Food is not good... too SALTY same as the service.. the lady that was taking our order was sooooo annoying... she is rushing us...place is not busy but she is on a rush!!! I do not recommend this place.

We stopped here for lunch. Located in a tiny strip mall kitty corner for the swim school. We got seated right away. I ordered the grilled beef bun. That was fantastic and huge. Service was perfunctory. That's fine. They have a big menu. Food is good

Asked for lemon grass beef got chicken. I understand I asked if i could sub the rice part of lemon grass beef with vermicelli. If she had said no I would've just gotten the damn rice plate with the beef. This chicken dry as hell. I also got the fried lumpia, tasted like it's been sitting out and refried. It's not crispy but somehow hard. Had no flavor, the fish sauce tasted sour. Price is ok but I would never be eating here. I'm sure their other dishes may be good but sure as hell not taking another chance.

3.5 stars, but since we can't give half stars, boosting to 4 stars for the variety in their menu options. I found Oasis Vietnamese Cuisine via yelp and was eyeing them for a good amount of time because not only are they just a few minutes drive from my house, they also serve bánh mì (Vietnamese sandwiches) as well as Vietnamese steamed rice rolls. I finally got to check them out for the first time on the evening of Sunday, October 18, 2020. This was during the time when businesses were slowly opening up after the shelter in place pursuant to Covid 19. As such, I came in for food take-out. After parking in their private lot, I arrived shortly before 7:30 PM. The dining room, a casual setting, was closed for eating in. They had tables set up nearby the cash register for placing and picking up orders. Below are the items that I ordered: DEEP FRIED IMPERIAL ROLLS - They use the egg roll wrapper that bubbles up and makes the imperial rolls chewy rather than crispy. For this reason, I was not a fan. VEGETABLE SPRING ROLLS - Generously stuffed with greens. The dipping sauce is much darker than what we are used to. We prefer the peanut butter forward version that we typically get at other places. STEAMED RICE ROLLS w/ FANCY PORK PATTY - Very good! This is a simple and light tasting dish with chewy textures from the steamed rice rolls. Love it!! FANCY PORK PATTY VIETNAMESE SANDWICH - Good, but they could be a little more generous with the pâté spread. FRIED TOFU DRY VERMICELLI BOWL + DEEP FRIED VEGETABLE EGG ROLLS - Ok, according to DJ. VIETNAMESE COFFEE - Strong/heavy coffee flavour. A little more condensed milk and/or water, please. Service was quick and friendly. Fast forward to Sunday night of August 24, 2025 when we decided to order dinner to-go from Oasis again. This time, we skipped the DEEP FRIED IMPERIAL ROLLS and VIETNAMESE SANDWICH. DJ ordered the FRIED TOFU DRY VERMICELLI BOWL + DEEP FRIED VEGETABLE EGG ROLLS and VIETNAMESE COFFEE again. Below are the new items in this night's order: FRIED TOFU SPRING ROLLS - Again, these spring rolls were generously stuffed. The sticky rice paper wrapping tore on a couple of the rolls, so they did not stay contained, unfortunately. STEAMED RICE ROLLS WRAPPED w/ GROUND PORK - Yummy! This also came with slices of the fancy pork patty which was great. The chewy steamed rice rolls had an extra layer of texture with the little bits of ground pork. Love this, too! GRASS JELLY W/ COCONUT MILK - If you like grass jelly and coconut milk like me, this dessert is definitely for you. I really enjoyed it. For three food items and two beverages, the total came out to be $57.22 which was pretty reasonable. Z picked up our food this time and commented that they weren't warm and fuzzy. Oasis isn't DJ's go-to Viet eatery around our area, but I will definitely want to hit them up more often for their steamed rice rolls, maybe a bánh mì, and dessert. I also must try their smoothies and soups!

I don't come here enough and I really need to change that. They have a steady stream of people coming for take out/doordash orders so we never have to wait for a table to dine in. So family friendly with a little station in the corner stocked with crayons, coloring books, and reading books. These kept my 2 little ones entertained while we waited for food and then afterwards so the adults could finish eating. Staff is also super friendly towards the kids and even bring out extra bowls, plastic utensils and scissors to cut the noodles. All without asking! If you're a parent, you know how it is. Food was solid. Not the best of the best, but I'm still giving this 5 stars because it was good for a decent price and we took home leftovers so portion size was good. I enjoyed my bun rieu. I've also had their banh cuon which is legit and I've not been able to find another spot that does this locally.

Ordered the following: Seafood noodle soup Beef stew noodle soup Thai iced tea Coconut water We enjoyed the drinks (coconut juice and Thai iced tea but wish they were bigger) and the seafood noodle soup was decent. I liked how there are different seafood and not juice shrimp and fish balls like other places. I actually saw imitation crab, fish balls, fish, shrimp, scallops. The beef stew was okay, the broth was nice but there was too much noodles and not enough beef. In hindsight, if we come back, I'll try the rice dishes or the sandwiches. These also looked decent. Parking is easy, there is plenty of parking spaces. Service is a bit slow but that is okay as long as you aren't in a hurry.

Probably homemade chili oil. Smelled really good.

Came recently since my friend and I drove by and pho sounded good. Friend reported that their pho broth was very good and meat was tender. Portion looked small but was actually the perfect size. I opted for the crepe. Enjoyed the deep fried crispy crepe. The filling was not seasoned so it was a bit bland. Some of the ingredients also tasted like they have been sitting out for a while. Discovered the chili oil after I finished eating. It smelled really good. I'm going to have to try using that the next time I come by.

We drive by this location everyday.. Today, we felt like having Vietnamese. We ordered: catfish claypot ( recommended by the waitress) and Beef Noodle Soup(#2). My husband loved their meat balls and beef. The noodles could be softer but good. My catfish claypot ( special menu) was Wow. I loved the sauce. The fish was so tender but not so much the bones. I also ordered the HK Milk Tea (hot). It was delicious. Just as good as in HK but it was very hot but so good. The service was awesome. We would definitely come back, and try something else. Yes !! So good.

I'm surprised I haven't left a review considering I've been here a good amount of times over the last year. Hidden gem, didn't realize there was a Vietnamese restaurant close by. Located across the street from Mazzettis bakery and next to the swim school. Plenty of parking in the area just be careful not to park in the dedicated swim school spots. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are great. We love coming here whether it be for a bowl of pho or the rice plates, it's always good no matter what we choose. Kid approved as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. So far, we haven't tried anything we don't like. Definitely worth a try, you won't regret it!

Imperial Rolls, they're one of my all time favorites and there was once a local restaurant, in San Francisco, which I regarded as the best. However, it closed when the owners retired and I haven't quite found its equal. These were above okay and below my old restaurant's standards, but it's better than nada. They're akin to the Filipino lumpias, these with more heft and you wrap lettuce around the rolls along with some of the pickley veggies and then dip it in a sauce for an explosion of flavor in your mouth. There's a bit of playful construction while consuming and that's half the fun, an engaging and immersive culinary experience. Anyway, I was a happy fellow having these for lunch and I'll surely be back!

Felt unwelcome - mediocre food Walked in at 3:00 and were immediately told "We close at 4:00" and the guy turned the sign to "Closed" even before we were seated, despite the fact they are supposed to be open until after 8PM. OK, they just opened, things happen and maybe you need to close early - but at least be polite about it. They're new and first impressions mean a lot - maybe greet your customers with a smile? Our order was taken in a timely manner, but the server had the same attitude as they guy who seated us - seemed completely disinterested and never checked back to see how things were, dropped the check on the way to another table and never once smiled or said thank you. The Food: Pretty disappointed in everything we ordered. Pho ga was too salty. Garlic noodles, one of my go-to comfort foods, were dry :-( and I paid the extra $3 for veggies and got 4 broccoli florets and two huge leaves of bok choi that were near impossible to eat. The papaya salad was just OK, but the chicken served on top was boiled and completely flavorless - I've never ordered papaya salad before and maybe that's the norm? Blah. Gave 3 stars because Pacifica really needs this place to succeed. PLEASE pretend to appreciate your customers - maybe it was just a bad day and that had something to do with the early closure. I'll give it another try and order different dishes. Fingers crossed! read more

Ordered the beef rice plate, pork rice plate and garlic noodles. Noodles were dry. Rice plates had very little meat and the mear itself was chewy not barbequed. Ive had much better vietnamese food. Wont be back. Waste of $60. read more

Ordered the #94 combination pork bahn mi $6.50 6" with artesian charcuterie style pork head cheese style was fantastic complex texture and flavors but the sandwich was anorexic and made me wanting a double meat option and the sandwich was 75% bread and the thiniest bahn mi style (vs Bunny or Dinosaurs) but most complex pork and skimpy veg (shredded carrot, cucumber and cilantro was half a handful if that). The cold veggie spring roll was 3 decent sized rice wraps with a more traditional complex dipping sauce vs the standard commercial Asian orange sweet and sour sauce. The seating was plentiful at 12:30pm. Most diners had a giant bowl of pho which looked really good and plentiful would be my next visit first choice. Next day dined in for lunch, had a stuffy nose, sore throat, cold outside... perfect Pho eating conditions. Seating plentiful, mostly takeout traffic. Ordered the hot ginger tea came with real julienned ginger on bottom and slight sweet of honey was so soothing to my throat and belly. Ordered the #11 pork combo Pho. The blood cakes were amazing quality( not liver or iron taste or texture, melt in your mouth goodness, like sucking delicious fatty cooked blood from the marrow but more clean tasting). The pork slices were from pre-cooked then refrigerated slices of trotter and leg area meat could stand a bit more sow cooking as was a bit tough and rubbery, but flavor was clean tasty pork. The pork roll was from a preprocessed then reheated was fine, the spicy beef was a bit tough and chewy, next time will order the raw beef on side for extra $7. The broth won me over. Thick muddy (not clear) brown meat stock with floating bits of beefy goodness left me mouth and belly moaning for more. The condiments (sprouts, mint, parsley, lime wedge)were paltry but clean and enough without being wasteful or cheap. Come here for the pho and hot tea on a cold winter hits the spot. The menu includes a kid's portion of pho and noodle dishes was a nice add. Will come with friends and family again! read more

My go to place for local Vietnamese food. Always fast service and consistently good. Love having the fresh crepe when dining in. Also always have to have the imperial rolls. Pho is great on a cold Pacifica summer evening. read more

I ordered the beef and meatball phô fish cake banh mi (for my dad) and pork and shrimp crepe. Although I asked for my rare beef to be put on a separate plate and it came in the soup, it was very tasty. The crepe was a bit messy to eat but it was very delish. My dad ate all his sandwich and said it was very good. It was our first experience here and I would definitely come back again! read more

I was greeted and seated as soon as I got in. I ordered the Banh Mi and avocado shake (with boba). The bbq pork Banh Mi did not disappoint - it was really tasty. The avocado shake is somewhat bland though. Will be back to try the others on the menu. read more

Do not let the high review fool you. Ordered for take out and they completely gave me the wrong order. Did not provide utensils. The food had hair in it and tasted like it had dirt. The customer service was bad and felt unwelcomed. I highly do not recommend this place. I chose this restaurant because of the rating but I am very very disappointed. The rating is false. The food was disgusting! Stay away. read more

Love this place! Amazing food and excellent customer service. They always give me extra Thai basil for my pho if I ask and lettuce on the side with the imperial rolls. The owner is so nice every time I come in to pay. He even helps me carry the box to my car when I order a lot. Love it here. Consistently good food, pleasant enough staff, and very clean inside. Their five spice chicken pho is my go-to (it is wonderful) and my partner loves the pho with rare beef and meatball. They also have delicious Vietnamese coffees and spring rolls. Went to this place since we saw it had good reviews but I honestly wasn't too impressed. Ordered the pho and it honestly had way too much noodles. I guess it's personal preference but for me... too much noodles soaks up all the broth so I ended up taking off a majority of the noodles. Ordered the shrimp rolls. It was 3 pieces (cut in half for 6 pieces)... I'm used to getting just 2 full pieces in an order so that was nice. The peanut sauce was a lot watery than I'm used to so that was a bummer. The shrimp rolls were supposed to be an appetizer so it was weird that the pho came first, then the shrimp rolls then the pho toppings. The order the food comes out in is part of the experience for me so that also irked me a little bit. Plus the drinks came last so I'm also... ehhhhh. The service wasn't horrible but then again we were never really checked on. They were nice when we came in (sat us down, greeted us, etc) but that was pretty much it. Probably won't come back here... so I'm def still on a hunt for my go to pho place in SF. read more

I am in love with this place! I can't believe I am now just finding out about it. I took one look at the menu and I wanted to order everything. The chicken pho was amazing, we also love the ground pork rice rolls, the crab paste vermicelli was great as well, my family enjoyed the garlic noodles and the five spice chicken. Vietamese BBQ pork sandwich was delicious! I did have a little heartburn afterward but I have a sensitive stomach so isn't really a reflection of the quality. We also tried combination plate which was very tasty and highly recommend. read more

I have eaten Spring Rolls of every kind in many restaurants. Oasis has got it down. I substitute Basil leaves for Mint. All sauces are good too. Peanut is thinner than most but it coats, and that is all that matters! Soups are good, won ton with noodles is my fav:) Papaya Noodle salad with any meat is really good. People are very friendly and helpful - fun to get to know. Fun and clean! read more

Went to the beach in Pacifica and had craving for Vietnamese food. Yelp had Oasis and I saw a few elite members gave them 4 star so decided to give it a try with my family. Ordered the papaya salad combo 3.5/5 (the squid had a soapy taste) #1 beef combo soup 3.5/5 ( the broth could be stronger) lots of beef flank but quality isn't as good. #52 5 spicy chicken over rice 4/5 (plate on the small side) Combo sandwich 3.5/5 average. Ice coffee 5/5, best Vietnamese ice coffee I've experienced so far. Overall, it's a solid 4 star, the service is good, price is right. read more

We liked it the first time (got the chicken papaya salad, shrimp rolls, veggie banh mi, and vermicelli bowl). Prices are GOOD, portions are so-so, taste is good for the location. Be prepared for a very different veggie banh mi to be presented, it literally has egg roll filling for the vegetables. (Like as in, a chinese egg roll) Second time around, we also liked it... same items but seafood pho instead of vermicelli. The ONLY problem I encountered was seeing the cook (cooking, with gloves on) eating a sandwich with said gloves still on. that's incredibly unsanitary, and bothered me quite a bit. For a new establishment, you'd expect a little better. Might think twice before returning a third time. read more

Nice to find a local Vietnamese spot close by to home. Came with a couple of friends for dinner and all of us were really impressed with the quality! The rare beef pho was very filling and to my surprise the rare steak they used was super tender. I don't think I've ever experienced a pho place use such tender meat and it wasn't just a thin slice, it was several decently sized pieces of steak! The soup had a nice meaty flavor and the noodles felt firm, not much chew. Overall, we were all satisfied with our meal and would definitely choose this place over Kevin's Noodle House when craving some pho. read more

For me Vietnamese is housed by sauce...hoisin, siracha and peanut. With an order of spring rolls, imperial rolls, bun and pho, I expected more than two small packets of siracha and hoisin for $50 worth of food. All rolls came with the vinegar fish sauce, no hoisin or peanut and the aforementioned pho and bun had one packet of each sauce for each dish. So ultimately our food was underwhelming and bland. Bummer! We usually lick the dishes clean, but I found myself dumping the last bits out. A little more sauce would have made all the difference, so if you're a sauce person....ask for extra! read more

In this area every neighborhood should have a local noodle joint, the latest addition to our neighborhood is this Vietnamese Pho restaurant , which has taken over part of the Starbucks building next to Anderson's. It's a rather spartan affair, Lots of hard surfaces tile on the floor so it's echoey and loud.but the Pho that I sampled .the house special, which includes sliced beef and shrimp, came very quickly. The broth was on the lighter side but still tasty especially after the Sriracha bath. The menu had all the usual rice and noodle plates along with the soups. I'll be going back to try some of the others. No need to drive over the hill for s simple noodle soup lunch Yay! read more

There's not a lot of good vietnamese restaurants in Daly City area so I'm glad Oasis is pretty close to my neighborhood! The staff here is always friendly and their food is pretty good. I just wish though that their Bun Bo Hue tasted better. I like coming here and will keep coming back! read more

I recently tried Oasis Vietnamese Cuisine and had a solid experience overall. If you're looking for simple, comforting Vietnamese food that hits the spot, this place gets it done. We ordered the pho and it came loaded with all the good stuff, slices of rare beef, beef balls, and tripe. The broth had a rich, deep flavor that really stood out and made the whole bowl come together. Definitely a satisfying dish. We also had a banh mi, and that was another highlight. The bread was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, just how it should be. The meats were flavorful and well balanced, making it an easy go to. The ambiance is casual and not fancy, and the service matched that, good and straightforward with no issues. Nothing over the top, just solid. They have specials written up on the wall, and the banh khot caught our attention, so that's something we'd probably come back to try next time. Parking can be a little limited because there are a lot of businesses around, but it's manageable. Overall, not a bad spot at all. Good food, casual vibe, and worth coming back to try more of the menu. read more

We recently relocated to this area from the East Bay, and it's been challenging to find a good Vietnamese restaurant. Fortunately, we discovered this place that offers a wide variety of unique dishes, including Banh Xeo, Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue, and Banh Cuon, all in one place. Love this place. Foods were excellent and very flavorful. Portions were generous. Spicy Noodle soup was spicy and lots of flavors. The papaya salad was lite and tasty. The Benh Cuon was freshly made and flavorful. read more
