The 2 ladies arrived the next day for my cleaning at the exact appointment time and had the apartment looking and smelling like new in their minimum 2 hour time limit. Money well spent during a stressful move for me. One less thing I had to worry about. Contacted a day later asking if everything turned out ok and if there were any problems. Very slow. Took a crew of 2 ppl 3.5 hours to clean a 3 beds 2.5 Bath 1480sf condo. From scale of 1-10, 1 clean and 10 extremely dirty, my condo condition was 3. Cleaning quality was average. Not happy at all. If I ever call again, big IF, I'll ask for a different crew for sure. read more

I had a 2-bedroom apartment cleaned by OC Maids. They were very fast with their quote, and their price seemed reasonable, so I decided to go with them. While the cleaning service itself has gone fine, I'm having trouble with other things. I gave them wrong address at first (it's a new apartment!), so I sent them another message right away correcting the address. However, the confirmation email I received much later reflected the wrong address. I had to ask them to change it. This was still OK since it was moi who gave them the wrong address in the first place. After the service, we asked if they accept checks, and they said they only accept CASH. We paid in cash and then asked for a copy of receipt. The cleaning crew said they would email one. I waited for a day but didn't receive one, so I emailed them. However, my email came back undeliverable because their mailbox was full. So I texted them asking for a copy of receipt. They sent one soon afterwards, but it had the wrong price listed. The total came out to $165.25, but the receipt they sent via email said $146.25 (ehh?!). I replied to the email asking for the price to be adjusted, but the email came back undeliverable again. I called them asking for a new copy of receipt with the CORRECT amount. They said they would send it by 4 PM. It's been two days, and I still haven't received one. I wish their customer service has stayed the same from the beginning to the end, but it seems like they care less once payment is done. Still waiting for that receipt to come through... Also, Jennifer, please empty your inbox so you can receive emails! **UPDATE 9/8/17** So apparently, cleaning lady named Loli is insisting she only asked for $146.25 (wtf?). Kenya at OC Maids apologized about the inconvenience and misunderstanding and agreed to send a refund check for the difference including tip. Yes, I'm now gonna need to explain this whole sob story to the owner so I can get reimbursed for $146.25 now instead of $165.25. Future customers, ask for a receipt. Otherwise, you might be getting overcharged by the cleaning crew. And Jen, I see that you posted your comment. It would've been nice if you sent a new receipt with the corrected amount when I asked for one. I had to wait two days and had to follow up myself because no one would call me or email me about it although I expressed urgency when I first talked to Kenya about it (and yes, your email wasn't working although I tried to reach you SEVERAL time). By using OC Maids, I wasted more time than needed so I still think you deserve a two star rating. The miscommunication between your employee and your management has caused too much inconvenience. Also, I shouldn't be thanking you for the refund. This was due to an error your employee caused. read more

I have used OC Maids a few times now and like their service so far. They are fairly priced, reliable and do a good job. Also they provide all the supplies they need for cleaning my house. They speak pretty good english and are well trained. They must go through a pretty regimented training program because they always have a solid to do list and get just about everything I ask them to do accomplished. I have had a few different housekeepers so I am pretty up on what I like them to do and how they cut corners. Typically, I ask that my bathrooms and hardwood floors get special care. Also I like when my couch is vacuumed and fridgerator is cleaned out. I hate when maids use the same towels in the bathroom and kitchen, so I always request them to use them seperate. OC maids listen well and follow direction. I would recommend them if you are looking for a quality maid service. read more

Two ladies spent 4 hours to clean my 3BD/2.5BA totaled remodeled condo, and did not do a very good gob. For example some portion of carpet on 2nd floor not cleaned, streaks can be seen on the living room mirror, cobwebs are still found on the bedroom walls. . . These cleaning ladies should be retrained. read more

My clients are wealthy Saudi homeowners in the exclusive neighborhood of Crystal Cove, Newport Coast. It was necessary to find a new home cleaning service and I was so lucky to find OC Maids. The ladies arrived the next day with all of their supplies and were on time and so courteous. I was amazed at their work ethic and attention to detail in large estate homes. I had them under contract 3 days a week for 4-5 hours per day and only had positive compliments from the homeowners. Hi Jen. Thanks for your feed back. Ill happily post our text conversation as well as your worker who contacted me as well as my email confirmation that states my apt is at 12. I was as you can imagine a little upset paying a sitter $25 and hour and waiting at my house for your team who canceled after I waited 3 hours. You knew there was an issue as we spoke around 12:30 and you told me you would see where the team was at as they were already 30 minutes late. As I let your scheduler know, we were hoping to more back in after a horrible reno that lasted 14 months. So interesting that the team was running so late. The last time we had you out the team said they had run out of time and needed to get to their job before we considered the job finished. Kenya was nice to reach out to me at 3:40 (almost 4 hours after my appointment) but She didn't know when she could arrive and I let her know I needed to go relieve my sitter who I had been paying the whole time and tomorrow wasn't an option as I told your scheduler. I have had the same housekeeper for years whom we love but she is not able to come on the weekends. She has never been late or taken a sick day in 5 years. Don't worry I would never hire your service again. What a waste of time and money. I had a 12pm appointment today. I hired a sitter to be with my son. At 12:30 I called the emergency number and a women said she would check on their ETA. I got a text back saying they are late and would be closer to 1:30 or 2. At 2 they then canceled saying they were sorry could I do Wed at 8 am. No I cant Im paying a sitter now and was hoping to move back in after construction tomorrow. Wish I could give 5 stars but I was a little disappointed that I asked for the fans to be dusted and came back to see that they weren't cleaned and had a tenant coming in so I couldn't get them in to touch a few things. Maybe I'll give them another shot, we shall see. read more

After researching different cleaning services, I came across OC Maids and was relieved to find a service that had excellent reviews. I went ahead and emailed them about the nearest availability. I got a reply from Kenya, she was very professional and answered my questions to satisfaction. The reply was saying they can do same-day cleaning, and was given a one-and-a-half hour window. I postponed plans in order to accommodate their arrival, but I was disappointed to see that they did not respect my time. Hence, I canceled the service. After emailing them back, I was told that because it's a same-day service that sometimes time lags happen. I understand that, and that traffic is heavy, and ..., but also the ETA should take into consideration such possible incidents. read more

I used OC maids to clean my room and bathroom after I moved out of my apartment, and they did a great job! It was easy to schedule a time and day for the cleaners to come, and after getting my information they emailed a confirmation to me and called as they were arriving. The cleaners arrived on time and they were so thorough and were able to work quickly without cutting any corners. They were scheduled to clean my room, bathroom, and kitchen, but they were so quick they even had time to clean my roommates bathroom as well! Mediocre work at best. Lots of micro managing. I had to redo some of the cleaning, however, manager was responsive.

I was really happy with the service that they provided for us. The owner was very helpful and nice. The Window cleaner did his job very well , left everything clean and shiny. First of all, we just moved in and didn't have water or electricity so we had to postpone our cleaning but was thankful that they were flexible with the sudden change. Second, Hilary and Mary came and got started right away. They came earlier than me, asked what my expectations were and did the job so well. Update The management offered a partial refund and they were nice and accommodating. Thank god for a reasonable management. When using their service, please make sure of the arrival and leave time. Also if you're requesting a specific service like help with organization, make sure you guide them from the beginning to the end. I've used their services two times. The first team I got was great, but the second team they sent was completely clueless on how to organize and clean. They did not understand anything I told them and I have to do all the work myself again. A total waste of 140 dollars. I don't know what the two people did for two hours. They did not clean the bathrooms and was in a hurry to leave after haphazardly folding SOME of my clothes and folding dirty underwear in the clean cabinet. With the help I got with the first team, I definitely expected them to finish the work like they did. I wish I could get some refund. read more

The ladies cleaned what I asked them to - my refrigerator! - and skipped what I needed. They hustled to help me wash every dish in my house and were just awesome all around. AMAZING WORK! I was so pleased with the job very well done by OC Maids. They sent out 2 maids ($60 per hour, 2 hr minimum), and in those 2 hours they far exceeded my expectations. I really only needed a single bedroom/bathroom cleaned after a tenant left, but in those 2 hours the maids managed to clean that room plus all living, dining and common areas too! They did heavy duty scrubbing and absolutely nothing was overlooked (from the baseboards to the window sills). The house sparkles and shines now!!! I've never had my home professionally cleaned but after we recently moved in we did a pretty large renovation and there was dust everywhere. I checked with various companies and decided on OC Maids. We had two female cleaners at our home for a few hours and they did a very thorough job. We specifically asked for a post-renovation cleaning, so they basically wiped every surface.
