Love this Chili's! Consistently great food and service, I always get sat immediately and food comes out so quick!

Very busy on a Friday night but we got in right away. A few problems with the wifi but they fixed it. The main thing I noticed was that the team worked together. They look after each other and help all the tables without making you feel like you bothered them even though it was not your waitress that you called upon. The 3 for Me is a GREAT deal! I have never had the shrimp alfredo and it was very good. Not spicy like I thought it would be but the alfredo sauce was excellent. Way too much food for me but lots of shrimp for the amount of noodles. My daughter had the 6 oz sirloin which was cooked Rare not med. rare so we had to return it. But other than that we had a great experience here. I really liked that I saw everyone working as a team. The manager should be proud of her team. read more

If you know about Chilis then you know. It's a little loud, but not too bad that you can't hear the people with you. The menu has something for everyone. It's a great place to take a group so everyone has options they'll like. Except for those super picky ones. My mushroom Swiss was a little dry but everything else was great. I really like the wings but I don't get them anymore due to cross contamination with gluten. I'll have to ask if that's an issue. The server was quick and kept up with all our many requests. We had a large group after a walk, we were hungry and tired. Yet everyone was happy. read more

Ordered triple dipper: Southwest egg rolls, chicken crispers with BBQ and chipotle boneless wings. I got chicken crispers plain (no sauce given), sweet chili covered chicken crispers and egg rolls. The sauce was all over the to go box and got on everything. Mind you it was the sauce I did not even ordered. Expensive meal for it to be completely wrong except egg rolls. Epic fail. read more

I went to Chili's today to try their $10.99 lunch special, when I left the bill was $22.46. They advertise 6 or 7 item under that lunch special. Only 2 items,both burgers are priced at $10.99. I ordered a burger, and it was swimming in mustard. I only ate half of it. Can't tell you what the meat tasted like. Not a fan of their fries and like the burger only ate half of them. I decided to treat myself to a small draft beer not realizing until I got the bill that it was priced at $6.50 read more

Even though my first experience here was awesome, I now know it was in large part of Brittany my waitress. The waitress this 2nd visit brought me out a cold Cajun pasta, took it back and microwaved it it was so hot I asked her if it was microwaved & she said yes and I told her I won't eat it. She seemed annoyed that I didn't want my food microwaved because she hesitated and then said fine before taking my plate away. I couldn't even say anything she walked off so fast. There was a gentleman maybe the manager who came out after I got a freshly cooked/hot Cajun pasta who apologized. That was nice but I'm not sure anyone is expecting to get microwaved food dining in. I got ONE thing at Chili's today, chips & queso. After going there specifically for the chips, & adding gratuity to such a minuscule takeout order there was nobody inside the restaurant upon walking in to help me get my order for a good few minutes & then I got home to find a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bag! Not only that, but half of the chips were stale & I don't want to know what was wrong with the rest of them. How can a tortilla chip bend in half without breaking?? I'm disgusted & extremely disappointed. I've had to request a new chip basket after being served stale chips while dining in previously, but this is a new low. Chili's is pulling a fast one on the public without any changes in their advertising. The $10.99 special has changed. Now they have changed the burger included in this 10.99 special. The old timer burger that made us this special is now $12.99. you don't know this until you go there and order. The burger now included in this $10.99 special taste like garbage. It only has pickles and cheese ketchup and mustard. Avoice choking this new burger down. We have now moved on from Chili's. read more

I have eaten here several times. I often don't have very great experiences here. I ordered on door dash this time and the steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare, but when I received it it was medium well. I was very disappointed that my food was not prepared the way I had requested. I have had several instances that are similar to this on multiple different food items at this chilies. Ordered carry-out of 2 apps and a $22.00 steak dinner. The apps were $14.00 ea. Total bill $70.00 and change. Upon arriving home we had 3 $14.00 apps and no steak in the bag. Immediately called and was told by the manager that we would be credited the difference;. Apparently lied to get me off the phone because no credit has been applied to my card. I notice all the negative comments on yelp and their disinterest in customer satisfaction or in my case just doing what's right. Way too many good choices to eat in Weatherford to deal with that. I write this review as I wait for my food. That isn't a good sign. The service is incredibly slow. When the food I ordered finally arrived, the wrong appetizer came out with the entree, and half of the order was left out. I am still waiting while my husband got his food and has eaten. Basically, crappy food. Crappy service. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Consistently unamazing :/ I paid $6 for a salsa size "bowl" of soup. Ridiculous. Higher prices. Smaller portions. Mediocre food. Sometimes warm sometimes not. And they don't care. Really sad to see. Used to be one of the best places to eat. Take some pride in things. read more

I'm only giving one star because 0 wasn't possible. Got in quickly (last visit took forever); I know everybody is short staffed but they seemed to be fully staffed this time. Waitress literally acted "stoned", completely clueless, we knew more about the menu than she did. Food took forever, was burnt -she told the cook make sure it's not pink...did I tell you I wanted my burger burnt or not pink?! Normally I am not a fan of chain restaurants. Today I wanted something I am familiar with and Chili's fits that description. Since I had a good idea of what to expect food wise, I am not disappointed. Outstanding food, no but it was good. They have a 3 for $ 10.00 special that met what I was wanting. Non-alcoholic drink, side salad, and entree, in this case a bacon burger. Since this was a lunch setting I didn't expect a big, thick burger patty. Besides I was not in the mood for one this time, again they met the expectations. It was cooked properly and not dried out. Bacon was crispy and not overwhelming. Caesar salad good, not spectacular. I visited this Chili's location last night for dinner and had a good time. There was a 15 minute wait which wasn't too bad. The hostess and waiter were very friendly. I ordered the chicken quesadillas and they hit the spot. The waiter was quick to come back for refills which I really appreciated. I will be coming back for dinner at this Chili's soon! read more

We have been eating here at chili's in weatherford since it opened and it has gradually gone downhill. Last night topped it all! They gave us paper straws, which is unacceptable in my book. First this is not California second this is Texas and we do not have a plastic straw issue. Third when we complained about the paper straw the waitress and trainee acted like they didn't care and they said we will go check if we have any plastic straws left. They then proceeded to walk by a few more times and on the third walk by I stopped them and just said WELL??? They just nonchalantly said that is all we have and walked away. This team always provides me with great meals to go. I'm picky and exclude certain parts of ingredients, as well as changes to food on the menu, and every time they step up and personalize their menu just for me. I love how the chain provides chips and salsa rewards with each purchase with their app, and consider it a treat to order food from them. My favs are the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich, which pretty much is like ordering two meals, and the margarita grilled chicken. Keep up the great work! read more

This is a great Chili's. I have been eating at Chili's Restaurant since the early 90's. Stopped eating there because they all seemed gross. I have not been to one in years. Decided to try the one in Weatherford with my family today. This is a great Chili's! Our server was great! Food was good! The restaurant was very busy but they seated us quickly and having a busy restaurant did not seem to cause any delays or lack of service. The restaurant was clean as well. There are healthyish options on the menu too! It was good!! I would recommend. read more

This is usually a decent option for food but this time around, not so much. A curbside pickup that was 25 minutes in bringing the food out to our car. One waitress that doesn't look at last names or vehicle makes. The food was soggy as it was just sitting there before they brought it out. Zandalee was absolutely perfect! I came in an hour before closing so I already felt bad coming in late, but she was nothing but smiles the entire time for me. I noticed other tables coming in late and I chatted with her about these before heading out. I learned she was not even scheduled to serve that night and found out she was closing even though she was running on little to no sleep. Another big top came in and the last two people didn't walk in until 5 min before close. Even so, Zandalee was positive and a fantastic server. Food was delicious and also came out very quickly. In short, Zandalee deserves a raise (preferably on her kitchen job so it actually affects her paycheck) and help give her a bit more of a warning if she needs to stay late unexpectedly. So this was my first time trying chili's and I did a to-go order. When I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas they were all stacked in a pile like the photo shows. The cuts for each piece are not even remotely similar and the food is barely warm. At got the to-go at 6:00 and I arrive at 6:05. When I got there I still waited for about 15 mins to get my food so I thought " hey it might be fresh" wellll..... not really it was barely warm. Anyways idk if I had a bad experience but I don't recommend. read more
