The whole experience from calling and scheduling an appointment to the actual visit itself was very effortless, straight forward and pleasant. The lovely ladies who took my X-rays were very gentle and genuine. Dr. Alyssa (who happens to be an old friend of mine) was absolutely amazing! She explained everything in great detail and was very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet! I struggled to find a dental office that could provide a root canal at a reasonable rate and calm my nerves about getting one done while being pregnant. Oceanside Modern Dentistry was the perfect place to go! Janiece, the Operations Manager, was fantastic, as were Dr. Ybarra who did my crown and the endodontist who did my root canal. I was highly afraid of the dentist. Dr. Ybarra and her staff, from the office manager Janice to the receptionist nayelly were all so nice and accomodating to get me in the same day as I was in pain. I was never showed my x-rays before. I was amazed that they went over everything in the room. I needed a deep cleaning and unfortunately my previous dentist never showed me this or was concerned about my overall health. They worked with me on price and financing as my insurance didn't cover everything. I am a patient for life and will be telling all of my friends and family. read more

Was at starbucks getting a coffee and I saw this new dentist office. I was able to get in the same day for an exam and I actually got my teeth whitened today.
