Ruben from OC Electric was the first to answer, with price details, work warranty etc... I asked a couple of questions and he was quick to reply in a very polite manner. He showed up at the appointment on time, was courteous and had his booties on. He checked the outlet and wires in question as well as the electric panel. He didn't find any problem. Thank God. He cleaned after himself in a very meticulous way. Ruben is professional, honest, polite, kind, respectful, knowledgeable an overall amazing electrician. Their prices are fair and no overcharge. I requested a quote from OC Electric and received a response almost immediately! I was able to send over some pictures and schedule an appointment for the next day! Ruben was punctual, wore a mask and gloves! After reviewing the job in person, we found that it would be more difficult than we initially thought but, he was still able to get it done and installed our new outlet. As with most people, we were nervous since there weren't many reviews, but we took a chance and were not disappointed. Ruben and Ricardo from OC Electric were great! They arrived on time, offered to wear booties over their shoes, and left no mess after finishing the job! They were also incredibly reasonable with their pricing compared to other responses I got on Yelp. I asked them to install a recessed plug outlet for a wall mounted TV and run an HDMI cable through my wall to an HDMI wall plate down low. I also asked them to mount the TV I purchased and secure the wall mount I bought to a stud. The whole thing maybe took them an hour and a half, maybe two hours from beginning to end! Quick response and affordably priced. They completed the work promptly and kept me updated along the way. I had previous light fixtures replaced around the perimeter of my house, added lights to the outside of my driveway (alongside the garage) and removed old fluorescent lights in my kitchen and had recessed lights installed.
