As soon as you walk in you'll get the Greek diner vibe happening. The restaurant was very clean. Even busy, we didn't have to wait because the restaurant is relatively big. The food overall we agree was good. I had the breakfast skillet but ot was potato heavy with very little cheese and even less sausage which was a disappointing thing. I felt like I just had an upgraded order of Home Fries. But it was still good. Speaking of Home Fries, theirs are great. Decent sized slices. Onions mixed in and cooked well done at our request and they obliged, which doesn't always happen. The pancakes are fantastic. They were very big and very good. Pancakes usually are all the same but these fluffy clouds stood out. We had a problem with the juice being fermented and the staff didn't seem to know what to do but it also felt like they were English Sexond Language. It was eventually worked out. Overall I'd recommend it and will probably try a lunch or dinner while here. read more

Had a strange experience here when I came for an early Sunday lunch. There was no drink menu even though they did sell some beer - the waiter had no clue what they did have and had to go back and forth to the back several times to get more information, and they also did not know what a Latte was. This was our first visit to Omega Eats (and certainly not our last). The food was delicious. We ordered the roasted beet and feta salad, Pastitsio and Moussaka. Both were excellent. Service was great. They have a very nice wine list including some nice Greek wines. The atmosphere is casual and very nice. We stumbled upon this place after our original destination was closed. This an excellent Greek diner. They have delicious coffee and use homemade ingredients. The French Toast was so light and fluffy with perfectly crisp bacon. The home fries are cooked with onions and the potatoes were tender. They do have full bar. The service was quick and friendly. My girlfriend is Greek and this was our first time to the restaurant. When you walk in you can immediately feel Greece all around you. The decorations, art work, the music playing, the owner, all very authentic. The service staff were amazing and the owner even came over to chat with us for awhile as well. The food was amazing (5 stars), the owner told us his chef is from Greece and she does EVERYTHING from scratch, even her sauces. The only complaint I have about this place is the portion size. And this is my reason for the 3 stars. We ordered an entree each and 2 appetizers basically. What we got was like 4 appetizers. The portion size is way too small for the price we paid. If this was in NYC this wouldn't be far off but not in OCMD. read more

Very cute place :) when we walked in I loved the decor and how beautiful the restaurant was. My friends and I were immediately seated. I ordered the bagel sandwich with bacon egg and cheese. This place was pretty terrible. Grilled Calamari for $18 was tasteless and seemed boiled, not grilled. It was cold and not edible. My wife got a Greek salad for $18, shouldn't have costed more than $3.00 when it came out, super small. Also, we got chicken souvlaki for $15. One skewer of 4 cubes of chicken. Chicken was good but one skewer for $15. This place is a rip off. We should've know when we there the only people there at a popular dinner hour. We go to Greece every year for vacation and this is far from authentic! Hummus was okay and priced right for $10. This is a small plate restaurant but the portions are so small, no way to share. $70.00 for what is shown! Be prepared to spend a lot of money if you want normal portions. Unreal. read more

Great ambiance and food! We came here for breakfast during Oceans Calling festival. Got in pretty quick and despite being short staffed, the staff was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the Maryland Crab omelette and Omega omelette with a side of turkey sausage. Very good! Highly recommend this place for breakfast/brunch. You won't be disappointed. read more

Clean place, clean food, but don't expect anything too fancy or tasty. I will say it felt very natural, which was great. But seemed like the food was just sort of...thrown together. The BLT for example, was extremely difficult to hold and eat. Service could've been a little better (quicker to greet when we entered, refilling water, etc). But, not like it was a bad experience. The restaurant is very clean, crowded but tables became available in a reasonable amount of time. It is definitely at least 15% more expensive than other spots I have visited this week. I ordered my eggs fried hard and no butter on my toast. That was my personal order. They ended up cooking both orders - eggs hard. My friend had an omelette cooked hard (over cooked) and made with the least amount of butter possible. It made for an omelette that lacked taste. The potatoes were not warm, neither of us touched those. The one plate of food, was 99% untouched. When I got the check, I saw that every item said eggs cooked hard, no butter. That's when I realized what went wrong. Just two plates of breakfast food, a soft drink, and coffee was almost $40! I asked for the untouched plate to be removed at this point because it was clear what the mistake was by the check. The waitress did remove the item but my friend ended up having no breakfast. We normally eat here when we are in town but I think this last time will be our last. The gentleman at the table next to us received the wrong kind of eggs but no one ever came to check on him until they dropped off the bill. I suspect they fixed his check but the damage was done to his experience. At our table they forgot some items even though they repeated the order back to us. We had to get up and go ask someone about our order because no one came back to our table either. I should mention there were at least 6 employees standing at the back of the restaurant and only two tables. This is a delicious, friendly, modern restaurant that doesnt know how to market itself. As someone who's eaten hundreds of Breakfasts in Ocean City going back to 1972, i cant remember a better pancake, egg, home fries, or granola yogurt. This Greek themed made from scratch with fresh squeezed juices restaurant has DELICIOUS breakfasts! They expect to offer Greek dinners by 2022 if not sooner. The waitress and owner were very friendly and took great care to make sure our meals were perfect. If only they marketed themselves properly, this place would be packed. The Omega symbol gently hints at Healthy Greek inspired dishes but the word Greek or Greek images arent seen until you've already gone inside. Likewide, I saw nothing telling the heavily trafficked road they sell breakfast. As a result people get crappy pancakes next door at the place with a giant picture of a bad pancake rather than the best fresh pancakes within 50 miles. If they simply showed a picture of their amazing breakfasts covered in fresh fruits or perfect potatoes and omlets in the window business would skyrocket. My family and I went here for dinner the other evening and the food was phenomenal! We started with the hummus and dolmathes. It was our first time trying dolmathes, and they were delicious! Decided to stop by this place while reviewing some breakfast and brunch dine in the area. I like the Covid safety set up, restaurant was clean. However the food was mediocre, they ran out of home fries and substituted for french fries without notifying us. My partner stated the pancakes and skillet was not good at all no seasoning. I've been meaning to write this review for months, but kept forgetting until now, since we're returning to Ocean City next week. We were looking for a different place for breakfast, and walked by Omega Eats. There were some law officers inside, which is always a good sign. Turned out that the owner, Kozmas Gikurias, had opened the restaurant that day for free breakfasts and lunches for law enforcement. What a generous man. Still, we were welcomed to dine there. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious breakfast, and the hospitality was wonderful. Our server, Carolyn, was a delight. Kozmas came by the table and welcomed us. He explained that they made everything fresh. He was so friendly, and to top off our meals, he treated us to some authentic Greek yogurt -- unlike anything we've had before. We can't wait to return! This was truly one of the best breakfasts we've had in O.C., and that's saying a lot, because there are many excellent restaurants. I can't recommend this place enough. When you are staying or visiting Ocean City Maryland you absolutely must go for breakfast or lunch at Omega Eats!! We were thrilled to see they were open as we had come to Ocean City in early spring when business was starting to come back from the pandemic and the winter season. The restaurant is so pretty with light and modern fixtures. Beautiful photos of places in Greece. Spotlessly clean. Our server was Maddison and she took excellent care of us! I got coffee... but not just any coffee. They serve Rise Up coffee of which I was served a small heat holding carafe! A joy for any coffee lover. My husband was thrilled as they carry Coke products! We both ordered an egg sandwich. Mine on a toasted bagel and his was a BLT on an English muffin. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also ordered the special French toast Tsoureki style ( a sweet Greek bread) and it did not disappoint. In light of so many wonderful businesses struggling after this global challenge that has touched each and every one of us especially in the restaurant business I can not emphasize your not missing this gem here in Ocean City. Omega Eats I wish you well for your future business. Awful absolutely awful. We waited longer than expected only to be greeted with a very negative and unfriendly waitress. After putting in our orders, we were waiting 20 minutes just for water. When we reminded her, she said "yeah I know" in a negative tone. We were so annoyed, we left and I downloaded yelp purely to write this review. Avoid at all costs.
