That said, Shawn gave me a reasonable quote, explained everything to me, and the car looks great, although I did end up losing windshield tint in the process. That said, Shawn is very professional and clearly takes pride in his business. I would absolutely recommend him and his shop to anyone needing body work done to their cars. My Prius no longer has rust along the roof, the headlights are looking better than they have for a long time, and he made sure the car was washed and detailed. Needed front and rear bumpers replaced after a minor fender bender, and he went above and beyond to locate the required parts from states away, and to get other parts that couldn't be found fixed properly. While the work itself took longer than I'd have liked due to delays in getting parts, all in all it was a very good experience. Within minutes after calling, he was already working with me and my insurance provider to get the claim processed and transferred to the shop. He was able to get me in the next day for a paint match and had the exact color within a week. Once he began repairs, it only took two days to repaint the entire passenger door, driver door, and side panels--something that the dealership told me would take them two weeks to do.
