This is such a waste of everyone's time when it takes less than a minute to plug in credentials. They have no sense of urgency to fix any issues. I had a ticket submitted for a printing issue and it took over a week before someone even came out and about another week to finally fix the issue. This place is way to big for their britches. There are other IT companies that have friendly customer service and more competent techs.

He was with another costumer when my husband and I walked in. He greeted us as he did with another costumer although he was busy. He multi tasked all the work very well considering he was the only employee and he did it with such patience and kindness. Props to him. Verizon currently was having deals such as the more you buy, the more you save. My husband traded in his cell and got a new cell plus a new galaxy watch and a new iPad. And our bill will only be $30 more. Giovanni gave us all the paperwork and receipts of course so if we have any discrepancies on a future bill, we can have his paperwork as proof what we were quoted. They did have the cell plus the iPad in stock but the watch we will have to return to pick up. We were there for maybe an hour to an hour and a half but they do make appointments for these services.

When I was finally helped, the representative seemed uninterested and rushed, offering vague answers and acting like my questions were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect information about my account When I tried to get clarification, I was met with more confusion and zero accountability. No one took the time to actually listen or resolve the issue properly. I've been a Verizon customer for years, but this experience seriously made me question that loyalty.
