Update: this company used photos of my house without mine or my husband's consent on their social media to promote their work, even though they did a terrible job. Instead of fixing this issue by offering us a full refund for the awful work, they posted photos of our home and then blocked me. We hired a new flooring company that did an amazing job! 33 one-star reviews warrant attention. Jose had his crew install limestone tile on the side of my house. They should not have taken this on! The installer spread the grout on the limestone before sealing it and the limestone absorbed the grout and was discolored. Ruined about $20K of tile. Jose promised me he could get the color out and had a 16 year old kid spray w a power washer. The limestone is soft and it totally destroyed it. After 4 weeks of dust and a severely distressed family we told him we'd deal w it later. 1.5 years later he finally showed up (after at least 6 appointments missed) to fix it. He claimed he could replace half the tile. I give him an extra star for coming back. I know he has some health issues in the family but, the job is still incomplete. He's ignored at least 30 texts and phone calls. At this point all I want is the recipe for the color we chose to seal the new limestone and cover the discoloration. He's MIA. It blows my mind. Oh and his crew left tools and their ladder. I have never had an experience quite like this. He looks you in the eye and promises to be "back tomorrow" and then he just disappears. The "flake factor" is evident in every one of the one star reviews. He goes in and pumps and dumps and is not detail oriented or meticulous. "Maybe" if you want to seal a driveway at a rental but don't use this crew on a high end home. read more

UPDATE: Jose paid me a settlement of 1/3 (10k of the 30k) I paid him for the cost of doing the floors. It was nice of him to do that. I am now able to put that money towards redoing my floors and baseboards once I can save up enough money. In the short term I will redo the shower floor as the product used should not have been used in wet rooms. thanks Jose for making it right To their credit at least they tried many times to fix it. But they simply lack the skills to do a really smooth durable floor. First time they did the floors it had big dark roller mark lines all over the floors. So they had to completely redo the floors. Which meant we had to move all our furniture out for them to redo the job. The second time they did the floors it looked much better however they didn't put any sealer on the floors (although they claimed they did). Therefore vacuuming, dogs claws and furniture would literally tear up the floor. Also had the top coat bumbling up. Also all these little pin holes which would indicate no sealer was used. They agreed to come a third time, if I paid for the polyurethane epoxy sealer product, so we moved everything out of the house and they did the seal. They quoted me $1200 and then at the end of the job tried to collect more money. I showed the owner Jose a text from his partner that he had quoted me 1200. Then he proceeded to call his partner a liar and said it was 1500. After expressing my displeasure he accepted 1200. Now my floors have huge shiny polyurethane sealer marks all over my floors. I will never let these guys back in my house because every time they try to fix my floors they end up making things worse. I also have sealer marks on my windows and walls. I paid good money for these floors and now I have to figure out what to do to get them fixed, or replaced. Which entails moving all my furniture into storage again for a forth time. Most stressful disaster for me and my family. My only hope is that someone who reads this, and sees these photos can make a smart educated decision on what company to usewhen making a big decision like this. read more

I had one of the hardest to remove hardwood flooring that needed to be gone in a few days, and they did it so beautifully. Jose was very responsive, relied to messages and phone calls promptly. After remodeling our pool my husband and I decided that the pool decking was in desperate need of a face lift. We scheduled for a quote with Jose this morning at 9:00 am. I looked at the front door at 8:58 after getting out of the shower and no one was there. I preceded to wait another 30 minutes before my girlfriend tried contacting Jose. He responded by saying he arrived at 8:45 am and decided to leave when no one answered the door at 8:59. Note, again, that the appointment wasn't scheduled until 9:00 and Jose admitted to leaving BEFORE the scheduled time. He also wasn't there at 8:59 as he said he was as I was looking right out through the front door to the street. When my girlfriend left an initial Yelp review earlier today complaining about Jose's unprofessionalism, he texted her and threatened to sue her for false statements. His unprofessionalism has now been trumped by his efforts to bully us with a frivolous lawsuit. I will never do business with this company after this. read more
