[[HIGHLIGHT]]Polo's Mexican Cafe has cute vibe and place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We tried the Street Tacos (Asada) which is not bad at all, it's good. The staff are nice, making for a welcoming experience. The Jamaica and Tamarindo drinks are a bit too sweet for our liking, but still nice to try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only downside is the restroom, which could definitely use a little more attention.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, not a bad spot for good food and good vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

After a trip to the local farm and ranch store for supplies for our chickens, we stopped here for dinner. The free chips were thin and crispy and the salsa was mild and tasty. Our entrees were brisket street tacos and beef enchiladas. Both came with rice and refried beans. Everything was served hot and it was all delicious. The red and green salsas that came with the entrees were tasty with a kicked up heat. Yum! Portions were ample and the prices were very good. It's a small place with 12 tables inside and an outside patio with picnic tables. Service was excellent. We'll be back.

Yes this is a small family run business with very nice people and solid food. I had fajitas and they were fresh but not quite cooked enough and not sizzling like I prefer. Other menu items look good and it seems they have a good local following. Overall you cannot go wrong even if it's not a home run.

Whoever rated this anything less than five stars does not know what good food is at a family owned restaurant! We just moved to Texas from Connecticut and the hospitality Here was none other than amazing. Additionally, this is the best food we've had since being in Texas. My husband had the brisket burrito and I had a chimichanga we had fried cheesecake for dessert. We will be here every Tuesday!!!

Outstanding Mexican food. More pure Mexican rather than the usual tex-mex around texas. Great service and good prices for what you get.

Our family of 8 met up there on Father's Day for supper. The place was crowded, as we expected, but…read moreafter about a 10 min wait we were seated & service was provided promptly. Kyler was an excellent waiter & kept us supplied with plenty of delicious chips, salsa & cold drinks--what more could you ask for? All of us had various entrees & the only complaint was that the ground beef on the taco salad was cold. And when we alerted Kyler he corrected this quickly. The fajitas were excellent with a lot of onions & bell peppers. The fajitas for 1 was ordered for 2 people & was sufficient for both of us, even with enough to take home for leftovers. The frozen margaritas were very tasty & paired well with our entrees. Oh, the many pictures of customer's dogs on the walls was a nice homey touch & fun to look at. All in all it was a good Tex-Mex experience for us all & we'll definitely be back. And we'll ask for Kyler if he's available.

Awful service feedback regarding our visit to Chuy's in Weatherford today on Father's day around…read more7pm. I have heard negative things about this location on the Weatherford Facebook page, and the choice was between Cheddar's, and Chuy's, my family suggested Cheddar's, and I chose to dine with you, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to poor service from Ryanne N. regarding the following issues during my visit: Slow, and inattentive service to the point that we had to flag down another server over to our table minutes after the disappearanceof our server, even though the restaurant did not appear overly busy. But the icing on the cake was that when she finally came and asked if we were okay, and i made her aware of substandard service, and told her that my food arrived cold, incorrect, and poorly prepared "tortilla torn to shreds, and soggy from being 8n the window too long. She became rude, and defensive statind " I have been doing TOGO Orders this whole time, and I'm tired" her arrogance, and inability to hear feedback changed the mood of the whole table. Her manager came and offered to swap the order for something else but by then the rest of the table were done and the vibe had changed. Never did we get an apologetic comment. So with that said i wish i had chosen Cheddar's since they dont have a problem with brown people over there. The lack of professionalism, and Staff arrogance is a problem that you guys need to fix at once because never have we dined in a place with such subtle defensive server as we did with Ryanne As a paying customer, I expect a basic standard of hospitality and efficiency, just like anyone else butthe poor experience significantly detracted from what was meant to be an enjoyable evening. And that was worse. Please do better

I'm going 4 stars, "I'm a fan" for the whole experience…read more So I've know for many years that there is a place to eat INSIDE David's Stove Shop ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/davids-stove-shop-weatherford ). Sounds like it was called "The Shed" ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-shed-weatherford-4 ), but now it's called Manny's Cafe. Unless you enter from the west end of the building, you must walk through David's to get to Manny's. It's an odd experience, and you really wonder if there is a place to eat back here... But keep walking, and follow the signs, and you do find a sit down restaurant complete with table service. Breakfast and lunch is served. We came for lunch. For lunch I had a burger. Thuy had the catfish. Burger was OK. Nothing fancy. Just your basic burger with LOPT (lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato). Thuy's catfish is more noteworthy. I don't think it was a frozen product, and do believe it was cornmeal battered to order, as where the onion rings, which came highly recommended. Very tasty. It was a neat dining experience, and glad we tried it. Also, special shout out to the woman working the dinning room. I forgot her name, but she was super sweet and friendly, and answered our numerous questions with a smile. Oh, and the tip on the onions rinds was appreciated. We are glad we ordered them! Afterwards, we did wander through David's, and that was a neat experience too. Cell service is kinda sketchy, but there is free WiFi (see photo). Bottom line: Kinda wish I had tried the previous place too.

Homemade onion rings caught my eye, then the chicken fried steak sandwich! Yes, they were both very good . The menu was plenty big. There is most definitely something you can find there .
