For those of discerning tastes and looking for the best buying experience one would expect, I would highly recommend OC Autosource. I searched for my dream car for quite sometime. When I finally found "the one", an Aston Martin Rapide S, at OC Autosource, I reached out. The owner, Tony contacted within hours. This was the first indication that I was going to have a brilliant experience. Additionally, this went far with me considering that I was a couple of thousand miles away from OS Autosource. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive to say the very least. Tony knew exactly what I would be looking for when purchasing such an auto. From giving me multiple FaceTime sessions to give the car a once over, to finally arranging for transport (more on that later), the experience was top-notch all the way. Once I was pretty certain that I was going to purchase the vehicle, Tony made sure the Aston was taken over to the local Aston Martin dealer for a pre-purchase inspection in a very timely manner. When we had the results of the inspection, which came back nearly pristine, Tony FaceTimed me again so we could walk through the results together. In my opinion, this was yet another of many ways Tony and his staff went above and beyond. At this point I'd decided to purchase the vehicle. Tony and his manager, Louis, sync'd up with my lender and took care of everything. By this point I was so confident in Tony and Louis that I had absolutely zero concerns and was not nervous in the least. If I had any reservations about a single item remaining before I was sitting in the Aston was the transport. As I mentioned earlier, I am quite a ways away from OC Autosource. Tony anticipated that I would only be at ease with the best transportation options. In my opinion, he and his staffed arranged for one of the best exotic auto transportation companies I've ever worked with. Fully enclosed trailer, non-ramp loading (vehicle elevator), and plenty of insurance to cover their precious cargo. As if this wasn't enough, Tony picked up the majority of the transport costs! If the goal of Tony, Louis, and the rest of the staff at OC Autosource is to be the best in the business, then, as I'm sure you'll agree with me, they have truly succeeded. For 4 straight days, your automated text system relentlessly blew up my phone...constant messages pushing urgency and prompting me to come in. I eventually carved out time in my schedule, confirmed a specific day, and was explicitly assured the car would be out front and ready so I could be efficient with my time. I drove 30 minutes to your dealership. The car wasn't even there!!!!!!! That's not a minor oversight. That's a complete failure of basic execution. When I raised the issue, the employee working there told me they had "turned the AI bot off." On my drive home, I decided to test that claim. I texted the number again....and the bot immediately responded. So the statement was FALSE. This is the deeper issue: the operation appears designed around automation, pressure, and noise, while accountability is absent. Customers are pushed with artificial urgency, but when they actually show up, there's no preparation, no ownership, and no respect for their time. People already dread going to car dealerships. That reputation exists for a REASON. Experiences like this reinforce it. When basic representations can't be trusted, whether a car is even on-site or whether a system is actually off, it raises serious questions about what ELSE is being handled casually. If the front end of the business is this careless, it doesn't inspire confidence in the product. It's hard not to wonder whether the vehicles are treated with the same lack of diligence. If you value peace of mind, transparency, & professionalism, I'd strongly recommend going to a REAL dealership....one that respects your time & tells the truth. Obviously, I won't be back. read more

I just moved to Orange County from West Virginia about a month ago and being the forward thinking type I am, I decided to buy a vehicle and have it waiting on me rather than get here and be needing one. They've gone beyond the call of duty to make me happy as well. When I picked up my car, it'd received some deep cut marks in two of the tires that weren't there in the pictures they'd posted. They even just notified me a few days ago that they the second set of keys to my car and I'm picking them up today. Most dealers would've just thrown them away and forgot about it, not here though. All in all, these guys will do what it takes to make you happy and get you in what you want. They won't allow you to leave dissatisfied. Recently, I purchased a 2007 Bentley from Tony Thompson of OC Autosource and I was treated without pressure and with total professional care. I have dealt with many car dealers over my career and without question this was my best and most rewarding experience. Tony gave me top dollar for my trade-in and paid off my current lease on another car 3 months early, saving me the grief and heartache of the inevitable inspection. The entire staff was cordial and Louis handled the paper work with a smile and consummated the transaction even with my trade's lost pink slip. I was provided with great interest rate and terms as well. Tony's last words were, "I'm here for you". Those words became very important almost immediately. Due to the age of the car, I took possession of it without warranty. The next day, I took the car to a Bentley service garage for an inspection. They informed me that the vacuum tubes had several leaks and the starter battery needed to be replaced. The bill would come to nearly $3,000. I called Tony hoping for the best. I didn't have to worry. He immediately offered to reimburse me for a major portion of the bill without argument. First i have to start by saying their showroom is amazing. They are NOT like a typical dealership who stuffs you in a tiny cubicle to discuss prices. They have a comfy couch to relax on with a nice TV to watch, a keurig for as much coffee as you want, sodas in the fridge, chips and if you go now, probably a load of girl scout cookies. These guys know how to take a stressful situation like buying a car, and turn it into something enjoyable. The cars that they have there are all very high end, and high quality vehicles. I purchased a 2006 Diesel Silverado, with all the works, and they took very good care of me. Even after i had already bought the vehicle they took it for an extensive detailing which included paint, to make sure what i drove away in was in as new a condition as could be. My neighbor just asked me today if it was a 2012 Silverado! All in all this was the greatest car buying experience that i could imagine having. They are a small company, and they treat you like a friend instead of a quota. Their prices are more then fair and their service can not be matched. This review is long overdue. My wife and I were looking for a good used truck when none of the dealers eat us could get new pickups. We were driving back to San Diego from Phoenix, after chasing a misleading ad for a new truck, when my wife found an online ad for a 2017 3/4 ton 4wd truck for a reasonable price. it was at Orange County Auto Source In Costa Mesa. We called the business number after hours to leave a message, when surprisingly Tony, the owner picked up. He told us that the truck had just been listed. Since it was just what we were looking for, we offered to put a down payment on it so he would hold it. Tony said that wasn't necessary, and if got there by 10:00 AM the next morning, we'd get the first shot at it. We showed up early the next day and immediately noticed that OC Auto Source was a high-end dealership. There were exotic sports cars everywhere. The black Chevy truck we were interested in looked pretty out of place. After looking the truck over, we bought it. The thing I remember most was how well Tony treated us. After searching for a vehicle no longer being manufactured I found the 02 Ford Excursion Diesel that I was looking for at OC Autosource. Tony was very nice and helpful from the beginning. While discussing some issues that an 11 year old vehicle might have, Tony gave us the OK to have it looked at by our mechanic & they would stand by any work needed to be done. So there were a couple issues that we had, brought the car back which is where I talked with Andy and Tom the mechanics who were both very nice and helpful. Mike got me into a rental car and even helped me with my kids car seats. When I picked my car up Tony welcomed me with a hug, they had fixed everything & a couple other things, which I really appreciated. Then it was Andy's turn to help me with the car seats. This was easily the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a car dealership and that's putting it mildly. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever and the whole staff was very accommodating. Tony and Lou were with me step by step throughout the whole process and when it came down to what my trade in was worth they actually gave me more than what the other dealers quoted me. The store is beautiful and I was in and out quickly once I decided to buy the car. The price of the car was thousands under what car gurus said the value was so how could I go wrong. Bought a pre-owned BMW (trade in) from OC Autosource. It quickly developed a litany of issues, some intermittent which were extremely challenging to diagnose and resolve. Fortunately, Tony honored his word and stood by the integrity of his sale. He put his world class mechanic, Spencer, on the job. After quite a bit of time into the car, Spencer found the root cause and resolved all of the issues - a very expensive proposition for a BMW. I went down there the same day to look at the one he told me was a rare find with low miles. I had a great experience at O.C. Autosource. Tony, the owner, personally helped me with the purchase of a Mercedes. There was no pressure and the price was fair. His support staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The paperwork was simple and fast, it took less than an hour (I did get pre-approved in advance). I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic for inspection and Tony promised to fix any major issues. It needed an auxiliary battery and also it only came with one key, so he said he would pay for both. I did not get this in writing, just a verbal promise.
