    I'm confused by all the positive reviews. There should be a 0 star option! I've never had such a bad experience with a home cleaning before. Not only did they take a long time, but my house wasn't even clean afterwards. I don't know what they were doing during the three hours they were upstairs. I do know one of the ladies spent about 20 minutes clipping her nails. On top of that, I was over charged and it took me calling twice to get my money back. I really feel that I was ripped off. I had to get another cleaning afterwards. Shockingly unprofessional.

    I was notified only a few minutes prior to their expected start time that they couldn't make it. Agreed to a reschedule since the owner said he would do it for free. While I appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation, I will not be using their services in the future. They were here for 3 hours and still left things untouched (see attached photos). One lady (dark curly hair) was on her phone pretty much the entire time leaving the other one to do most of the work. They also soaked the bathroom floor which seeped into the carpet.

    I scheduled a 2 hr cleaning service from 1-3 pm. I was disappointed because they did not work the full time. They showed up in the parking lot at 1:00, but they sat there on their phones in an unmarked car. They then drove around, moved to another parking spot, and continued waiting. I later approached the car to ask if they were the hired maids. It was at least 1:10, if not 1:15, when they started. However, they left at 3:00 sharp and did not finish cleaning everything. The maids worked at an average pace, but seemed ill-equipped in comparison to other maid services. I later left direct feedback (see attached survey email picture) and was informed that the maids provide their own equipment. This means that you might get maids who lack sufficient supplies or lack commercial grade equipment - as was the case with me. After the service, I was sent a direct survey from the actual company, which corresponded as an intermediary between the maids and me. I left negative feedback in the direct survey for the reasons above. The maids then disputed my story, accused me of having a place that was too dirty to clean in the allocated time. In actuality, the maids only had one floor left to sweep and one fridge to clean - which they could have completed if they hadn't wasted 10-15 minutes in the parking lot. The maids personally contacted me after I submitted my review and accused me of lying to their boss. I am concerned about why the maids were given my contact info for this purpose. Edit and Update in reply to business owner: You: "They didn't show up late, they came within the arrival time. It doesn't matter at what time they start, they stay full 2 hours." My response: No, they didn't stay the full 2 hours. That's why I'm disappointed. Unless you count them sitting in the parking lot on their phones for the first 10-15 minutes. You: "At first you messaged us that they came late at 2:10pm and finished at 4 sharp.We checked our phones and they sent me a text at 3:08 that they just finished. They started working a little pass 1pm and finished at 2 hour mark." My Response: No, they arrived at 1 in the parking lot, sat around for 10-15 minutes, and finished at 3 sharp. If I was an hour off, then I stand corrected. I don't know why they waited 8 minutes to text you. They finished at 3:00 sharp. You: "They asked If everything looks okay, the lady that was there told them that everything is good." My response: No, my wife literally asked them to finish up and they refused. You: "Our arrival window is between 1pm - 2pm, so they can come in anytime between 1pm - 2pm. They can take a little break after their first appointment as all humans need a break." My Response: That's fine - take a break in between jobs. Don't make me pay for your texting in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. You: "If our team started at 1pm they will finish at 3pm, If they started at 1:30pm they will finish at 3:30pm, not at 3pm." My Response: NO, THEY DIDN'T. THEY STARTED 10-15 MINUTES LATE (AFTER 1:10) AND FINISHED AT 3:00 SHARP. You: "They did not clean fridge and garage because they didn't have time to cover everything in 2 hours. Cleaning those areas doesn't take 15 min, but at least 30 - 40 min." My Response: My wife finished wiping the fridge in 10 minutes while complaining about your maids. Garage only needed a broom sweep. But your maids wouldn't know that, because they never ask what needed to be done. I didn't need an entire garage clean - only floor sweep. You: "It is interesting that you did not complaint about their time or work that day or at least within 3 days." My Response: Why is that interesting? This is a move out. I was busy moving. I did provide a direct email reply very soon after you sent an email survey. You: "Unfortunately, we have so many clients who take advantage of small businesses." My Response: How have I taken advantage of you? I don't want a refund or anything. I just want to warn people about your business. You: "And It looks like you only post 1 star reviews." My Response: NOW YOU'RE JUST STRAIGHT UP LYING. This is the integrity of your business - liars. Anyone can verify it. You: We are always happy to make things better If we did something wrong, we are not perfect, but we are honest and want to improve our work. My Response: Honest? You're joking. See paragraph above. You're not honest. You don't care about improving your work. You solicit feedback to attack your customers. What kind of a business does that?

    Hillary's team was gray and I would highly recommend .. very detailed and efficient in their work !

    I have tried to call to schedule an appt and they pick up and then hang up.... Not sure what is going on with this business

    Mediocre work at best. Lots of micro managing. I had to redo some of the cleaning, however, manager was responsive.

    OC Maids sent two housekeepers to clean my kitchen and they were punctual and professional. My kitchen was sparkling when they done.
