Bill is a true craftsman! I've had a wood gate that has needed rebuilding for the last 8 years…read more Pieces of the wood gate were rotting. Over the years, I've had other handymen pass on the project. I had a handyman who was able to fill the rotted areas with wood filler, sand it, and restain it. I've even had a gate company tell me that they could not save the gate; it would need to be completely replaced. Bill was able to cut out the rotted pieces of wood, replace them, and restain the whole gate (he also repainted the decorative hardware on the door as well). Moreover, he discussed the project with a buddy of his and they determined that the gate was sitting over a muddy part of landscaping which is probably what facilitated the deterioration of the wood. We found some leftover pavers in our storage shed and Bill extended the pavers so the gate would sit over pavers instead of mud. Before he embarked on the wood gate repair, Bill also installed a valance/shade over a window. He made the necessary calculations to ensure that the valance/shade would be centered on the wall and window. He also made sure that the valence was leveled. Bill is honest, meticulous and detail-oriented. If you want someone to treat your project and your home, like it's his own, I would give Bill a call.

But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. Joe has been an absolute LIFESAVER! I purchased an older home and it's been one problem after the next. Not only did he help me during my move when my movers cancelled the night before but he's been invaluable for the past 6 months. He repaired a crack in my cement before a tree root could get any closer to my pool and create further problems, installed gutters on both my house and guest house, mounted multiple tv's and artwork, installed dimmer switches, security lights and cameras, fixed a huge hole in my driveway, repaired brickwork, carefully pulled up my turf and leveled out the ground correctly and reinstalled it so I didn't have to buy it new, fixed my bent garage door so water stopped leaking into my garage, built a new fence, installed a chandelier, installed kitchen cabinets, installed insulation, installed two microwaves and fixed a multitude of other items. The crew used heavy-duty, professional-grade equipment and materials. The technicians worked incredibly hard, spending hours on their knees to make every detail look perfect, including the stem walls and the step leading into the house. They thoroughly ground the concrete, opened and repaired all the cracks, filled them properly, then re-ground everything to create a smooth, level surface before applying the coating. The entire project was completed in less than a day, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I've seen many do-it-yourself garage floor coatings over the years, (as an Real estate broker and Realtor for 27 years) and unfortunately many of them begin peeling soon after applied because the concrete wasn't properly prepared. The quality of the surface preparation is what makes the difference, and this company clearly understands that with quality material. They also completed a patio at one of my listings in Laguna Woods. They applied a finish with just enough texture to provide excellent slip resistance while still looking attractive and easy to maintain. He talked about the pros and cons of each of the various things and even did a mock up of the fence to show us how it would look in various places. We also picked a different color for the fence we didn't even originally think of. I told Tim that me and my wife would think about it. He ended up leaving and I spoke with my wife and I called him back within ten mins to move forward with it. My wife was impressed. It was a Saturday and although he had to order the stuff he started the design, marking, and drilling that day. I continued moving stuff while he went to work.
