My GS300 is dirty - like really really dirty. I needed to sell the car, it needed to be clean. I work 24/7 always on call, you know, engineering work... I was referred to Jerry by a close friend and wow, he really is exceeding my expectation. Jerry arrived at my house on time and after a few hours of cleaning/buffing/detailing, my car came out flawless!  I had several deep scratches and just imperfections around the bumper and around the body and the buffing and detailing work, took care those scratches. He applied multiple coatings afterwards and the car came out just glossy! He buffed and fixed a deep scratch on my other car and did highlight lens polishing. I'm very happy with the outcomes. It's 2018, and I just bought the new 2019 Honda Insight. I was feeling pretty good until my friends girlfriend vomited all over my backseat...couldn't call it a new car anymore. This guy Jerry man, he went far and beyond on my car and absolutely killed it! I had a major vomit accident in the backseat of my car that left me with vomit stains everywhere and that god awful smell. So I got a hold of Jerry thru Yelp and requested a quote. He was quick to respond and he asked all the right questions to get me a very accurate price quote. I sent some pictures to him of the tragedy that was in my backseat and he gave me a phone call to confirm some of the details about it, that's how thorough and honest this guy is. He responded quickly when I texted photos of my flooded car interior and gave me some options for price levels (lighter cleaning vs. deep cleaning). He was prompt, courteous, honest, and a pleasure to speak with, which was a relief after the stress of having a miniature lake in my car. When he came by to work on the car (I didn't know mobile car cleaning was a thing! So cool!), he spent several hours restoring the inside of the car and left a personal touch that was super sweet (air fresheners, car mints, and a thank-you note). I am a car fanatic, I own a sport car, a sedan and a black SUV. I like my cars to be immaculate and when I had more time, I used to clean them myself. i found fluffy auto detailing on google and after i read the reviews,i took my chances because is near my house, i must say i don't regret doing it, Jerry was on time ,very friendly and up front with the type of job he could do for my car ( i ask for interior cleaning only ) he told me that my car was fairly clean and gave me a discount because there weren't any heavy stains on the carpet or seats, he suggested polishing the small scratches on trunk,roof and hood and now my car looks like in mint condition in and out.( i own a 2007 lexus es 350 light gray interior) jerry also polish the mirrors and some small inperfections on the side panels without extra charge.jerry is very dedicated and enjoys what he does and is out to deliver great results that shows with the amount of time he dedicates to his work. i'm already highly recomending jerry to my friends and coworkers. he also gave me tips on how to take care of my car so that the job he did will last longer.
