Very thorough, very friendly, very professional. Jordan did a fantastic job with my carpet. My carpet was very soiled due not having been cleaned in a year. I was recommended previously to have my carpet cleaned every 4 months due to very heavy traffic. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do that this year. However, Jordan and his partner thoroughly cleaned the carpet to the point it almost looks new. They did better than expected. Jordan and Malissa were extremely fast, professional, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Pricing was competitive, but most importantly, the job was well done. A tenant had left a dinner plate-sized red wine stains that dried on beige Berber carpet, so I was a bit skeptical about the stain being treatable. When I called for a quote, Malissa of OCD was very accommodating and set up an appointment for the following day, even though they were fully booked for the week. When Jordan came out, he did a great job cleaning all the carpeted areas (and red wine stain) out initially. However, the following day the red wine stain showed some residue after drying. I contacted Jordan about the problem and he came back out the very same day and did some additional spot cleaning to fix the problem. I was impressed with his great professionalism and service. Horrible company!! I called to schedule service. They made an appt for Labor Day, which surprised me but I was happy to stay home to have them come, even though it was the middle of the day (12-2 appt window). At 11:50 I got a call saying their truck broke down and the soonest they could come would be a week away. I had moved all my furniture off my carpets and area rugs, into hallways and walkways to allow for the cleaning. They offered me the name of another carpet cleaning company (as if anyone would come on Labor Day!!). I am livid with the fact that any company would waste someone's holiday like this This is why you hire a big company that has multiple trucks and employees I guess‍ Iwon't make this mistake again. And btw, when you inconvenience a customer like this on holiday, you at least offer a discount to reschedule the service. This company offered nothing but an attitude when I expressed my frustration with the situation. Really really really unhappy with this company all the way around. Update.
