We had to remove a few leftover, abandoned asbestos pipes in our crawlspace and hired Magnolia for a survey report. We also hired them to collect and test samples of areas where we plan to demo/remodel in our new home. Andrea from Magnolia was responsive and thorough through the entire process. Since hiring an industrial hygienist isn't something an average person go about doing regularly, she was able to explain the process to us clearly and patiently. We ran into issues with the abatement company during the process and Andrea personally made sure everything went smoothly, and even covered the cost of the additional abatement. We are so happy that we found a company that goes above and beyond, especially during covid where everything is so much more limiting.

They were referred to me by my remediation vendor, who I've also been using for many years. 4 Elements Environmental ("4EE" for short for the purpose of this review) has been great both times I've used them. Their number one trait in my opinion is their communication. They return calls promptly, and are very polite and patient. After an appointment is set, they follow up with reminders and even send a courtesy message when the technician is on the way (which is SUPER APPRECIATE when dealing with arrival windows). Their pricing is also fair in my opinion, where I've worked with companies more & less expensive. But none of them communicated like 4EE which is a big deal for me in my business. I highly recommend them if you need their services. I appreciate they answered all my questions, in person and over the phone, and I never once felt the technician was annoyed or impatient with me.
