Excellent customer service - a good company doing high end gates. We had substantial splitting in a wood panel soon after it was installed and Shay responded immediately to my email and they fixed it within 72 hours. This is not a minor investment, so be sure to ask about what is included and what is not (eg, hole repair due to removal of existing infrastructure - I had to fill in several holes with cement myself). Also - be aware that less stain can mean drier/less protected wood and is subject to a higher chance of splitting. We used only one coat of stain for a lighter color, but should have made it two coats even if darker than we wanted. read more
