Tasty food in a gorgeous setting with excellent and friendly service. Truly stunning scenery and just an all around cool looking place. I like spicy food, wife not so much. Jerk chicken (pulled) sammie was delicious for me but a little too hot for her. Overloaded with meat to the point that I couldn't pick it up (bottom bun got soggy). BBQ chx sammie also delicious and also overloaded. Mahi bites were kinda meh. Drinks were quick, strong, and delicious. Clientele was an interesting bunch that distracted from the serene beauty of the place, specifically one customer who I'm guessing is a regular (since everyone there knew her) and who has the most annoying laugh on Earth. And of course everything was the funniest thing she's ever heard. That's not OTW's fault, and to be fair we mistakenly stumbled in on Bingo Night. Vibe likely very different on non-Bingo Nights. This is our kind of vacation casual dinner spot. It's right on the water and very casual. The clientele was mostly locals stopping on their way home from work to catch a drink and bite to eat while catching up with friends. The vibe was awesome to just sit, relax and enjoy. Beautiful location!! Great place to grab a cocktail, lunch, or dinner. We were checking out Cane Bay for a possible snorkeling excursion. It was too windy, but luckily, we happened upon Off The Wall There is only outside seating, but some tables have umbrellas, and there is a covered area, so you can find shade from the sun. We had a beautiful view of the ocean while we ate. We ordered the calzones, which were amazing. They cover it with a garlic spread, so good! This used to be an icon of the North Shore. But sadly, since it was sold a few years ago, it's among the worst run places on the island. No longer selling pizza, which was one of their prior best menu items, the kitchen is horribly slow, slow enough you can go eat at The Landing down the street and make it back before guests you saw order have gotten their meals. The arrangement we last observed was that the bartender only handled drinks for guests at the bar, servers were supposed to MAKE the drinks for table seating and with the expanded area of tables now, that means 2 waitstaff are attempting to serve 18-20 tables of 4-8, a mess that is unworkable. The quality of food coming out of the kitchen is subpar at any price, and the prices are not a bargain. Now the view is unbeatable. If you're a regular and have your prescribed seat at the bar, then you'll be okay, especially if you brought your own starter drink to begin with. Again, the view is unbeatable so set your expectations based on the view only and you'll be fine. They do offer a nice setup for music and have many of the exceptional local artists playing here so they have certainly improved upon that aspect. read more

This bar and grill has the perfect location and set up. It on the far end of Cane Bay Beach. It is right off of the water. You hear the waves crashing while you eat/drink. They have colorful picnic tables in the dining area with umbrellas and a neat bar area with a lot of seating, where the bartender's well is lowered. It is hard to describe, but you have to just see it. They do not have a parking lot. If you see a place on the side of the road to park, grab it. I was lucky enough to find a spot right in front of the bar. They have a private restroom located behind some Conex boxes for customers to use. They have a menu that is packed with pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and appetizers. They also serve popular tropical drinks like pain killers, and pina coladas, but I do not think that they have a drink menu. Atleast I never saw one. Even though they were pretty packed, I was able to find a seat right away. I was on somewhat of a time crunch. My waitress came and got my drink order. It took her about 5 minutes to bring my drink and then she just dropped off the drink and did not offer to get my food order. She seemed very flustered, and was very snappy and dismissive. Which seems to be a theme because she and her attitude is mentioned in quite a few other reviews on here (shout out to Valerie F.) When I finally was able to order, I got the bacon cheese burger with potato salad. I waited a very long time for my food. I did not get it until over an hour from me getting there. While I was waiting, I saw a few people cancel there orders, pay for their drinks and leave. The potato salad was really good, but it is a very small serving. The burger was juicy and very tasty. The did forget my bacon though. I had waited so long that I did not even make it a big deal. I did not want to have to wait even long for them to try and correct the issue. I had a schedule to keep. I asked for my check when the waitress dropped off my food, which she brought to me after a few minutes. However, It took her a long time, between 5 and 10 minutes, to come and get my payment. So, I went to the bar area to speed things up and cut the distance, so I could just pay and leave. When she saw me up there, my server gave me the biggest attitude and was very rude. But, It was nothing against her, I just had to go. At one point she threw her hands up in the air in disgust. When the other server tried to intervene and close out my check, my server got even more upset. This was one of the rudest servers that I have had in a long time. I really, really wanted to like this place. I understand the concept of island time and know that most food places have long waits. I spent over an hour and a half there. But the rude service and forgetting my bacon was bad. I will be the first to admit that the food was decent and you cannot beat the location or set up. However, if you read the reviews, this place has a long history of rudeness to its customers and treating them like garbage. I definitely do not recommend coming here. read more

This is very casual laid back beach bar. The menu is pretty limited and basic, burgers, pizza etc. The menu doesn't reflect it's seaside location. Service was good, there was only one gal working the tables and bar and she hustled and did a good job. The food was reasonably priced for St Croix and was good tasting. What a great spot. I am on-island for work and had a craving for pizza. I got there at 8:15 and they close at 9. They were so nice and treated me like a regular. Diane was awesome. She told me that it was their last night of being open before closing up for 2 weeks - they are all taking a vacation. I was lucky to be there for their send off. I really enjoyed sitting along the railing and listening to the waves crash into the shore while enjoying a generously-poured Cruzan Confusion from the bartender and a delicious pizza - the Off The Wall Pizza. This was the worst experience on the island. The older gale server who was blonde was rude and yelled at our table several times My family of 4 ( including 2 littles) sat next to two couples. We're on Saint Croix for the first time. We stumbled across this place Tuesday afternoon. We got there around 3 PM for a cocktail and stayed until closing. Our very first interaction with a staff member was an unpleasant one. We needed an extra chair at the end of our table & were rudely told to move it. The food took forever & was mediocre. The chips for our chips/salsa order were literally the broken ones from the bottom of the bag. We only asked because we saw other tables getting their food and they had arrived after we did. Actually, the order was not put in and the so-called manager said she put in an emergency order. Emergency? About 15 minutes later two sandwiches came out and another five or so minutes the third sandwich came out. The staff did not care, and there were no apologies. EXTREMELY slow service. If you have all day then come here. Otherwise you will wait for over 2 hours to get your subpar food. Servers extremely dismissive and didn't attend to our requests.
