The two gentlemen that came to my home were very nice and non-intrusive as I was working from home. If anything, I was in there way too much. But they did a great job with everything. The wall trim, counter tops, cabinets, floors, walls, you name. If you want appliances done/moved and cleaned under, that is a separate request, so keep that in mind. Hired OC Cleaning to clean a 2,200 square foot house prior to moving out. I thought the price was a bit high at first as I had been quoted lower prices elsewhere. But when I walked in to see what they had done I was blown away. I had no idea a house could get THAT clean. I'm not sure if I would use them for a monthly cleaning service because of the price point, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for a Spring Cleaning or something like once or twice a year. And honestly, they do such a good job that I think I would rather try to negotiate a lower price than use anyone else. I had the services done on two separate days due to scheduling conflicts (on my end, not theirs), and both days were great experiences for me. They came on time both days and finished ahead of schedule. They were meticulous and really paid attention to my areas of concern (kitchen, bathrooms). I messaged two companies on Yelp and got two quotes in a day. One did come to the house to inspect but they gave us an outrageous high quote so we decided to go with OC cleaning. The owner did explain in very extensive details how they charge, also provided breakdown for optional like adding window rails, carpet cleaning..etc I like upfront quotes like this and this is the main reason I look on Yelp. Very professional cleaning company. Got a two people crew doing deep cleaning for 6+ hours. 5 bed room house, 3.5 bathrooms, window rail cleaning. Couldnt be happier with the result, especially the bathrooms. We are impressed with the shining bathrooms and kitchen without heavy chemical smell too. I agreed with a previous review that this company must use some mild or natural cleaning supplies. I think they used vinegar too. Never seen our bathrooms so clean and shiny before. One of the guest bathroom is very outdated so we used it for cat's litter box, and bathe..etc but they made it like it's new again! They also asked you first if they think they need more time to clean. The company estimated it's gonna take 4-5 hours but ended up 6+ hours. What I really like about Josef's services is that there is no minimum hours and charges a flat fee per hour. Their cleaners clean really well for a maintenance job. My husband and I are both surgical residents with a 1 hour commute to work- suffice it to say we don't have a lot of free time to clean. We have tried two other services in the area- one great and one mediocre. We recently got home from vacation and realized that the house needed a good clean. Although they were initially booked when I called, Jozef called me back soon after with news that he had a cancellation. The house was cleaned in 1/2 less than I had expected and it was immaculate- even under the rugs. The kithchen countertops were sparkling (I have unsuccessfually tried to clean them myself in the past), and the bathroom sink miracously worked although drainage had previously been sluggish. Jozef is the consummate professional and always so pleasant to deal with. Unlike other cleaners I had used in the past before finding him, he always responds to my texts promptly and does his best to accommodate my schedule. Just last Thursday, I texted him last minute to see if he had availability on Saturday afternoon. Even though all of his cleaners were booked, he came and cleaned himself and found someone else to come help as the second person. He's also very sensitive to price and is honest about what he thinks he can get done within the budget you set out for him, which I greatly appreciate.
