Took my kiddos here for the 1st time and they had a blast playing video games, virtual reality and simulation rides. Super cool! Best part, no coins. Just paid a flat fee and they make rounds playing whatever they want. The workers were very helpful, friendly,and patient teaching them how to play the games. My experience was the best from the beginning. My daughter was indecisive about where to celebrate her birthday and last minute she asked if she could have it at Odyssey VR. When I first reached out, I spoke with Josh. I was informed that the weekend was booked, but he would let me know if any openings came up. He invited us to come and play (without reserving a party) and said the kids would still have fun playing. I get a call 2 days before and Josh mentioned that a party canceled, so we took their place. The experience was amazing. Our host, Sean, took good care of us from beginning to end. My daughter and friends had a memorable time thanks to the Corona Odyssey VR team! A brand new Odyssey VR opened in Dos Lagos center in Corona and it's a blast for young and not so young! From rollercoasters, video games and VR there is something for everyone to enjoy. This is our second visit and the kids just love it! One hour of total enjoyment, the nicest staff who attend to guests are there to offer a variety of games and make sure you get your money's worth. The center is large and futuristic in design, soft music in background, beautiful lighting. Arcades are so retro, so time to try something new and different. This experience was absolutely thrilling, shout out to Andrew for introducing himself with a very warm welcome to the spot and telling me about the food recommendations and ice cream. The environment is so futuristic looking like you're inside a space station. Luke was so informative on how many options this VR spot provides and talked me through the VR rollercoaster rides they had and they have this race car simulator that is insanely realistic. My family from out of state visited and we sure had a lovely time at Odyssey VR! Nick was so friendly and all 3 of these lads were professional when he assured me he maintenances the equipment for the race car simulator very safe and top notch. They all 3 seemed so stoked to work here and this VR spot is beyond clean and a fun enviorment! My son just had his 11th bday party there with 10 of his friends. Group booking was straight forward and painless. We were a bit worried at first since both wife and I know nothing about VR gaming, but the staffs ensured that everything went without any headache. I would give them 100 stars if I could. They made the whole experience flawlessly smooth and my son's friends were raving about how awesome the place is afterward. They provided food and drink so we didnt have to bring much to setup the party. I wish to see more people patronize this business so they stay open for a long time in dos lagos. But to my dismay, they decided to let the 11 year old enjoy the experience, because the new pricing policy only would cover one person! Big disappointment, he was not impressed! WORSE PLACE EVER! DO NOT COME HERE! The employees and owner have zero customer service skills. First, they were super rude and would not even honor their store voucher, which was unbelievable. Our friends decided to purchase and try it anyways... but had to constantly wait around to find someone to set up the machine. The equipment was very unsanitary. I watched the employees re-use the same headsets for every customer and not once did they clean it. Employees were not helpful with the kids, which was extremely frustrating. They were not willing to adjust the VR correctly and the kids complained that the screen was blurry. Meanwhile, your time is running out. This place is a total SCAM! read more
