We had a GREAT experience with OCD cleaning. We were debating about cleaning them again since our last cleaning with another carpet cleaning company didn't go so well. After that cleaning, all the stains came back within two weeks. We just figured since our carpets were almost 16 years old there was no hope in getting them looking good again...WRONG! Jordan did a fantastic job on the carpets in my new home. There were a couple rooms with dark stains. The master bedroom had a huge brown stain which turned out to be pet urine or something, and he totally cleaned it and deodorized it..I didn't even notice it after. The living room had dark areas that totally disappeared with his cleaning. Drying time wasn't bad either. I moved in the very next day and all the carpet was dry and fresh smelling. I had a traffic pattern that I had doubts much could be done about (very light carpet that was vacuumed regularly but never deep cleaned in 17 years -- I know, what?). When he was finished it looked better but I could still see some of it where a room was entered many times a day and he explained that there was a lot of wear to the carpet there also. I accepted that. BUT, when the area completely dried, what I thought I had to "accept" was hardly perceivable at all! Well done! Jordan is also a very friendly, easy to converse with person.
