It's really relieving to find something gluten free that's so good. Per someone else's review I got the gyro platter (?) and it was heavenly. Kind of pricy but dang that food was good and there was a lot of it. We ended up coming here multiple times and even tried their cafe drinks. Don't expect anything dairy free on that front it seems but I'll take that coffee. We didn't eat in but it's very decorated and seems clean. First time here after hearing about it for years. I got an awesome falafel sandwich on super yummy pita bread. It was the best falafel I've ever had. LOTS OF VEGAN OPTIONS, which excites me as I'm a vegan and not many other places have good things. I'll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable. ALWAYS amazing, personable service and fantastic kabobs/food. Dining area is clean and lighted well. This place has the best hummus I've ever had, and I eat Middle Eastern/kabob A LOT. We will visit here every single time we come to OC for a filling, healthy and quick meal. I honestly wouldn't mind eating here daily on our trips really lol. I have never experienced a wait here, which with 2 kids is exactly what I'm looking for (since all the other restaurants are completely overpacked and wait times are insane). I wish I could give more stars! Beyond the good food...the staff (owner) are very pleasant. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. But also the food is so good. First off, we got a great welcome as soon as we walked in the door. (My father, my brother and his son, my wife and I). Second, the man taking our orders at the register took his time to explain the menu, and what each item we were interested in consisted of including ingredients. Third and most important the food was DELICIOUS. We all opted for the filet kabobs (cooked to perfection and seasoned exquisitely). I got an order of falafel, with a side of tahini for us all to share, everyone devoured them. My father got the gyro quesadilla which only he knows how good it was because he wouldn't share lol. My wife got a house salad with chicken kabob to make it a chef salad. She loved it and is very critical of food. All in all I'd say oc kabob is a must visit hidden gem of ocean city. Solid kabobs but a bit overpriced for what you get. Meat was very tender, tasty. I guess it is the beach with regard to pricing. This is primarily a take-out place (even without Covid). You can eat there but I wouldn't for dinner, not the best atmosphere. Good: - Quality of meat was good, tender. Even the beef was very good and tender which is often not the case at Kabob places. - Rice/salad/hummus were good - nothing special but tasty - They got the order right Not so good: - Price/portion - for $14 for a Chicken platter the meat portion was a bit skimpy. I'd recommend getting an extra single kabob to add-on if you're hungry - Employees don't understand that masks for Covid need to go over your nose :-(. But this unassuming Mediterranean restaurant, nestled between a Peebles and the entrance of a meager "mall" on Coastal Highway, serves one of the tastiest - and healthiest - dishes you'll have in Ocean City. My family and I walked in before noon on a Saturday to find an empty restaurant. Moody furniture with dark wood and red fabrics give it the appearance of a lounge - a little misplaced in this odd mall but it's pleasantly calming. My mom and I ordered the chicken kabob, while hubby and my dad went with the lamb kabob. The chicken kabob is a set of perfectly marinated, chunky cubes of grilled chicken breast, juicy and bursting with flavor. Hidden gem in OC. tucked away in a mall a few miles into OC, this place actually has great middle eastern food! Ordered the hummus to start and loved how fresh it tasted. This is my second visit to this cafe, and far and away my favorite place to eat in Ocean City! It's located in the Gold Coast Mall, people, so you can't miss it. Looking to avoid eating bacon and not really into turkey bacon? Not to worry - this place has beef bacon... BEEF BACON!!!! And it tastes as great as it sounds! My friend from out of town but it was the best lamb Gyro he's ever had. We went here times in one trip! It's quick, friendly staff and the place inside is extremely clean. Best kept secret in OC. While many restaurants are closed and several are an hour to 90 minute wait, OC Kabob had our food ready in 15 minutes. Absolutely delicious.
