Jerry arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was friendly and very professional during the whole process. He came by on a pretty hot day and got to work immediately. I chose the exterior starter package and Jerry was done in a few hours. He really took his time to make sure my car looked AMAZING. The paint now looks absolutely beautiful! My car had some gunk on it built up from driving during Chicago winters that I haven't been able to get off, but Jerry preformed magic and was able to get it off!! He also has impeccable attention to detail, noticing that one of my tires was missing a valve cap and replaced it for free! I hit up Jerry on friday the 17th asking for an exterior detail, very last minute. He got me in for sunday the 19th. He came straight to my house in Westminster. After he setup, he went ahead and did an inspection on my car. Told me that he wouldnt be able to use a machine to buff or polish the vehicle because of the paintjob the previous owners had gotten done. Told me that they did a cheap job and he didnt want to claybar or polish it neither, but gave me detailed descriptions and pointed out on why he wouldnt be able to. In the end he vacuumed my interior because the prior detailers didnt even finish vacuuming the shampoo and it was left there for a few weeks. Afterwards he hand washed and hit it up with some cleaner wax. Im very happy with the job that was done, it was done in a timely manner and jerry was really friendly and easy to talk to.
