A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. We paid this company twice. 1st after the inspection was done, and another after they installed the new inverter for us. We paid what the technician told us was owed on the spot after they did their work. Over 6 months later, we get a call from them stating we did not pay the required installation cost. We paid what the technician told us to pay on the spot, same day they finished the install, before they left our property. Now they are saying we owe them more money. STAY AWAY Unless you want to get a collections call months later!

After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.
