The most disrespectful employees of all times. Everything you ask, they start with a 'NO' . It is oke to answer some basic questions humanisticly. Some part of your brain is not going to diminish if you answer. This happens when you hate your job prob. Bring your business somewherelse whom will be appreciated dearly. Also it is not OK for employee's to print their own project while there is a huge line & finished the specific print paper. I have had PO Boxes from San Diego to Orlando and then on to New York. I have never had as many problems trying to receive my mail than I have had with this mailroom. The customer service is terrible absolutely terrible. The only nice person in this entire mailroom is Charlie. I am a lady and the ladies were very rude to me over the phone and in person. When I have a question they do nothing to help out there customers. Especially during a pandemic. I called to get my mail forwarded and they charged me 16.00 to have one piece of junk mail sent to me. I asked them before I forwarded it if they could tell me if it was a lot of mail or if it looked important and they couldn't tell me either. I expected during a pandemic when people are fleeing New York they would be more willing to help out someone with there mail. I mean they did check my mail when they placed it in forwarding. Paying 16.00 for one piece of mail that happened to be junk when they could have let me know it wasn't a bunch of mail just one piece. They were not willing to help me with anything. When I opened a mailbox they didn't even happen to tell me they had mail scanning and I didn't have to pay 220.00 to open a mailbox there. So frustrating - on more than one occasion now I have dropped off return packages here, and they don't actually ship out till over a week after the drop-off date. Not only does this delay my refunds from the companies, it creates a stressful limbo period where the package is untraceable until the Returns Agent collects it. No idea why it takes so long, but I am not using this place again. read more

Do not take passport photos here!!! I came here to take an passport photo for an urgent visa application, and needed a digital copy of the photo as well. The person taking my photo seemed unfamiliar with the camera and did not know the rules for taking an acceptable passport photo (image size, pose, etc). However, a colleague helped her out and and I thought the photo would end up fine. Later, I attempt to submit the photo for my application online and it was REJECTED because it was not bright enough. I called the store and they insisted that the photo was taken properly. When I took the photos back to the store, the manager agreed that the photo was very poorly taken and agreed to offer me a refund. However, that does not make up for my wasted time and effort in an already stressful process. Reading the other Yelp reviews, it seems that a lot of people's passport photos have been shoddily taken and rejected. Applying for a new passport or visa is already such a stressful and arduous process, and it is very frustrating when applications are denied due to a bad photo that cost $11. Please properly train your staff on how to take passport photos, or just don't offer the service at all. read more

I have been coming here for years. Earlier in my 20's I would come to print out my resume whenever I was changing jobs, but that only happened every few years. Now, I work down the street and once a week I need to print out a document on my way home and every time I come in here it is seamless. My last visit was memorable. For the first time, I actually needed help printing my document and the guy working behind the desk was extremely friendly. I didn't read the sign indicating not to print my document from the browser. I couldn't believe I didn't notice the note that was printed right on the screen. We joked around about being computer illiterate and how hilariously annoying it is teaching parents how to work technology. He saw that I was struggling to fit my documents in my gym bag without them getting torn or folded. I bent down to make room in my bag and when I stood back up, my documents had magically been placed inside a folder. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but I worked in fine dining for years and it's little details like this that make me, the customer, feel taken care of and want to give them return business. read more

I've been here twice. The first time was to buy stamps (I thought), Until I found out that they had a ridiculous extra charge per stamp on top of the normal stamp price. (If I remember correctly, it was something like $.30 per stamp and an additional surcharge if you buy a book.) Obviously, I did not buy the stamps. Instead I bought them for the normal price at the grocery store around the corner. Well, I took a chance and went in there again to ship something by USPS, which was already paid for. The clerk said, "It'll just be a dollar to drop it off". That's not a lot, but when it's already paid for and free everywhere else!? I think they are absolutely robbing people, charging on top of stuff they already get paid for. I've never even checked out their prices on any office supplies as I shudder to think how much they must be charging on those items if they rob people on everything else. I refuse to ever even walk into the store again. Even the principal is totally wrong and utter highway robbery. I'm surprised they have enough business to stay alive. Incidentally, I shipped the USPS item ( which, again, was already paid for ), for free, right from my apartment building . To answer your message, since 3 businesses near you don't charge any of these extra fees, I would say yes! read more

He was very knowledgeable about what it took to ship a large package to my family in PR and waited on me for 20 minutes with a smile on his face. The other employees were on their phones but he was eager to help me. Super hard worker and efficient. I will be a returning customer thanks to him. read more

It seems Like the owner if this place, Charlie Bournis got very offended when I left him a well earned 1 star review about a month ago for the horrible service and the way they interact with the client So offended that he decided to ILLEGALLY confiscate my correspondence until I deleted the bad review, even so After the company in charge of the virtual mail services requested Charlie to comply to what the PAID service calls for, which is forward the mail Under no Circumstance any location is allowed to retain, hold or confiscate any correspondence for the only reason of being offended by a bad review !!! I had no choice other than to comply with the childish request of Charlie Bournis and deleted my bad review in order to be able to pick up my OWN MAIL and very important documents, Not satisfied with that, Charlie decided to made an unauthorized charge of 14,99 $ to my credit card, illegally, in the middle of the billing cycle for concept of "deposit" and later declined to return the unauthorized charge, no reason given Bellow is the bad review that i was FORCED to delete, I have modified this version in order to not involved the people from anytimemailbox.com who were very helpful at all times, this matter concerns ONLY to this location Review left on 2/14/18 forced to be removed: This place has a virtual mailing service  that is the most ridiculous I've ever seen, not only found out that you can not pick up your own mail, when I needed urgently to pick up some really important documents ( they can only scan or forward it to you, now this is not so bad because it was the only option available to this location when i signed up for the service, only that i found out in the most desperate time when I went to pick up urgently the mail and no exception was considered) The worst is that: Every single one of the people that works there  feel nauseated every time they talk to any customer, does not matter if you approach to them in a kind and friendly matter (as a matter of fact, that seems to be even worst) On top of that, once I decided to forward my important document that was seating 2 feet from me (yes that document that they can open, scan and forward on my behalf but not actually handle to me) only 1 mile away from where I was (residential address) , they took their time and by the second day those documents were still seating there, right 2 feet from where I was 2 days prior  I suggest Office 11211 to actually run a business like Farm 11211, go work with manure and as far away from people as possible, you are just not qualified to handle customer service or even to handle any type of service at all   I use the Virtual mailing service because i travel a lot, but I recommend to stay away from this LOCATION , there are many other locations that actually DO NOT PICK A FIGHT with every customer and just do their job Go ahead Charlie and reply to this review with a lame excuse and another fight instead of focusing on improving your costumer service If anyone wants to verify this story, feel free to call the people from anytimemailbox.com also I recommend their service, only don't ever get involve with this location, your packaging services do not deserve so much drama, stress and the worst service i have experienced in my life read more

Do not come here to take passport photos. I came in twice to have them taken, because the first set was rejected. Both times they could not print the photo on a white background. They made me pay for both prints even though they did not print accurately. Highly recommend going somewhere more professional and experienced. Money down the drain. read more

The staff at this store was rude and unhelpful. I went in to print tickets to an event and was told that because they were closing in 20 minutes, I couldn't print two pages. I could clearly see that the computers and printers were still on and working (someone else was in the process of printing tickets). The manager and staff were rude when I asked about the problem. Usually have a great experience when packing and shipping. Stopped by last week to ship out an item and for some reason I came in today to ship the same item and they wanted to charge me almost double to pack up the item and ship it. When I mentioned it to the women that last time I paid half as much to pack the item she wasn't very friendly or helpful. Wouldn't suggest having them pack your items as it's a ripoff. Customer service is non existent. Simply, they aren't willing to help. For instance, in one occasion, I was having problems to print a document and when I asked the worker for help she told me that I was supposed to figure that out by myself... Meanwhile, the store was empty and the two workers chatting. I have gone more than once and they just have a terrible attitude every time. read more
