I believe every person that walks through the door is a customer, maybe now or in the future. Running a successful business is treating every member of the community politely with service. I politely requested to use the restroom and I would've kept it clean and then very quickly left. They declined very rudely. Today's date is May 19, 2026. The time is 3:20 PM because of this I will not bring my money here and shop here and eat here nor will I ever suggest to any friends to come eat here. Business owners need to remember. Someone might not be a paying customer today, but they might be a PAYING customer in the future and it just put a really bad taste in my mouth. I have grown to love this place for lunch on my way to and from appointments at Kaiser SSF. I ordered take out for dinner to bring home this afternoon. Totally different experience with the food from my past experiences. INCREDIBLY oily for everything we ordered, especially the twice cooked pork, where the "pork" seemed like under cooked bacon and tons of oil. I am hoping this was a one off. This was one of the most worst experiences most frustrating ordering experiences l've had. The employee taking phone orders seemed more interested in rushing through the call than actually listening to the customer.I was interrupted or hurried along, which ultimately led to my order being completely wrong. The entire purpose of taking an order over the phone is to listen and confirm the details. If staff can't take an extra few seconds to hear what customers are saying, mistakes are inevitable.unfortunately, that is what happened here. What makes this especially disappointing is that the error could have been avoided if the employee had simply paid attention instead of rushing me off the phone. I spent my money expecting the food I ordered and received something different because basic customer service was lacking. I understand that restaurants get busy, but being busy is not an excuse for poor communication and careless order taking. Management should seriously address how phone orders are handled because this experience left me with little confidence in retuning. read more

OMG! My tastebuds were totally tantalized with the delicious food I consumed! The ambiance was so pleasant and the service was top notch! We were treated royally especially since it was our 1st time visiting and definitely won't be our last time! Dropped off an ups package next door and saw Ng's Cooking right next door, never been, so I went inside to take a look. I checked out their menu and they had a lunch special. I was very happy to see since lunch specials are my favorite since you get so much for a good price. The food took about 10 minutes from ordering to go. I got the bitter melon with shrimp. Tasted like home. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Def a good spot for a quick bite and it's so close to home too. The vibes were nice and they had a tv playing football. The place is solid affff. I've been frequenting Ng's Cooking a lot recently especially during for their lunch deals. $12+ for rice, entrée, and soup!! Of course you don't get the full serving size of entrée but their dishes are SO tasty that I'm willing to overlook it loll. All their dishes are tasty and serving size is pretty generous! Beware though, their spicy dishes aren't spicy at all but I'm sure you can request the kitchen to adjust it to your preference. Don't get the dim sum here!! Good menu selections, leans to Americanized Chinese food, but does feature a few authentic items. Services was quicker than previous visits, but could still use improvement. Like the decor, but even though there are a few tables, it's a small space, so take out is probably recommended. Good location in the Westborough shopping center, but the parking lot can get crowded and can be difficult to get in-and-out. Food is solid, including their weekday lunch specials, good cook, good flavor, some items can be a bit too salty, but overall, it's a good spot to get your fix for Chinese food. Have yet to try other items on their menu (ex. rice porridge), but while it's not my favorite spot, it's definitely a solid option when in the area. read more

Wor wonton soup was average, pork wontons, shrimps, spinach, and squid in broth. I did not like pork wonton, tasted old or bad spice. Service was quick as no one else in restaurant. One word ~ Sweet Orange Chicken supposed has orange flavor with sweet and salty but not this one. I just tasted sweet. Same thing as Sweet and Sour Cod, not enough vinegar but sweet. Eggplants also has sweet flavor only. But thank you for the free egg rolls. Nice customer service. read more

This is my grandma's top spot in the area for a quick lunch or dinner, but mostly dinner! It conveniently nearby in a plaza that has a lot parking but also gets busy so I appreciate the 10 min spots in front of this place because it makes it more likely we'll get a space for pick up. Ordered a lot of different dishes from here. Their popcorn chicken is quite different from other places because they are round pieces, more like shredded chicken that gets fried and is still a pretty good snack. Their egg rolls are a bit on the thicker side with ok filling. The dumplings are nothing special but it was complimentary so why not. If you order a certai amount then you have a choice between dumplings and egg rolls. Main dishes are decent, my grandma likes their beef and chicken in the dishes. She likes the chow fun with black bean sauce but it was a wet gravy instead of dry and not mixed very well the last tine we ordered it. I like their west lake soup and their honey walnut shrimps are pretty big. The buddha vegetarian dish tastes like a very chinese dish called jai with things like different kinds of mushrooms in it. Again, my grandma who lives near by really likes this place so I'm sure I'll be back on her behalf! read more

Their dishes are authentic and creative! Since there are so few good chinese restaurants in this area I encourage people to try the restaurant. They serve generous portions, and all their dishes are very flavorful and served fresh. We especially enjoy their crab fried rice, salted fish fried rice, salt and pepper chicken wings, shiitake mushroom tofu vegetable dish, wonton and rice soups and other... All their noodle and vegetable dishes are great too! Not sure why they got lower than 4 rating from others but i totally disagree with them. I ordered ahead for chicken chow fun and their website is super confusing. I ended up coming in at the time they said it would be ready at and they don't say anything to me i walk to the front and say i'm picking up my order.... they all look at each other like ummmm what order. while my order is on the screen behind them. They then turn and say they are sold out of chow fun noodles and start offering me other noodles. I told them i was craving chow fun and then don't offer me like a refund or anything. So i just say I'll have chow mein instead.... the woman proceeds to walk up to me and says next time order the beef chow fun and say you don't want beef you want chicken and then i'll make it for you... i was like wtf? didn't you just say you don't have the chow fun anyways?????? they then come out with the tinnest box i've ever seen for $20. What you get is different than what you order. Beware you may not get what you ordered. We ordered online the family menu and went to pick it up, only to find out that they never received our order. We had to reorder in the restaurant and wait for the food to be made, and the menu online is different than the one in store. The in-store family menu did not have the lamb dish, instead it was described as cod, but came out in the dish was some kind of alternative like Swai or Tilapia. Furthermore, one of the dishes was described in English as 'beef and scallops' and the Chinese description was 'beef and shrimp'. What we got was beef and shrimp. We also ordered the pan fried pork ribs which was dry and tough like jerky. Oddly, the pork ribs came with random sticks of sweet potato fries -- I have never seen any Chinese dishes come with sweet potato fries. Also note that the prices in store are more expensive than the prices advertised on line. So not only could we not order online (lost order), we had to pay higher prices (inaccurate pricing), and the food was not what we expected (no lamb, no cod, no scallop). When we mentioned our concerns, they compensated with a box of 5 dumplings. This hardly compensates for wasted time, inaccurate pricing, and disappointment with different food than expected. We really wanted this to be a great Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately it missed the mark. read more

Came here for a quick lunch with my mom on a Friday afternoon. It was fairly empty so we were seated right away. We opted for their $10 a dish lunch deal and I got the beef with egg and mom got the bittermelon with beef. I'm as expecting my egg to be the watery ones on top of the beef but it was jsut scrambled egg so it was disappointing. It came with rice and soup, the soup was very simple but tasty.
