I finally ordered something different at OEB. I ordered the Double Trouble Crostini which was $19.00 in March 2024. I can recommend it to those who think that breakfast should be more than potatoes and eggs. There's eggs of course, but also bacon, cheese, tomatoes, spinach on some rye bread. This is the most balanced breakfast I've ever had and it was delicious too. The coffee was quite good with endless refills. It's not as good as a coffee shop would serve but this isn't a coffee shop. Service was pleasant and prompt. We came on a Thursday morning around 10:30am and it was packed. We waited ten minutes for a table. This place is always busy. We could have sat at the big table rather than waiting but, my guest, a senior - didn't like the high chairs. So why 4 stars rather than five? Because it's so loud. Why are some restaurants so loud? This wasn't caused by music like a night spot, it was simply the sounds of people talking echoing off of the walls and ceiling. It was too loud to have a normal conversation. If you don't mind the noise I recommend OEB.

This OEB location was good. We ordered breakfast, which arrived after a reasonable amount of time, and was hot and fresh. The service was OK; the waitress was attentive and refilled our drinks throughout our meal. This location is rather small and bland compared to other OEBs but made up for it by offering adequate seating and large table sizes.

It was my first time going to this location in Edmonton! I knew the business from Calgary and it was about 5 years that I hadn't been back there! I went with my friend for brunch and the food, value, quality and customer service were all great! I liked the design, especially the roosters! :) In general I liked the place and I think I'll go back there more often! :)

Brunch with friends. The menu is witty and has lots of options. But we did find the portions were a little small for the price. Some fun unique ideas including the smoked meat Bennie and the squash and truffle Bennie! One friend wasn't such a fan of the whipped cream (it's not the super sweet sugary kind but actually whipped cream.) It was a Thursday at 1230, we had a reso and the Service was ok but nothing special and rather slow to start. Cocktails and coffees were good. We would definitely go back but would probably try other options.

It's great. Finally, there is a location in Windermere. Unfortunately, the first second, the previous customer's hair is on my chair, emm..... no one cleaned them. Got Duck Confit for myself, and it's just a little bit too sweet because of the sauce. probably it's not a good idea for sweet sauce. Other than that, all good!

We came here for brunch and be forewarned, this location is extremely busy, a bit smaller compared to other OEBs and at the time did not have Yelp Reservations activated. We had to wait about 1.5 hours to get seated. Once we were seated the service was attentive and the food came out quickly which we were happy about since we were starving by then lol. The food is always good at OEB so we were definitely happy and satisfied with our meals. We tried the flight of mimosas which is cute and fun. You can choose what kind of juice to put in and my favourite was of course mango! Overall a great brunch but will call ahead for reservations next time :)

Eggs over medium (perfect!) and the nice thick pancake was correctly made!

Four of us went here...first time, and all were pleasantly surprised! The presentation was great, portions just right, food looked and tasted fresh. The one negative was that three people who ordered eggs, found that the eggs were just warm when we got our dishes...that is just a matter of the kitchen timing! Over all, it's a very nice...and busy restaurant for breakfast. Fully deserved the 5 star rating!

Food was deletions and the atmosphere was great!. This wad my first time coming to this restaurant after being told to come quite a bit of time, I never had the chance as jt was always very busy and always had a 3 hour waiting list but finally we got to try it today and it was great! The service was good and the food was good, the order time took very short and over all it was good. The reason for four stars and not five is because I personally didn't think it was amazing not sure if it wad the dish that I had but I just didn't find it to be amazing. The coffee was bland and the tea wasn't good. I am willing to eventually give it another try but I'm not gonna be in such a hurry to try it like it happend before

Brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise they open for lunch (closed Mondays). Epic Market is huge. This will be a very popular place for the Whyte Avenue crowd as there are so many options available depending on which floor you enter. We were on the second floor today for brunch but the first floor, which has a similar look and feel, has a Mexican menu. It opens for lunch at 11:30am. It's a unique concept for Edmonton. The server said that they've opened similar restaurants in larger cities like Toronto but Edmonton is their first venture into a "smaller market". The brunch menu was interesting with some unique features and some typical offerings. I had the Pork Bennie, for $18.00 in 2024. The prices are quite reasonable for the type and quantity of the food. My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large. I'm sure the vibe is much different for dinner than brunch, but based on our experience, I'll definitely return.

My wife and I both ordered the Chandru Special for $17.50. It's a crepe with bacon and eggs inside plus some cheese slices melted on top. There was a side of fresh fruit. The presentation was somewhat lacking as the cheese slices made it look like something you find at your children's birthday party. The dish definitely needed some sauce to help it down. At least the fruit was good. Our server was very skilled at tunnel vision as she didn't see us even when walking right by our table. Eventually we caught her and got a refill for our coffee. She was pleasent enough when she arrived but definitely didn't want to do refills. On a more positive note, my friend ordered an omelet which came with potatoes that looked like thick potato chips. They looked good and he liked them. If I return it will be because I am in the area and can't find a better place. In other words, three stars out of five.
