I called early again on Saturday (normally the only day I can go) to see if I can make an appointment after work they said as long as you came come before 4pm we can see you. I show up at 4:04PM and they turn me down stating they are now an hour behind and cannot see me. I asked what time their other locations close they call to the one on Sudley and he states there's an oil change technician there but manager is in the bathroom so go there and try.
