A wife and I called Puragain Water as we had been battling hard water issues in our home. In our other homes, we've always used a water softener but didn't like the upkeep and thought we should give this system a try. From the moment we called to the final installation experience was above and beyond my highest expectations. As a business owner myself, I expect people to show up on time and be kind and respectful, keeping thing professional. Omar first came out and arrived five minutes early. He took his time to go over not only the process of the installation, but the science behind the system itself. He tested our water for not only the hardness but for chlorine as well. Turns out we had very hard water and a high amount of chlorine, which would explain the taste and why I didn't like drinking the water. THAT SAME DAY!!! Luke, the technician came out and installed the new water system. He also installed a new reverse osmosis system in our master bathroom and replaced the Alkaline filter on our existing reverse osmosis system! We have now had this system for several months and have seen many positive results. Not only does the water now taste good right out of every faucet in the house, but our dishwasher cleans our dishes without any residue left behind. There is no longer water spots on anything after we clean and with the chlorine gone my wife's hair and skin feels soft after taking a shower! First of all, I like to say never judge a book by its cover. This young man called me that he was running a little late. That tells me that this young man is responsible. I told him that's fine. I work from home no problem. He arrives and he ends up being a little guy looks younger than young and I thought oh my God OK i'm gonna give him a chance to do his work . to my surprise. He was amazing. He took care of every little detail. He showed us how to work the system. The two guys that were with them helped him out a lot. They made a great team. would I recommend him to anyone...yes besides his personality was amazing. He was kind and funny. The other thing when he had me sign the contract, he was so prepared. He had his little envelope with his pen already there and on his phone I signed as well. I don't think I've had older professional guys be as organized as this young man was. I have to give him prompts because I did ask him how old he was. He said 25. What! that's amazing. His parents did a great job with him. I want to thank him and a Purigan for the amazing work. I am so looking forward to using my new system and no longer seeing that calcium in my water. We live in a semi-rural area and the quality of the water from a regional water supplier has gotten so bad in the last few years. I called Puragain for a quote. Our rep, Omar R., came the next day. We liked the system so we signed up. The technician, Luke W., was out that same afternoon to do the Installation. Loved the water quality! We began having low pressures in our faucets after 2 weeks from installation of our whole house filtration system. We called Puragain, set an appointment and Billy Guajardo was here on time. He saw the problem immediately, checked all filters, put a better first stage filter in @ no charge, flushed the system, and had us going in about 45 minutes. The iron is so high in our water supply system that the filter was completely rust colored in that short time period. I have to commend the representative David, who came out to help me with my water leak. It turns out that it was not with my puragain system, but with the sprinkler system attached to the main water outlet. The hose had sprung a leak and he showed me what the problem was and was very, very helpful. I am so pleased with my system and the quality of my water. Today David Gonzales was our technician who was scheduled to check/replace our filters. He was so friendly and professional not to mention thorough. I have never liked the taste of San Antonio water and was constantly buying bottled. We recently replaced our traditional water softener with a Puragain System. I am happy to say I no longer need to purchase bottled water for everyday use.
