Scheduled a TSA pre check appointment here. Jolly Josh was so helpful and positive. He made the quick process simple & painless. He even hooked me up with a great coupon to purchase some goods before I left. I was told I would get a TSA precheck number within 5 days. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a thing. I'm assuming that's a TSA hold up. I will reach out to them for updates if I don't hear anything back soon. To be continued..... (UPDATE: it took about 6 weeks for a TSA number)

I spoke to Josh on the phone to ask if they help with printing. He directed me to email officedepot@printme.com. He told me when I come in store I will receive a code and to type it into the machine. It will then show me what documents I sent over and I can control my printing from there. I entered the store and Ed was at the printing center but he pointed me to the place I needed to go to. I did exactly as Josh instructed me to do and it went the way he described. To begin I had to scan my debit card and type my PIN in. It placed a $5 hold onto my card which would allow me to print as much as I needed to, up to a charge of $75. Another employee, I didn't catch her name but she was a tall black woman, had to step in to help me copy some things. My machine malfunctioned so she had to reboot it and she brought me over to another machine where she continued to help me. After printing and copying what I needed I was all fine and ready to head out. Thank you so much to the staff here! Every person I encountered was helpful and friendly. This was my first time ever in Las Vegas that I needed to print important documents. Now I know I can come here for all the rest of my business needs.

Staff is great and helpful, but the services themselves are slow to fill. The internet/wi-fi is slow and the print jobs take ages to print.

Let me start with this:…read moreI came in before bringing in my packages - I asked the store manager [Toya] if she would be able to pack and ship server hardware. She said yes. -- So I went ahead and brought tens of thousands of dollars worth of hardware out from my very-hot-car into the Walmart, went through all the paperwork, and then was told that they cannot provide me any form of receipt or proof that they have received the items for packaging due to low staffing. I understand that due to low staffing, one cannot pack the items immediately, that's fine, but I cannot reasonably be expected to leave 30K worth of equipment to a complete stranger WITH NO RECOURSE OR PROOF beyond "Take a photo" or "Take my card" which gives me no proof of what was provided to FedEx. If you cannot pack the items immediately , and cannot accept the items without packing them immediately, fine, then WARN CUSTOMERS before making them lug everything in and fill out all the paperwork. Additionally, I went to the Flamingo Rd location as suggested by Toya and they were able to provide me a receipt WITHOUT PACKAGING IT FIRST. Which means that the whole time Toya was just lying because , assumably, she did not want to do her job. Horrible Experience. Horrible location. Do not patronize unless you like being treated like the dirt under a shoe.
