Better than Privilege Paint as well and less expensive by a third. Don't want to get more paint work done but if I do I will be back to see Jon. Easy to communicate with as well. They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. I would recommend people I know when they need PPF or other service.

He went on to say that he had no intention of following those instructions and would simply wait for the manager to walk away before taking his phone back out and continuing to use it. This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This took place on Tuesday, 6/16/26, between 5:00-5:30pm at Register 4.

Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

My U-joint finally failed after almost 40 years in me Jeeps before I could change it out. A couple friends recommend this place because they were pleased with their business so I brought the drive shafts both over. I talked with Sergio & he provided all the info I needed to know. He even loaned me a U-joint to take home so I could check the fitment on the yoke making sure it was still snug. About a week and a half later he called me up & told me they were done. So I picked them up & saw how nice they had made them! The rear drive shaft needed to be balanced so it's better than ever. Sergio provided me with great customer service which I greatly appreciated because that's not easy to find these days as most places don't care along with doing shoddy work. i recently bought a truck , and when i got up to freeway speeds it started to shake and vibrate like crazy. At home i crawled under it to trouble shoot ,and i found the rear u-joint was shot and the middle carrier bearing had a lot of play. Went to Toyota and bought the parts to do the job myself .when i was preparing to do the repair , i took a closer look at the other u-joints and they were questionable , so i went to driveshaftpro. turned out he used the same quality u-joints as the dealership at more than half the price. I returned the parts i bought to toyota and had driveshaftpro do the whole drive line for me . Went here on a recommendation from a friend after several alerts were flashing on our Toyota's…read moredashboard. Juan diagnosed the problem one by one and discovered it was one issue that caused the other alerts. He easily could've ran the bill up saying there were other issues, but didn't. He also went to 2 different dealerships to get oem parts (he doesn't trust after market parts for our issue) so he could complete it same day for us. Trustworthy, friendly staff who helped as well, I'll be going back without hesitation next time I have an issue.
