I found it in the clearance section - I am beginning to love these sections as you don't know what gems you might find! Hubby couldn't tsk tsk me for my purchase either, as he found a nice pair of dress shoes for himself at a reasonable price :) However I couldn't rave too much about the customer service. At first one shop assistant was nice and tried to help me look, but when it came time to paying, the assistant there was a little less-than-friendly... almost.... bored? Pretty annoyed to get an email at almost midnight letting me know that items I returned earlier today are going to be put back into my card in 1-2 BILLING CYCLES? And if it wasn't for me calculating the difference... I almost got ripped off 70 dollars trying to return my items back!!! It took me trying to explain and showing my statement and receipt that I paid 170 and they're trying to return 103 back to finally get a manager. Then I had to explain to the manager. I paid 170 and they were giving me 103 back... wtf?! It took them maybe a week max to take my credit out when I bought the items and now I have to wait 1-2 months to get my money back?! How on earth is this logical? Ive never had to wait 1-2 months to get my own money back! And what I'm even more upset about it that I bought two other pairs of shoes today! I'm going to return these shoes(unfortunately have to wait 1-2 months again for this purchase) I am NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! Please be aware! I love bargains because I'm cheap! So here at Off Broadway shoes clearance area is a great bargain! I'm giving it a 2stars because some shoes are in the wrong boxes, so the New Balance I grabbed are only 30%off instead of 50%off that says on the wrong box! And the other shoes I got for my little girl, the security tags wouldn't come off properly, besides waiting very, very long for them to take it off, they bent the zipper part in the process, luckily it still works. Hopefully, I wouldn't have this unfortunate events next time!!! read more

Headed out to a business meeting and my friend needed a pair of shoes for the event. Service was pretty awesome. Walked around the store for a good 20 minutes looking for a pair of black pumps for her. Couldn't find anything to our liking. Asked a friendly store attendant for some advice. She immediately picked out 3 beautiful pairs of pumps, and we ended up buying a super nice, to our liking, pair of BCBG's. Super nice workers, with great taste. They have a large selection of name brand shoes. Aisles and aisles of sandals, heels and tennis shoes. I wish they'd carry more small sizes, I had a hard time finding a size 6 in a few different shoes that I liked. read more

Return Policy is a joke. I am unable to go to the store as I do not live in the area and employees refuse to give my sister a refund because I paid with debit card. The staff acts like the UNWORN merchandise presented by her WITH RECEIPT is stolen or something. The only option they gave is store credit. I did not pay with store credit so why would you offer store credit back? That would be understandable if I did not have a receipt. This experience shows how much they care about providing good service; they are able to go above and beyond and simply give cash back but won't as it is too much trouble. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to do a simple return. Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere read more

For the Imelda Marcos in you, this is the place to be. I just bought a pair of sandals a couple of weeks ago and have too many shoes, but that didn't stop me from coming in. I had to really hold back, though. I walked in and one of the SAs was there with shopping bag ready to give to me. I quicly averted my eyes and veered to my left. An empty shopping bag needs to be filled. Hence, no shopping bag, no urgency to splurge. The place is nicely organized. All the mammoth-sized heels and tramp shoes are together, so if you're not a stripper or extremely short person, you can just skip that entire blcok. Bagain shoes are in the back, and there's a good selection of styles and sizes. You won't just find the Mrs. Big Foot's shoes here or the most hideous styles that even Lady Gaga wouldn't wear. Oh yeah... There's mens and kids shoes too, but I don't have any tips because 1. My bf wasn't "in the mood" to shop, and 2. I think procreation is overrated. read more

Large store and huge selection of shoes. I think sometimes, there is up to 70% off. However, the staff is not really nice. She treats me a little bit rude. Been here a few times and every time I came out with something bought. I do like the shoes they have and there has been a lot of deals lately. It might be because the end of the year is around the corner but in general its a pretty good store. Didn't really have a lot of interaction with staff. The interaction I did have was very bland. Although they were super nice and excited to deal with a customer, they did answer my questions and they were polite about it. In other words, they dont offer anything above and beyond the expectations of customer service but they get the job done. My only gripe is. They've had the same shoes their for a pretty long time. Even on the website it seems like new shoes take a while to be added its a lot of the same stuff for too long. But maybe that is just me. I bought my 5 yr old a pair of the new Twimkle Toes from Sketchers with the on/off switch for school. She wore them about 2 weeks and then 2 of the lights on one shoe would NOT turn off. It waa about 2 weeks later when I contacted Off Broadway and they said to bring them right in and they'd exchange them. I did. Didn't have my receipt since I had bought them over a month ago and she'd already been wearing them but they exchanged them no problem. My daughter was ecstatic and so was I! read more

I had purchased a pair of shoes at the store, and since they didn't have my size, I paid at the store and they shipped it to my address. I never got the shoes, and since the tracking showed it was delivered (which never was) I never got anywhere following up. Months passed and I ended up at that store again, and thought I mention the issue. I asked for the manage and Danny came to see me. I told him the story and mentioned I don't have solid proof for what I'm saying, but I wouldn't be wasting my time or your time if this hasn't happened. He listened to me and was very understanding. Made a few phone calls trying to track that package and in the end he said what he could do for me was to get store credit for the price of the shoes I'd purchased before. Which I ended up spending plus some more at the store that same day! Honestly the money is not the reason I'm writing this; I am very impressed by the level of customer service and customer care I received at the Orange branch of Off Broadway by Danny. the fact that Danny took interest in what had happened, was courteous, polite and friendly, spend the time and tried to resolve the situation is of much greater value. I used to recommend Off Broadway for good collections and good prices, but the missing package and lack of care form everyone else that I had talked to had tarnished my feeling about the store. Danny not only restored my interest in Off Broadway, but I also have a great story of customer service to tell to others.
