West Shore installed new windows for me last year, I just opened them for the first time this year…read moreand noticed a screen had separated from its frame. It took them 5 attempts to get the correct size screens for the window frames, they brought new screens each time. That should have been my first clue of their shoddy quality control but I let it go. I called West Shore since they told me they have a lifetime warranty when I bought them but now they tell me that is for parts only and I will have to pay a minimum of $125 labor!
