I have had a very positive experience here, one of the first days I work out here on my was very cheerfully greeted by a number of the staff and it hasn't changed since. The trainers, aside from one who seems to be friendly with everyone aside from me, are very nice and welcoming. In the time that I have been here there has only been one piece of equipment that broke and it was fixed within a few weeks . Members will chat a little bit if you want to but will also leave you be to do your work out if you're not the type of person to jib jab at the gym. The only thing keeping me from rating the gym five stars is that while there is plenty of equipment to do whatever workouts you want to, it is still a limited selection and the parking situation is not great. I have never had to park in a completely different location, but sometimes getting parking in the industrial complex is a bit of a hassle.

And the only reason I stayed that long was because of my personal anxiety with change lol. This place is not clean, never really has been. The showers are gross, the toilets are gross, there is mold forming on the ceiling tiles in the Men's locker room so it has to be in other places. There are two water fountains (even though one has been out of order for two years now... COME ON GUYS!!). The benches and machines take a much longer than acceptable time to repair...some of the treadmills haven't been fully operational (incline and decline options) in at least 2/3 years...I am not exaggerating this. The parking is just not great at all...and will be pretty confusing to any new member. The rate has gone up from $10 to $15 to currently $25 for me in which I was grandfathered in to those rates (it's $40 a month now for new people). You would think with the rate increases the place and its conditions would improve but they have steadily gone downhill. Do yourself a favor and shop around before you decide on this place. I get it, it is just a gym... but this place is not clean like other facilities I have been to... not even in the same realm as sanitary and clean. The last straw for me was when I walked in one day and the 2 toilet stalls in the Men's locker room were out of order... as far as I am concerned you shouldn't even open the place if that's the case. Literally no where you could go if you had an emergency number 2. Don't let change keep any of you existing members from leaving like I have.

I paid thousands of dollars for several months of personal training plus a regular membership. First, they promised one free month for the person who referred me to the gym, and that never happened. When I tried to stop training, they forced me to pay an extra month because of a "30‑day notice" clause, that translated to an extra $642 dollars for the month. Then I had to move from Rhode Island to Texas, well beyond their own 15‑mile rule for cancellation. They asked for proof of my new address, which realistically takes time because you only get that after you've actually moved. I waited, sent the proof they requested, and now they're still demanding the remaining three months of the contract before cancelling. To me, this is a PREDATORY, SCAM ‑LIKE way of doing business. If you're considering this gym, read every line of the contract and think twice. There are many other gyms with FAIR, FLEXIBLE memberships that don't punish you when life changes. It's a shame that such a great trainer like Nick is working for such a greedy company.

She is a career dancer, so it's not like other places where a fitness instructor just takes a few certification classes. Because of her experience, she is great at explaining how to move and hold your body and how to correct your form. With a maximum class size of 5 - 6, you will have as close to personal training as you can get. The space itself is also top notch. The whole gym has a luxe feel and the studio is small but airy and bright. Between the nice facilities and unique classes, they offer a lot that you won't find anywhere else.

When I was in fantastic shape, going to the regular gym was nothing, but when you've got some extra pounds to shed, having a nearly private space was amazing. I was concerned that because it was a personal training gym a trainer would eventually come up and try to sell me on some sessions, but that didn't happen. Unlike larger gyms I've been to! Also because they are personal training, you have just about every piece of free-weight/aerobic equipment that you could want, along with several machines - again at your disposal, no worrying about waiting for them. They also offer classes that look fun. Finally you CANNOT, I repeat cannot beat the atmosphere here. It is really cool inside, extremely clean, set-up well (2 floors), modern and the staff/owners are so friendly and pretty much mind their clients and not your presence. In conclusion, the weekday membership is not for everyone, but if you can swing it, it's worth it!

First glance, I did not like that people could see right into the class, I wish the bottom half of the glass was at least frosted. You MUST have socks with grips, but if you forget, they sell some there. Cubbies for your stuff and a small "waiting room" where you can also see all the people in the class. Andy was great, I love that she subtly assisted me while instructing. Very knowledgeable of positions and subtle changes to get the most out of it. THIS IS A SIZE FRIENDLY piece of equipment, not once did I feel like I'd fall or break it. However, although the class is beginner, and it's supposed to be easier than floor Pilates, you will feel it, but it is doable. You can take a break of course if needed. They have a membership, which is a little pricey, given I believe you also need to pay a one time fee as well. They do have drop in classes for $35 though, which is nice. I have not attended this gym since my original agreement ended. Since May, I have been trying to cancel. Every time that I call, no answer. I leave a message, no response. I tried to even file a corporate request through the corporate website, and still no response. I went today, to try to cancel in person (again) couldn't even get in the building with my fob. I looked up the staff hours on the website, it literally says "closed" everyday. This place is very unethical, and should be held accountable for these actions.

My hubz and I recently began taking Duet classes with Wendy - our masochist idea of a "date night." It's a blast! Wendy is fun, funny, and focused - she makes sure we're doing all the exercises perfectly and that the tasks are appropriate for our skill set (or lack thereof, in some cases). If you're unsure if Pilates is for you/you're a beginner/been out of it for a bit, set up a class with Wendy. I can't say enough great things about her. Anyway, go, sign-up, sweat, and enjoy!
