. She was very professional and organized, and these traits were a big factor in choosing her. When Nichole and Mary arrived, I couldn't be more delighted. They confirmed prior to the day, called ahead the day of, and arrived spot on time in the east bay. Their set up was wonderful and pleasing to the eye (I am particular on my home decor and appearances). Their demeanor and personalities put my guests at ease and excited about getting their massages. I think some guests do not know what to expect when they hear about massages at a party but any hesitation went right out the window when they saw Nichole and Mary. Most importantly, every single girl RAVED about their massages, most saying it was the best they ever had - despite being only massaged for a short amount of time! I wish I could give more than five stars. We used Oasis Travelling Spa for an event at a hotel in Burlingame. We were on a rather tight budget, and had to figure out a way to fit a little pampering into 3 hours for 50 ladies. Oasis worked with me to plan how we would go about doing that, the staff arrived early on the day of the event, was set up by our start time, and they even sent someone to help facilitate the treatments during the event. I have used this service twice. Once as a birthday treat for myself and once as a spa party for my momma-to-be friend. The experience is relaxing and wonderful. The therapists - especially Mary - are lovely people. Kind and professional. They arrived on time and thought of everything. I did not have to do a thing as they transformed my home into an oasis. For the party, they even made the favors. I have had the royal foot treatment, a manicure, and a pedicure. Everything was great, but the royal foot treatment truly felt special. My friends and I had planned a Girls' Weekend in Santa Cruz and were looking forward to a little time together, sans kids, enjoying some food, wine, sun, and friendship. Two of us opted for massages (I have never felt so relaxed and fabulous after a massage!), and 2 others enjoyed the Foot Fantasy treatments in a little outdoor garden sanctuary that Mary created! When all of the appointments were done, Mary and Nichole then treated us all to an Aromatherapy Consult and we each got to mix our own scents and take some roll-on scents and lotions home as a keepsake! The day of the event, she arrived early with her team to set up. Her spa service was liked by everyone and she was very professional. I loved her attention to detail. We used Oasis Spa's services for my best friends Bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! The spa team came in quietly and set up in the front room with everything needed to make an in-home spa retreat that included: spa robes, slippers, candles.. the whole works! Nicole brought a special added touch which was a variety of essential oils to smell and make our own oil mixture to use during our spa session and to keep. She was very knowledgeable about all of the oils and answered all of my many questions:) We got to pick from a list of spa services - I got the massage and some of the other gals at the party got pedis and massages as well. They did a great job of catering to the services that we wanted. I have to say that It was one of the best massages I've ever had. I overheard the massage therapist say that she brought another table just in case she needed it since two of the six of the girls at the party were pregnant.
