    Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Great chicken sandwiches, lots of sauces, and friendly service. I'd stop there again when traveling through town.

We have eaten there several times with chicken sandwich and fries being my favorite. Today we took our granddaughters who changed things up ordering salads, shakes, chicken chunks, Sundays, fries, fried mozzarella sticks and cotton candy. Quite the variety. Pleasant service and great food.cost per person varied, but averaged about $12.00 each.

    Cheesecake on a sunday!

Everything we've had here has been simply amazing! Sandwich, fries, wraps, etc. All great!

Normally not a big fan of chicken sandwiches but, I have to say I fell in love with their chicken wrap. Great flavor and seasoned perfectly. Also the flat fries are a big hit, also perfectly seasoned.

This is a very nice casual place that serves mostly chicken-based creations. You can dine at your own pace as it is a walk-up and order format. They do bring the food to you, however. We visited on a Saturday evening around 7:30. We were able to put in our order right away. The young gentleman taking that order was low-key but friendly and efficient. Our food was delivered fairly quickly, though one item was forgotten. That was rectified quickly, however, erasing any black mark that might otherwise have remained in our minds. My wife tried the Sweet Carolina Salad while I had the Chicken Wrap with Flat Fries. We were both quite happy with our choices. The chicken was done nicely while the fries were likewise tasty. Another thing this place seems to claim as a specialty is sundaes. We split a Golden Grahams Sundae, which was covered with the cereal and chocolate syrup. It was a lovely finish. There are a lot of creative Sundae choices so there will definitely be something new to try next time. Our final bill with food, drinks and tax was around $34. At $17 per person, it was a reasonable deal. We'll try this place again.

I was driving to Cincinnati and needed some lunch. I wanted something beyond the usual fast food chains and pulled out Yelp while I was pumping gas. Turns out this spot was right across the street from the gas station and it looked delicious! I ordered through the app and got a regular chicken sandwich (with pickles and mayo) and a side of their fries. Oh and a cookies and cream milkshake. The wait given to me through the app was pretty long so I decided to just go in and see if it would come up sooner. I said hello to the staff and they were super friendly. Within a few minutes my order was ready and I grabbed it and went back to my car. The sandwich was SOO good. Crispy chicken, juicy, and complemented by the crisp pickles and soft bun. Their fries are unusual in that they're flat fries, thinly cut but in the opposite way you're expecting. I was unsure about this but they were great! And the milkshake was also delicious. They have these over the top options but given I was driving something simple was ideal. But I'd definitely come back here for something more indulgent next time I'm driving through!

I understand the basic premise of this restaurant, but I'll admit I was surprised by the execution... Created by the person that started NW Ohio's "Fowl & Fodder" which focuses on regional & seasonal ingredients, I incorrectly made the assumption some of that would rub off on Odd Fodder. And if there is a focus on ingredients, that was lost on me. Is the food good? Sure, it's not bad! But comfort food is so common these days, and fast food fried chicken is so wildly available, I am not really sure what Odd Fodder thinks it is doing to bring anything unique to the table. Yes, the milkshakes are delicious... and yes, some of the milkshakes coming out of the open kitchen are ridiculously cute, but the food in general is surprisingly bland-beyond a lot of salt-and mostly over cooked. America has a real obsession with unhealthy food, and Odd Odder only seems to serve that, so I suspect many will love it. But I was really hoping for some unique flavors, which I did not experience.

Food was amazing and the ice cream was even better! The chicken sandwich came out hot and was perfectly crispy. The flat fries and onion rings were both amazing.

This was surprisingly good! So I was apprehensive because...chicken items and sundaes? Sounds weird. Welp. Their chicken is really good, way better than Chick Fil'A. Love the crispy exterior. They have regular or spicy and I liked regular. Multiple variations but I got the chicken sandwich. Super good! My dining partner said the chickn waffle was also super good. I got the Brooke. So sometimes brownie/cookie sundaes at ice cream places do not taste good because the baked good is meh. Not the case here. It's huge so I couldn't finish it on my own- def share it with someone.

I love this place for the ice cream! Friendly service clean looking store. I ordered the S'more roar and it was delicious! Next time I come I'm going to check out there chicken sandwich because they looked good! It's worth to come here just for the ice cream so I'll be back!

There food is the best, and the shakes the best one in my preference is the sweet talk. I would recommend to all go and try it.

All of the food was amazing, but hands down the table favorite was honestly the whipped feta. It's what dreams are made of! It had a slightly spicy oil topper, and delicious crostini! The only note I would give, is that the bacon appetizer really needs to come with a steak knife for sharing. It was a little too hard to cut with just the butter knife. Steaks and sides are all prepared perfectly, the button mushrooms were a hit as well. I would completely recommend this restaurant to anyone, and will return again if I'm back in the area.

We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and the host asked if we'd like to sit in the bar where they offer the full menu. Saying yes was fine until the last 15 minutes. A better choice would have been to sit in the dining room. We started off with drinks, V ordered a Mai Tai, and I had a Tequila something or other. The drinks tasted good, if I were a betting person, I'd say that they touched the ice with alcohol, and that's about it. I don't drink very often, so I always know if a drink contains a meaningful amount of alcohol. They brought out a warmed puff bread. It was unique for sure, and tasted good too. Our appatiser was Lobster Tail served on a bed of vinegar-based coleslaw with miso or something similar. The flavors worked together fabulously. V's entree was a beef stir fry. He said it was ok, but nothing special. He also ordered the Smoked Gouda & Rosemary Mac & Cheese with bacon. That side dish was very tasty, but overpowered my entree, though it paired well with his beef. I had the Miso Halibut, which came over with Sweet Chili Bok Choy and Jasmine Rice. This entree had perfectly paired flavors; I'd certainly like to have it again. Our waitress was friendly and attentive; we couldn't ask for better service. Sitting in the bar wasn't a good idea as in the last 15 minutes a loud-mouthed womanizing man started sharing his conquests with six other people.

Our server was so terrific. All the food was delicious. I'd been craving French onion soup and decided to give it a try and it was sofa king good. Perfection! This is kind of a hard review for me. I REALLY wanted to love this place, but a few things went…read morekind of wrong, and the ambiance, although really interesting, was off. The drinks were good, but again, a hitch. Service too... So, two of us ordered the French dip sandwich. They were just OK at best. Really no flavor, the roll was kind of wrong and the jus was tasteless. I asked (several times) for some horseradish, and I would guess it's still on its way to the table... 2 folks ordered the fried walleye, and one said it was REALLY good and the other said it was really over cooked. 1 person ordered the burger and said it was great. The last person ordered the salmon and did like it. The standout sides were the brussels sprouts and the fries. Both are very, very good. No comments about the other sides. The person across the way ordered the bruleed sweet potatoes and they looked amazing. The ambiance. What a cool place inside. A cool mix of furnishings with some kitsch factor. Not in a bad way from aesthetics, but in practicality, a big miss. When we were taken to our table, we were presented with a 1950's style dinette and chairs. Again, really kitschy, but not at all fun to sit in. The place has a cool mix of all kinds of stuff, but the noise was deafening. We tried to talk to one another, but it was really hard. Just too much background noise from all the people in a concrete, brick and steel room. Too bad. The drinks... So, I took a chance and ordered my martini. I explained how I wanted it mixed, etc. and the bartender did a superb job! Hats off to him for making a great martini! The big issue was one of our guests wanted a Bloody Mary. The waitress explained that they have great Bloody Mary's as they make their own mix. After the drinks were ordered, the waitress came back to the table to let us know they were out of Bloody Mary mix. Mind you, this is 6:00 on a Saturday. That shouldn't happen. The service... All of the drinks were ordered at the same time, and they came out in a staggered fashion over a period of 15 minutes. Same thing with our dinners. Interestingly, the hold up with the entrees was the 2nd French Dip. I would guess if the guy making the sandwiches saw 2 of the same thing on the same ticket, he'd make them both at the same time. That second sandwich took at least 15 minutes to get to the table. We're all being polite and waiting for his meal to deliver so we can all eat at the same time. Cold fish, anyone? And I'd still like to know where my horseradish went. Oh, parking in the lot to the left of the building is stupid expensive. Park in the garage across the street and save $20 bucks. All in all, our check came to about $100.00 for 3 of us. That's without the tip. My meal was a solid 2 to 3-star event but factoring in the others' opinions and negating the Bloody Mary incident and service, I'll give it 4 stars. Pretty sure I'll go back, but probably not too soon.
