Boba was tasteless... had a good soft texture tho. But again, it was tasteless even tho it is advertised as brown sugar boba. Nothing about that tasted like brown sugar. Very limited menu. VERY limited. The jasmine green tea was good tho. But you cannot adjust the sweetness. They ask you if you want unsweetened or sweetened and that's all you get. It was a total of $7.32 for a small sized drink with boba. Really expensive for something that lacks quality and something you can't really adjust. read more

Excellent pop up boba shop out in Summerlin. No longer will I have to hoof it all the way to Spring Mountain Road! What a fun idea to have a boba trailer - relaxed ambience and inviting decor drew me here to quench my thirst. The staff were super friendly here and the brewed teas were excellent. The boba were of perfect consistency: delightfully chewy and not too sweet. The staff seemed to be really enjoying taking care of the customers, and the long line today indicated a popular new spot! Don't waste your money. Ordered two small bobas, was charged and given two large - servers paid zero attention. The tea was way watered down and tasteless (think typical boba tea with 2x water). The bobas were not "brown sugar pearls" as advertised on the sign - they were hard and also tasteless. Usually I find bobas teas too sweet and would order 25% sugar level, but these bobas here had no sweetness or tea flavor and the pearls were terrible. Would give zero stars if it was an option. First, the prices are ridiculously expensive. A small tea with boba is $7.50!! But I think, well, maybe it's really good, I'll give it a try. I wait in line and place my order. Second, the wait is absurd. I waited 18 minutes, and they're calling numbers after my order. I walk up, ask about my order, they look confused and are asking each other what happened to my order. Then they tell me they ran out of boba. What?! So I ask for a refund. Third, they need to train their employees. I'm told she can't process my refund because she's helping other people waiting to order. I wait, then she asks me if I can tell her the drinks ahead of my order. What?? I was supposed to be keeping track of other peoples' orders on the chance that I needed a refund and you couldn't find my order?? I tell her I have no idea what other people ordered. I tell her my order number, and she just shrugs. She asks what my drink was and I tell her. She looks it up, and says she thinks she found it. I ask for a receipt and she says she can't give me one because they don't print receipts. So now it's been over 20 minutes, and it's all been for nothing. This place is a disaster. Avoid!! read more

Sorry to say this is disappointing. After ordering my small Thai tea with Boba drink ($7+ is expensive compared to others), the person behind me requested a refund on her large Taro milk tea with Boba saying it doesn't taste good (ouch! I can tell it looks watery). Sure enough, my Thai tasted like sugar water :( and it's not even filled fully; it's so sweet and watery that I had to throw it (didn't have enough time to line back up for refund). The Boba was in very small amount, it tasted okay though, but it's not any consolation. read more

I tried to like it and even forced myself to finish it because it was overly expensive, but I couldn't!
