This location is definitely better than the one in Riverside at the Galleria on Tyler. However, it wasn't great this time around. The boneless wings were rubbery. This tells me they were likely old. Like, probably had frost bite from the freezer old. The bone-in wings were good, though. The bacon cheddar jumbo tots were super tasty. The fried pickles were soggy. The bacon cheeseburger thing we ordered (not sure exactly what it was called, it was on regular bread) was dry, and the bacon was rock hard and tasted old. I ordered the cherry mezcal margarita that was so delicious. But when they brought my second one, it was completely different. I told the server that it wasn't correct and even showed her that it was completely different from the first one and she gave me an attitude about it. I basically had ro force her to take it back to be fixed. The atmosphere was pretty lively. Especially since there was a UFC fight on that evening. I understand that when it's busy things can get a bit messy, but there were countless employees walking in and out of it without cleaning it. Well we tried, and won't be back. Allow me to explain. The $19.99 meal for two on the website is a sliding scale once you go to the restaurant. Of course, this meal deal slid right up to $24.99. So the math there, 12% more. Also, anything besides the basics is an upcharge. Big yikes. Let's talk service, or lack thereof. I'm not expecting miracles at BWW, but we had two servers for 6 tables. Not unrealistic but service was slow. Food took forever to arrive, and trying to flag down the server for a refill on drinks, a task. Once the food arrived, it was fine, what you expect from BWW. Let's talk football for 2026...there will not be any Sunday Ticket here, so don't expect your team to be on unless it is a game you can tune in at home. Doesn't this kind of ruin the whole deal? Go to BWW, get some wings, watch your team. They have Direct TV, and that ship has sailed. Apparently each store can decide to buy Sunday Ticket or not. Corona...not! I have been coming to this place for years. It has been a while since my family and I have been here. I am horrified with our visit today. This place was so empty compared to other times. The tables were dirty from previous customers. The floors full of trash. We waited for someone to approach us over 10 mins to seat us. Then we ordered and waited way over 30 mins for our food. It wasn't even busy so that was not an excuse. The waitress kept avoiding eye contact until my daughter raised her voice to catch her attention. We asked what was going on with our food and she got very nervous and went to the back. She brought our plates and the plates were hot but the food was cold and gross which made no sense. We were not offered refills after being there now over 45 mins. We had to catch another worker and ask for a refill of soda. Then we asked for hot sauce and waited another 10 mins. It really seemed like the waitresses were cooking the food because they seemed to all be in the back. This place is horrible. No management coordination. I feel kind of bad for the waitresses. We occasionally come to this BWW location and have always had great service. The staff is friendly and attentive. Sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait but that's to be expected, it's a sports bar and can get crowded. The staff make their best effort to clear off and clean tables. I've seen the host/hostess wiping tables down to help out as well. It has a cool setting for watching whatever sport is on with plenty of screens to watch. The food is fresh and served hot. We've never had to wait long for a refill. I'm not sure why people give it low ratings. Sports bars get crowded and busy. Enjoy the time together and relax. read more

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings a couple days ago and it was really busy. The wait was kind of long, but the host Mayia was super patient and nice the whole time. She stayed calm and kept things moving. The food came out at an appropriate time considering the fact it was very busy. Our server took great care of us. However, there was a misunderstanding with the waitress, and I ended up hearing something different. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the real issue was the quality of the wings. They were incredibly small, dry, and overcooked. To make matters worse, they came out really fast, which made me wonder if they were pre-cooked or sitting around for a while. This was hands down the worst experience I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a small order of traditional wings and waited almost an hour for them to come out. When they finally did, they were tiny, dry, and had that weird freezer-burned taste, like they were pulled straight out of a deep freeze and overcooked. On top of that, they were covered in two different sauces I didn't even order. It felt like they were trying to cover up a mistake. I also ordered a beer, and it came out mostly foam. Should've just ordered a small, because that's basically what I got anyway. I saw one of the servers stirring another customer's beer to foam it up and make it look full. That was enough for me. The waitress was nice, and that's the only reason I'm even giving one star. But everything else: service time, food quality, presentation, was just bad.
