My husband did some research and found OC CLEANING. Jozef managed to squeeze in an appointment within the week. At first I was concerned about miscommunication because they consider deep cleaning and move-in cleaning differently. I've never requested cleaning services before so I didn't know. To set guidelines, a few days prior I tried my luck and emailed or texted a list with which areas I'd hope to be cleaned and wow, they did beautifully! I had to point out a few major misses - forgot the blinds and some of the wall pictures didn't get dusted. The one thing that bothered me, is I have a golf ball display and I specifically told them not to touch it since the signed balls are not readily legible, but they mixed them all up. Firstly, after being 10 minutes late I called Josef who said he didn't have my address nor ph # and proceeded to blame me for his unprofessional error !?!?! How would we do so without leaving dirty footprints on the wet floors?! If this company does provide deep cleanings and move in/out and carpet cleanings, then it is impossible that our expectations were too high when we specifically requested a DEEP CLEANING.There was no misunderstanding; we simply had a *very* POOR cleaning service. Its the first time I have ever had a male cleaning person and he is amazing, I leave a blank check and my door open for him and feel comfortable doing this with him. Unfortunately, with my cheap carpet that came with the place, the spots were only slightly lighter but I do appreciate Yozef's excellent customer service, effort, and to try to do what's right. Bottom line, they were GREAT TO WORK WITH make sure you don't get cheap carpet. PREVIOUS REVIEW: As far as their regular cleaning is concerned, we had the pleasure of having Petro and Christina, and both were great. They cleaned our laundry room, kitchen and our bathrooms. However, we also utilized their carpet cleaning service and the results were disappointing. My carpet stains had remained and noticed even a few I may not have noticed before since I was looking at the carpet with extra scrutiny. In all fairness, the company may have done a steam clean as opposed to carpet shampooing, which I did not realize were different things since I asked for a "carpet clean," but I feel the owner should have clarified that. read more

Jozef saved me from the most disgusting fate: living day-to-day in a dirty house. Jozef is very accommodating to our situation, I've had to reschedule appointments when out of town which has never been an issue with OC Cleaning LLC. Additionally, sometimes Jozef has had prior appointments which he is extremely courteous about calling ahead and communicating if he will even be slightly delayed. He is a gentleman of integrity. Had my mind set on using this company as an ongoing cleaning service. But just trying to get information and communicate with this company has been difficult. I have been trying to set up an appointment for house cleaning going on 3 weeks now. If it's this difficult to set up an appointment and give them business, I can't imagine what the future holds. Went back and forth through yelp chat a few times before they just stopped responding. Called and left 3 messages on the phone number provided on yelp- no call returns. Finally thought to give it one last try today and the lady picked up during their said "office hours" and said she didn't know whether people were available to clean at the end of the month. A few hours later, got a text message from her asking if I still want the service for this Sunday.... ummm, I never requested service for this Sunday! I asked about the end of the month, not this Sunday. She replied with "I believe we are booked for the end of month." You "believe" or you "know" you are booked? So confused and chaotic. We used this cleaning service for professional cleaning as well as carpet cleaning throughout the house. Jozef was very helpful and even came to clean the house himself! There were three cleaners in total if you include him. The man who cleaned the carpets also did a fantastic job. I have hired and fired several cleaners in the OC area and I found that Jozef and his crew are the best of all the cleaners in this area. I have a child at home and am very particular about cleanliness and how everything gets cleaned and finished. OC Cleaning is very good at communicating the schedule, arriving on time, finishing the assigned cleaning and leaving the space clean and tidy. Jozef's crew is a team of champions at cleaning. They have helped me with move out cleaning, move in cleaning which, was very extensive and tough given that it is a new construction and with lot of construction dust. They helped me move boxes, clean the tiles surround, window cleaning, kitchen cabinet clean out, clean and mop the rooms and bathrooms. I had a different cleaning company in the morning who refused to clean the tiles to the top, they did not have the tools to reach the tile surround. Jozef's crew was able to accommodate our cleaning request and the team came fully equipped with all the supplies and tools to clean (unlike some other cleaners who use all my tools and supplies). After using OC House Cleaning our home has NEVER been this clean, even when we moved in it was not this clean! We scheduled a deep clean as our home has never been professionally deep cleaned the 1+ year we have lived here. The scheduling process was fast and efficient and they were very thorough during the walk through on what needed to be done and how long/how much it would be. They did AMAZING on everything. We had insane amounts of hard water on our shower glass that my boyfriend and I tried literally everything and hours to get rid of and they got all of it off to be shiny and spotless so quickly. The baseboards were wiped down to the cleanest I have seen them, the blinds were well dusted, and the kitchen glowed! There were stains on the stove and counters I felt were impossible to get rid of and they are now completely gone.
